Great place for your dental needs I have been going there for decades wonderful Doctor and staff! Simply the best!

I called to schedule a cleaning, but made it clear my top priority was a consult for a cosmetic procedure. I was scheduled for 2.5 months after I called (not thrilled, but accepted it). When I called a few weeks prior to my appointment to confirm the time, I was told the appointment didn’t exist and was then scheduled for another month later. A week before the first appointment, I got a reminder call for the first appointment that apparently existed all along. However, I could no longer make it due to new commitments. I found another practice who got me scheduled for a cosmetic consult 9 days after I called as opposed to 3 months. I’m happy that I’ll be taking my business to another practice.

I have been going here for several years. Always friendly and helpful staff. Some turnover in hygienists lately but new and old have been great.

Just had my semiannual dental cleaning with hygienist Jamie who did a fantastic job with no pain! I had one slightly discolored veneer which Dr. Silber quickly polished. Really enjoy going to a dentist that doesn’t constantly push procedures like my previous dentist.

The appointment was for my semi annual check. The hygienist was very thorough yet gentle. Going to the dentist is rarely pleasant but they made it as pleasant as possible. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional.

Dr. Silber and his staff go out of their way to make his patients have a stress free experience at the dentist. All four of my children ages 4,5,9, and 10 really like him in addition to my husband and me. There is actually a small enclosed area for children to play with toys while they wait and my kids love visiting it. Most importantly it’s evident that Dr Silber is well trained as a dentist. He is an excellent dentist be it for a bi-yearly exam or having a cavity or crown fixed.

I was at Dr. Silbers to get my new upper and lower partials and received the best care along with the BEST PARTIALS I have ever worn! They are the newest type partial with absolutely NO METAL!! You cant even tell I have them in! Kathy, the Dental Assistant fitted them and with a little bit of adjustment they fit like a glove! Best Dental Assistant and dental office in East Tennessee! Dr. Silber is an excellent Dentist who treats his patients with genuine care and concern. He always strives to do the right thing and presents all options. He is very experienced and keeps current on the latest techniques. All your questions and concerns are addressed and he does everything possible to be sure that you are comfortable at all times.

For a person who has always had anxiety about the dentist, this is the place for you! Everyone in this office are so welcoming and helpful when ever I call. They are very respectful and professional but personable too. The dental hygienist are so gentle and do a fantastic job. And for Dr. Silber, he is the best. He makes you feel like a family member. Always asking how you are, and never makes you feel rushed.

The office is clean, the staff is friendly, the billing receptionist is competent and helpful, the hygienists and Dr. Silber are thorough yet efficient. Weve been using Dr. Silber for our family of five for several years. We came from a dentist we stayed with for just a year due to insurance changes. Thankfully the insurance changed. We found that the massive amounts of dental work hes done on my family (that none of us had ever needed with our dentist who had just retired) was unnecessary. We started with Dr. Silber following a final cleaning with the other dentist, at which time many more problems had been diagnosed with expensive repairs to follow. NONE of those repairs were needed. We appreciate that we can trust Dr. Silber to only recommend what is needed and that he didnt even take our money to do work WE TOLD HIM we needed. Our teeth are still in great shape after years, so those repairs really were unnecessary.

Be Warned!!! We are now having to pay thousands of dollars to get fixed what Dr Silber said was fixed but did not fix. My husband had a root canal and the work that was suppose to be done after the root canal was never done even though we paid for it. Not sure what all the money we paid him has gone toward but his pocket. My husband to have another root canal to fix the first problem but luckily the new dentist was able to save his tooth.We have been told for a few years that all of our teeth are stable and doing good. Well, in switching to a new dentist, I have three cavities and my husband has more work that needs to be done then I can mention.Now please note we go to the dentist every six month like clock work.Please do not use Dr. Silber, better to do your own dental care.
