Meghan was my hygienist and did a fantastic job. Painless procedures and understood my concerns. Tells you whats happening and informative. Doc Cribbs came in and did an exam and gave me the no cavities report. Yippee.All staff are fun and friendly. If youre looking for a new dentist, Dont take my word for it. Go see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Dr Cribb’s is great, I like her and her new hygienist, Megan (new to me). They get you in and out quickly and cleanly. No fuss. I would recommend to anyone. I’ve had broken teeth, crowns, fillings and cleanings. They do it all and well. If you have to go to the Dentist, go to TLC DENTAL CARE.

TLC Dental Care is professional and friendly.Shortly after my first visit, I was sent a nice little welcome package with a card, a coffee mug and some dental items.They are good at what they do and the office is clean, comfortable and accommodating- with TV screens on the ceiling for patients to watch while you’re getting work done. At my last appointment, it had started pouring rain outside. I was offered a complimentary umbrella to take with me. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Cribbs is very kind and friendly. More importantly, she is the most thorough, meticulous dentist I have met (and I am 69 years old!). She explains things and answers all questions. Dentist with integrity! Dr. Terri Cribbs is that kind of person! Honest, and having strong moral principles. Just before Covid Dr. Cribbs created two crowns and a bridge for me. Great job! Then 5 weeks later I chewed on a popcorn seed. SNAP it broke. Terri looked at it, took pictures said some chipped off. Covid hit and I was hesitant to go back. 18 months later I returned, had teeth cleaned and Dr. Cribbs said crown was broken. She said thats on us, replace at NO CHARGE And that is what they did. If you want a dentist that really cares, stands behind her work, then this is the one you want to go to. I really appreciate and trust TLC. They do the job and take pride in doing it. I strongly recommend this team!

Megan Mcginnis was great cleaning my teeth and she answered all my questions that I had. The office was very clean and everyone that works there was very nice to me.

Best dental experience ever! The receptionist was enthusiastic and positive, making me feel so welcome. Dr. Cribbs gave me the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had and was friendly and educational. She gives every patient a free oral cancer screening at every visit. The dental technician was a temp but very friendly and skilled. I am thrilled with my experience and they were especially careful in regards to COVID.

Dr Cribbs came in to check the health of my teeth and gums after the cleaning. She is a very smart and insightful doctor. She takes the time to listen and explain things. Shes fun too! Awesome staff! I originally came in with a toothache and unfortunately the insurance I had wasn’t the best and they didn’t accept it. However, they helped me the best they could and advised me of my best options on where to go and what insurance I should get once it was time to renew it. A year later after I got better insurance I made them my primary dentist! Very helpful staff and very friendly! Won’t go to anyone else!

I am very fortunate that Dr. Cribbs has been my dentist since 2001. In 2006, I moved from Knoxville to New Jersey, but I still come back several times a year and have kept Dr. Cribbs as my dentist. Shes that good! Shes got the hands of a surgeon. I always had a lot of anxiety around having dental work done, but with Dr. Cribbs, its always a comfortable, pain-free experience. Dr. Cribbs provided me with exceptional care and customer service as did her staff. I had a very pleasant experience without any discomfort. I was the typical patient who dreaded going to the dentist and avoided it as long as I could. 12+ years to be truthful! The last time I went to the Dentist, one of the Hygienist berated me in the middle of the patient area about not coming in more. I was mortified and mad, so it has taken quite a while for me to get up the courage to go. So I finally went. I was pleasantly surprised with my results, but more importantly, I had the easiest experience EVER! All the staff is warm and pleasant and Dr. Terrie is professional and explains every step of the process as she goes along. If I needed a quick break, she allowed me to take it. GO HERE! Dr. Cribbs and her staff are great. I started calling around for a dentist in Dec and as soon as the staff answered the phone, I was blown away by how friendly they were. I was very excited to see how it would be when I got there. When I arrived for my first appointment, everyone there is very friendly and I was in the chair getting cleaned right on time. My second visit was the same. I only sat down for about a minute before I was lead back for another cleaning/filling. Dr. Cribbs great, she really loves dentistry and made my first filling a breeze. If all that wasnt enough, I just got a personalized thank you note and personalized mug to go with it.

Dr. Cribbs has been so great for the past 7 years Ive been going. She could have had me go a route to fix some issues I had that would have cost THOUSANDS of dollars, but instead went a route that only cost $900...and it worked beautifully. Her honesty in this situation won me over. I also love that she is so hands on and remembers who you are as a person, not just a name in a database. If you are looking for a dentist, you will be glad you found this one!

I was in terrible pain with a front tooth. I was new to area and had no regular denist. I called TLC Dental Care and they made a way to fit me in. When I arrived, I received friendly greetings and bright smiles.I immediately began feeling calmer. They quickly got me in the chair and with patience and gentle examination determined I was in an emergency situation needing an oral surgeon immediately.I was nervous and in intense pain. Their professional empathy and explanations of what needed to be done was soothing and kept me focused as I arrived at the oral surgeons office. Dr. Cribbs was simply amazing!!Her expertise was evident as was her kindness and reassurance. I am at a loss for adjectives to describe her professional kindness and genuine concern for me and my situation. She made arrangements to get the situation under control. Dr. Cribbs practice has many, many things to recommend it. Her staff are efficient and friendly. The office space is spotless and smells great. The hours are convenient easy to schedule. Dr. Cribbs is also quite possibly the most up-to-date practitioner of the dental arts I have ever seen. Her office is always stocked with the latest equipment and techniques. Shes also extremely responsive to patient discomfort - theres always more lidacain if its needed.And finally, she has very small hands. Always a BIG plus in a dentist.
