My experience at the dentist is always nice. From the moment I walk through the door being greeted by name and a welcoming smile. Always being complimented if I look nice. Always small talk with me and front desk receptionists. Fast friendly service. I absolutely love my dentist. The patience I get cause usually I get confused. But overall I couldn’t have chosen a better place to go for dental work. I would highly recommend to any of my family and friends.

If I could give them zero stars I would!!!! They bullied me into a credit card through them. They misdiagnosed tooth issue and just told me I needed a crown to get a root canal first and pay upgraded crown it will last you up 15 years. They charged the credit card and I went to have the root canal done. Found it was broken and now have to have oral surgery. They said services were done and I cant get my money back but my crown was never even done!!!

I really had a great experience with the dentist and assists are amazing ,on another hand the front desk people are not that professional dont Iknowledge you until you finally sit for 10 mins

Dr. Beil and Megan the dental hygienist are the most amazing people I’ve ever met. I’m mean that wholeheartedly that I haven’t been to a place where I have felt more welcome. I’ve had a bad experience at the dentist so that led me to avoid going to the dentist for many many years. Well, they are very reassuring and have a very calming atmosphere. Their personalities are very inviting and I can honestly say that I have found a home and this is where I’ll be coming from here on out. I just want to say the lady at the front was very polite and just exceptionally kind. Their work speaks for itself. Definitely check them out!!!!!!!

My daughter used this practice back in July 2020. This facility recommended a deep cleaning service for gingivitis not founded or recommended by other dentists . In addition, My had 4 wisdom teeth removed. She had to go back to the facility several times and was in pain for over 2 months after oral surgery. She was finally given antibiotics however still in pain after completing. She sought the care of a different dentist and ended up having a fragment tooth that erupted. She also had 2 fillings both of which fell out. I had to get another more experienced dentist to refill. Please beware of this facility!! We should have reported to the TN board of Dentistry. They also utilize a oral surgeon who comes to the facility for the purpose of doing oral surgeries once a month. So the surgeon is not there for follow up if there is an issue.

This office is all about money! I went in for a routine cleaning( annual with my insurance) and they immediately recommended a cleaning process that was $400-500 out of my own pocket and that I had to maintain quarterly to biannual. Next the dentist Katherine attempted to work on teeth ( the work cost more than what my original appointment’s work would have) that I did not come in for until I redirected her to the teeth I originally made the appointment for. Next, she experimented on one tooth and claimed if/when the tooth’s work did not withstand she would apply the payments from my previous work to whatever new work would need to be done. The tooth did not withstand and when asked about our previous conversation, she avoided my questions and continues to recommend options that were $3,000 to $5,000. The cost was not the issues the lack of accountability and integrity is what was most disappointing. I recommend doing research before using this office!I did not do research as a result of being referred by a reliable source, my mistake!

I have been in this place few times for filling cavities in several teeth. The first one was about 7-8 months ago. After filling, I always had pain in my teeth. But I didn’t pay attention and continue with the pain till today. Second time for a follow up visit they identified four more cavities in my teeth and filled them. The pain and discomfort after filling continued and it was beyond my tolerance. I made an appointment after one month and the dentist re-done two teeth and apologized me. However, I still have pain and discomfort. I am not able to drink any hot or cold water or even hard food. I feel pain in several teeth that they have filled. I emailed them and explained the situation asking for my x-ray to continue my treatment in another practice and refund for at least the last teeth that they have filled. Can you believe that they did not apology me for all the troubles that I have gone through. They just simply said they are sorry that I am leaving their practice and wish me the best. They also claimed that they do not owe me any refund regardless of all the pain and discomfort. I emailed them back and asked for refund at least for the most recent fillings but they never replied. It is a very unprofessional behaviors and I think their team does not have enough skills and patient centered approach. If you are looking for a practice that you never want to not be, this is certainly one of them. Very disappointing.

I went here a little over a year ago. I was told I would need some dental work and they quoted me $2,000+ for it. With insurance! I thought this was kinda absurd. I believe it was just a crown or inlay and a filling? When I said I couldn’t afford it, I was tricked into applying for some kind of dental “smile” credit card, which reflected on my credit score. Not cool. Probably because they thought they could take advantage of a young, recent graduate. I went to another dentist this week and had the same work done for $700 with the same insurance. Hm, interesting. This place is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My Northshore Smile? Missing one tooth. Apparently, they broke it during the first cleaning.Needed to have it extracted (elsewhere).Expecting over $6,000 necessary repair work (elsewhere).Paid $1,600 upfront for extra cleanings, $69 to swish your mouth out, etc. That’s Northshore’s game.Accidents happen. But, no longer comfortable with them, we reasonably asked for a refund for close to $1,000 of work that was not performed yet. After numerous non-responses & dodges, they refused. Inexcusable, & unprofessional.We’re filing complaints with the State Attorney Generals’ office, BBB, etc.RUN from Northshore Smiles—or you’ll have a gap-tooth smile like mine, & empty wallet to boot. Maybe that’s why I’m not smiling.(PS See an earlier review by Reza Dobestani. The dentist was professional. However, I did not received hygiene instruction worthy for $34. Even, I was not told that there is a charge and there is hygiene instruction. They also told me everybody does fluoride-varnish that costs $37. But again they did not mentioned that my insurance will not cover it because of age limitation. I only received a claim summery!

Only reason there are even two stars is because Dr. Beil was very kind, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was helpful, and the only positive part of my experience today. I got to the office at my scheduled time, noon and was not told there would be a wait or that they were running late, but instead I just got stuck sitting in the waiting area until about 12:45. That was fine, as I understand things happen and people run late. I got back and did the xrays, and then got stuck in the doctors room where I waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in. She did all my measurements, apologized for the wait and was very helpful. After that the gal from the front desk came in and explained what my care plan would be. When I let her know that I wanted to wait on doing that, and only wanted to do the $59 exam special with the cleaning that I scheduled she said she would see if someone was available. She then came back and said no one was free, that she would reschedule me to come back and there would be no charge for today. So, I’m left wondering if I had agreed to to the $2523 care plan they offered me if I would have gotten everything I was expecting today. Absolute scam and a waste of two hours of my day. I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you are ready to pay thousands for everything they want to do. If not, you’ll be treated horribly.

Dont go here if you have a real dental emergency they tell you theyre short staffed & dont have time to enter all your insurance info. They tell you to go to the ER rather than them help you..Need to take sign down that says walk in & emergency welcome!

I am not a fan of dentists but Northshore Smiles was just a different experience. The staff was all very friendly and they gave me their undivided attention. They have some great technology which they use to make YOU an active part of the process along the way! Everyone there just wants to help!

The main doctor is very nice and answers all questions, and most of the front desk girls are as well.

2nd visit to the dentist was amazing.(same amazing service as the first.) I had extensive dental work completed. Very attentive to my comfort level. 2 days later no pain at all!! I am now saying..this is my Dentist. I highly recommend.

Dr. Zaveri was engaging and walked me through the process, making me feel comfortable in his light-filled exam room. And Shannon at the front desk was a total hero, getting me in at the last minute.

Okay, I just got done with my first visit to Northshore Smiles and as weird as this sounds I actually enjoyed going to the dentist tonight. For real! I wish I could remember everyone’s name so I could give them a shout out, but everyone who helped me was super nice and helpful. Dr. Beil was kind and taught me a few things about what they were doing. They were quick and thorough and I was very comfortable the whole time. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks!

All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable . Its nice to not dread my next visit as I have in the past with other Dentists . Here they actually listen and cater procedures to you individually instead of just going through the motions

Staff is friendly, everyone is pleasant to work with. They are also very fast you can get a cleaning and a fill during the same appointment.

This clinic is into the business of telling every patient their teeth needs deep cleaning to help bone loss due to bacteria......HA HAThen they offer a deep cleaning which is nothing more than 20 minutes of using ultrasonic cleaner to do a cleaning for $700 dollar that one can get at any other dentist for around $120. While I was there I heard them telling every patient the same thing. Dont fall for their BS. This is nothing but scaming you out of your pocket. When I told the Benefit Coodinator this is nothing more than a Scam (calling it deep cleaning) she told me instead of charging you $565 only pay $160 because she wanted me to be happy and not complain. I never paid anything for every 6 month cleaning that my insurance covers. I paid $160 on top of what my insurance pays them for a simple cleaning. Will never go there again and Dont Recommend this place to anybody.
