I really love Halls Family Dentistry. They did a great job on my crown. Brooke and Chelsea are really nice. I hate when dentists are careless with their tools and dig your lips into your teeth while performing a procedure. But I didn’t experience any of that here. They were very careful and professional for a painless experience. They also use state of the art equipment and software to make your crown right there for quick service.

We are new to Tennessee and to be honest, we were nervous about finding a new dentist. This office was amazing!! From the first phone call, making the appointment, the cleaning and the consultation, everyone was so kind and thorough. I am so excited to have this new office and am even more excited that they are so wonderful! Thank you guys so much for being outstanding and making our first visit so smooth

Dr. Linda and staff are incredible! They treat you gently, asking constantly if you are ok during a procedure. They are very professional and have state of the art equipment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has dental phobia like myself!

Setting up the appointment was easy. I thought I had a cavity and Joann did everything possible to fit me in for a consultation. Chelsea was my hygienist and she was very gentle and explained everything as we went along. The doctor was extremely gentle and explained my options. My first experience at Halls Dentistry was excellent. We just moved here from Arizona and I will be recommending the rest of my family to use Halls dentistry..

The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Appointments are timely and I have been more than satisfied with the dental work I have received. The dentist is very concerned with keeping the patient comfortable and pain free. I recommend anyone needing any dental work or repair to give them a call.

This dentist office is great when you have children. The staff was amazing with my boys, and they were very patient. They talked my 5 year old through each step to help him through the process of the visit. The dentist was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I was a bit nervous about coming to the dentist after neglecting to do so for too long. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Always have a great experience when I visit Halls Family Dentistry. Although I miss seeing Dr. Jones, I really enjoy seeing Dr. Linda and her proficient hygienist. Had my first visit with them today since the COVID restrictions were initiated. Dr. Linda and her staff took every precaution to protect me, as well as keeping themselves safe from exposure. Kudos to Chelsea for her gentle manner.

Moved to the area and decided to use them. WILL NEVER RETURN. Their ability to communicate is absolutely the worst. Consistently receive late payment notices for a procedure 10 months ago that was confirmed as paid by their own staff over the phone 5 months ago! They never sent a bill just a late payment notifications. Staff was not helpful and made my daughter uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and find any other dentist in the area.

This is a very professional, well run office. I received excellent care at each stage of my visit from check in through my cleaning services, exams, and review by Dr Linda. All my questions were answered thoroughly and the staff couldnt have been better in their jobs. They made going to the dentist enjoyable again.

Im so glad I found Halls Family Dentistry! I hadnt been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long amount of time (due to anxiety) and I couldnt have had a better experience today with Dr.Linda and her team. The hygienist (I wish I could remember her name!) was amazing and kept making sure I was okay and comfortable, and she kept me informed with what she was doing the entire time which was awesome for me. Dr Linda is a phenomenal dentist! She went out of her way to schedule in an emergency oral surgery on my fiance this past weekend. He had a tooth extracted years ago by another dentist and part of the root was left. Over the years, it lodged deeper down into his gum area until it was very badly infected where he couldnt tolerate the pain anymore.We contacted Dr Linda and she got him in right away and was able to retrieve that piece of the remaining root out. She definitely saved him from the weeks of agony pain.I highly recommend Dr Linda, for her genuine care and exeptional expertise! She is a fantastic dentist and we will always have her for all our dental needs. Thank so much Dr Linda!!
