I have always had excellent professional careWith the staff and Dr. Guffey. I’m not comfortable with dental procedures however everyone makes it as comfortable as possible. Dr. Guffey is a magician at giving near painless shots. The office staff is warm and welcoming and feels more like friends over the years. Everyone takes an interest in your lives and health. Couldn’t ask for better dental care.

I hadnt ever been to a dentist before, and didn t know what to expect, but I found out it was actually a nice expirance after going here! Everyone is so nice and the work they got done was amazing

Friendly staff and very easy to get an appointment but unwilling to prescribe anything for pain. Ive never been SO sore after getting a simple filling done and when OTC pain medication (Tylenol, Advil) failed me I asked for something stronger so I could at least open my mouth to eat without pain and Dr Birdwell was unwilling/unable to oblige but assures me it will get better....my stomach and face certainly hope so. I can see now why it was so easy to get an appointment. To top it off, I got a send us your feedback text and the link cant be reached for lack of an IP address. I wont be back.

Dr. Birdwell and his staff are very professional and so very accommodating. I am always greeted nicely at the door, and always feel very welcomed by the staff. I had to bring my 3 year old with me to my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Dr. Birdwell and the staff were very helpful, and they didnt make me feel bad for having to bring him. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Birdwell!! Hes always very nice and does great work! I cant say enough great things!

One of my really close friends sees Dr. Guffey and she has highly recommended this place to me. After my appointment with Dr. Birdwell yesterday I can see why. Dr. Birdwell and his staff were extremely friendly and they gave me some good recommendations on how to take care of my teeth better. I would highly recommend them to anyone in South Knox who is looking for a dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Birdwell for 10 years. He is the best dentist Ive known. I drive to his office all the way from Cosby, TN. Let me tell you - its worth it. I can always rely on his expertise and honest approach. My teeth are happy and healthy thanks to him.

The best and most absolutely dentist anyone can ask for . They do an awesome job with everything and are so nice and caring and work with you on financial problems and really care about getting you the treatment you need at your financial flexibility. They ladies in front and back are so sweet and so funny and really make you feel like family . I love all you ladies ! My dentist Guffey is great at what she does , understands all situations and is determined to help and find a way to get done what is needed . Dr. Birdwell and his team have always taken great care of me. They are very understanding and always relate with me on a personal level. The secretaries even held my baby so I could get my teeth cleaned! They go above and beyond!!

Dr Birwell is an exceptional dentist, trust worthy and super talented. The staff couldnt be better either. Here they dont merely care about paying the bills or lining their pockets, they care about you and the root of the issue, lol, really. I couldnt recommend more.

I have always dreaded and feared going to the dentist but since going to Dr Guffey that has all changed. She is extremely gentle and light handed and has never hurt me and I’ve had major dental work. All the staff is very nice and friendly as well. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Unjustified price and overpriced. I didnt expect such a price at the end. Last time they did the same work with the front tooth and the price was much lower, now they did it very crookedly and not beautifully.

Friendly and skilled, Dr. Birdwell is conservative; suggesting inexpensive health based dentistry instead of pricey procedures. It’s very refreshing to have a patient oriented medical professional. Also, only place I trust with my denta-phobe son. Highly recommended!
