An amazing experience!!! I came to Dr. Baileys office to get a second opinion after a disturbing case of false advertising from another dentist. What I found was a wonderful dentist who knows the latest dental practices and who offers what is claimed on their office’s website! Plus, most procedures, in my case, were more reasonably priced than the first dentist I’d visited. I’d encourage anyone to give this office a try! They are all so experienced! I truly feel that I’ve found a great dentist!

From start to finish, the team at Dr. Bailey’s office was fantastic, I highly recommend them.I originally went in for a cleaning and when Dr. Bailey came in after my cleaning to go over my X-rays and overall oral health, she noticed a spot from a previous filling that was structurally fine, but aging. It was on my list to ask about.She was able to take care of it right then and there. She didn’t have to numb me and my smile was perfect when I left.

WOW!!! I had the best experience at Dr. Baileys office. From the beginning calling into the office Charlotte was such a delight. When I arrived at my appointment I waited less than 3 minutes. My hygienist was very thorough. She made sure to examine and hear all of my concerns. The Hygienist was so knowledgeable & friendly. efficient. After my cleaning, I was scheduled for a filling immediately after seeing the dentist. The dentist was very through and quick. I will always choose Dr. Baileys office.

My son had some discoloration on his front teeth and they were able to fix them to match his other teeth. The Dr was very professional and explained everything to us. It was a price that was not expensive! He is a freshman in high school and his teeth were starting to bother him and he wouldn’t smile. My former dentist retired and I feel like I hit the jackpot AND won the lottery when I discovered Dr. Ruth Bailey!! She is the sweetest, most knowledgeable, most professional dentist EVER!! My 1st visit to her was about 3 months ago...at a time when I knew extensive and invasive dental work was definitely necessary. She presented an option to me that was less invasive and assured me I would be extremely pleased! Needless to say, I left this 1st appt with TOTAL trust in her. I had this procedure done 6 days ago and although I am still healing, I am very pleased!! EVERYONE in her office treats you as if you are their own family member. It’s ALL TRUE.Today was my first visit to Dr Baileys practice; my sister recommended her (again- I previously went to a dentist “in network”) after I told her about a very negative experience I just had with a dentist I’d seen a couple of times after my insurance changed since moving back to Tennessee. I told my sister that at this point I really didn’t care whether or not she took my insurance - I just wanted a dentist that I had confidence in, who was trustworthy. Both my sisters (and family) have used Dr Bailey for close to 30 years, as did my dad, and I had heard nothing but good things about her, actually more than good, like they would really “go on” about her. And now I know firsthand, why.Dr Bailey has set a standard of quality that, in this day and age, is not often encountered. Dr. Bailey worked me into the schedule when I had a sudden chipped tooth, and fixed it in about ten minutes. It feels as close to how it did before the chipping as you could hope. Im pleased with the results. She also answered questions about an old filling in another tooth, easing my mind about it. Ive long had an aversion to the dentist, especially after my last one told me it would be about $25k to fix my teeth. Dr. Sliger and her team were great throughout the whole process and, while it did still cost a good bit of money, it was nowhere near the $25k I was last quoted.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice. Truly, seriously and honestly. Not only do they improve your smile, they MAKE you smile. Like the enamel on our teeth, it’s HARD to really put into words how good Dr. Sliger and the team here are. Not only are they honest, sweet, kind, talented and competent, it also feels like you’re at a Club Med. Now I’ve never personally been to a Club Med, but I’m assuming from the commercials this is how it would feel. Just a feeling of warmth, laughter and relaxation. I swear the technicians are so charming and funny. From Kelly and sweet night guard impression ladies to the front desk workers, this office has enough sweetness in the air to cause cavities. Dr. Sliger went so far above and beyond to take my mom in for an emergency crown fix and she even offered to come pick up a dental impression at my house. Who offers that kind of service these days? This practice does!!! Dr. Sliger is a gentle soul with the skill of a seasoned dentist and the look of a J. Crew magazine model. I met her husband too and he looks like a J. Crew model too but he doesn’t work there. But his teeth are perfect and so are hers, so I think that tells you something too: Don’t let a toothless dentist work on your teeth. I digress... I don’t usually leave reviews for Dentists but I am thoroughly impressed with everyone and everything about this practice. I’m moving back to California in a few weeks and I’d honestly fly back just to come here. Do yourself a favor, save time trying to find a great dentist with perfect teeth and just come here. I have some major dental reconstruction ahead of me after chemotherapy caused me to lose many of my teeth. I used to have such a beautiful smile and I have only ever worked with the finest of dentists! However, the last few I saw were intimidating and gave me zero hope that I could get my smile back. Dr. Bailey just WOWED me. I wasnt just placed in a chair to be poked and prodded. She came in immediately to discuss my history, listen to me, ask me questions, empathize with me and provide solutions. She is a class act, very professional, has a very warm aura and just really cared about me. I finally have hope and confidence that I will be well taken care of! The entire team was so welcoming and friendly. With my health history, I am extremely cautious about my healthcare and I do have some fear and trust issues. Dr. Sliger and her team are amazing! I have TMJ and I am used to doctors dismissing my pain. I had an appointment for pain in my tooth. It was cavity. Not only was she able to fill it right then but she gave me several breaks to manage the pain. She also called the next day to make sure I was OK.

Their professional attitudes, demeanors and gentleness have made me no longer a scary old lady. Dr Sliger explains everything beforehand and answers all questions you may have. I am a very anxious patient, and I had quit going to the dentist about 6 years ago when I moved back to Knoxville. Again and again, Dr. Bailey has gone the extra mile — research, consultation with others, time and care — to be sure our complex dental problems were diagnosed correctly and solved.Here’s an example: A family member’s relatively new dental implant — itself the result of tooth and bone loss from poorly-executed orthodontic treatment — had loosened, causing pain and MORE bone loss. The dentist who had installed the implant was out of ideas. We went to Dr. Bailey, who took time from her office schedule to go and meet with the maker of the dental implant. Together they studied the X-rays and deduced that the wrong mounts had been used to install the implant — instead of the intended set, our former dentist had used the mounts holding the implants in their delivery case. An error easily made, but difficult to diagnose . . . and so costly for us, in time, money, and physical damage.
