Im not sure there is a better thing to say about a dental practice than how consistent the experience is at Cornerstone. Since I started going there several years ago, theyve been clear on work thats needed, what is optional, how in control of the plan I am, and how they handle financials. I have a healthier mouth, and a better dental experience because I go to Cornerstone.

Cornerstone truly puts their patients’ needs first! They have an endless list of accommodations ranging from blankets for when you get cold, a radio station to listen to your own music during your appointment, a TV to watch shows as you’re having your teeth worked on, and so much more! The staff are beyond kind, and I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dont be fooled....These people are wolves in sheeps clothes! If you ever have a problem with their work you will be bullied and left with nothing other than a hefty bill. They esteem their patients merely as walking objects with bank accounts, and take absolutely zero responsibility for anything. But hey what can you expect from the cookie makers who could care less if your teeth rot and fall out on the sidewalk!

The staff at Cornerstone really care and the professionalism of the Drs. is amazing. I had an implant done via their state of the art robot. I was skeptical at first about the use of a robot, but went ahead with it. Destiny and Taylor were the assistants to Dr. Griffin who was super professional and took great care in my work. I strongly recommend this dental group. The technology they have and the more importantly, the people they have, are top notch. Thank you to everyone at Cornerstone.

After a year of fears and uncertainties, I finally took the first step towards getting some intensive dental work done. 15 years of a drug addiction really done a number on my teeth and within the last 13 years of my sobriety, I ve done the daily maintenance to continue having this Rembrandt Smile; flossing, cleaning, brushing, whitening etc... However, behind and under this smile are a lot of issues and I guess thats ironic for a lot of things. About 1.5 months ago I had an updated consult with Dr. Griffin and his staff and they created me a detailed and robust treatment plan to move forward with placing them implants in the back of mouth. Get this, by a robot. I went in ready, peaceful and prayed-up,. Jody along with his team; Destiny, Taylor, Carol and Hesse were amazing. Keep this in mind, I have never had surgery or been under sedation. I got really scared after they began the prep work due to feeling as though I could not swallow. However, one of the ladies rubbed my on my back and said, Well take care of you and its going to be okay! That made me feel really safe!!! The base was placed for the implant, I was given stitched and I did not feel anything or remember any of it. I only took Advil because they know my history of a Substance Abuse Disorder. I just want to say to Dr. Griffin, Cornerstone Dental Arts and the staff for a job well done. I highly recommend their services.

I have no words to properly describe my experience at Cornerstone Dental Arts. My need for an appointment was one out of urgency. Admittedly, it had been a number of years since I had stepped into a dental practice for having had such unpleasant previous experiences. From the moment I called to make the initial appointment to the moment I walked out of the building the day of my appointment, I received five-star care. Not only did I receive such amazing care, I found the dentists and the staff to be not only authentic in their desire to care for people but also found them to be incredibly skilled, kind, and very personal. My visits with Shanise, Amanda and Dr. Stroud - they have now removed ALL of my anxiety about EVER stepping foot into a dental practice again. I am grateful to God for steering me into the direction of this incredible practice!

I have had dentists in 7 different states and literally all over world. That being said, my Cornerstone dentists have been the best. From implants (I have several), to crowns (numerous) to fillings and extractions, and they have their own lab, on site. They are the most competent, caring, compassionate group of professionals. It’s been a long time since I needed a new dentist. I chose Cornerstone and my experience has been fantastic. Today I had 2 old filings replaced, and it was fast easy and painless. They used a laser system I’d never seen before, and it was all done without shots, and numbing, and there was no pain!! Great experience, I was out of the chair in 30 minutes with no lasting effect.

I have been going to Cornerstone since I was a child and they have always stayed consistently the same in service. They always make my experience so welcoming and timely. I have never once dreaded my dentist appointment and I have Dr. Williams and his team to thank for that. Dr. Williams and the staff of Cornerstone Dental Arts were always friendly and professional as long as I kept paying them thousands of dollars and making return appointments. However, after complaining about a bad experience with a sedation appointment during which I was poked five times for an IV and was so wakeful I could hear everything around me, I was promised a partial credit on my bill which took months and months to materialize. Then the receptionist refused to make me an appointment with the hygienist stating that she would have to consult with Dr. Williams first. My crown was defective and NO EFFORT was ever made to correct it or accept wrongdoing. Williams turned on me and resorted to patient abandonment as his solution. What a TRAVESTY of professionalism that we both expect and pay for! Think twice before entrusting this outfit with your care!

This place is fantastic!!! Great atmosphere, friendly, and Dr. Stroud was phenomenal! This was the first time in my life going to the dentist wasnt a horrible, painful experience. I have definitely found my new dentist. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.

Dr. Griffin placed an implant by using the Yomi Robotic system. Ive had several dental procedures over the years and this was the best dental experience Ive ever had. The entire process was better than I ever expected. Dr. Griffins assistant was amazing and so caring during treatment and they all wanted to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. I have a lot of dental anxiety, so their care and the quickness of the treatment made it a great experience for me. I highly recommend this great group of folks and definitely this way of getting dental implants.

Dr. Griffin and staff are fantastic. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hygienists are efficient and thorough, the scheduling is easy. We have had two dental emergencies that Dr. Griffin handled by answering our questions immediately and taking care of the issues in a timely manner.

We have been coming to Cornerstone Dental Arts for just over a year. Each visit has always been professional, polite and nothing short of exceptional. The environment is very comfortable and all procedures are explained in detail before and during the procedure to make sure the patient understands what is going on. They advertise that they willing work with you and if you have insurance they will work with insurance also or so their ad on certain radio station states but when I called they didnt even ask what my insurance was but was told start our first thing they are out of network with my insurance without even knowing what I had. So I will look for someone else that treats you like family and is willing to work with you

Its hard to say, I enjoy going to the dentist, but this office takes the edge way off the inevitable (emotional and physical) discomfort usually associated with dental visits. Beth (hygienist) and Dr. Stroud always relieve any anxiety I may have when I come in, and I always leave feeling relieved and relaxed. I never have to wait for my appointment time and am always made to feel welcome on arrival. The ladies at check-out are always sweet and helpful in explaining charges and scheduling follow-up appointments. They all manage to balance professionalism and warmth just right.

Along providing dental procedures, Dr. Williams did my initial assessment, presented me with options and then helped me select the course of treatment that was right for me. Dr. Griffin was professional, reassuring and caring as the took me through the complicated procedure. It turned out much easier than I thought. Of course I have to mention the staff of dental assistants who were complete angels the entire time. They were gentle and understanding of my specific condition. Several years ago I had a crown put on my front tooth. The color, shape and details of the tooth are so perfectly natural that no one noticed that it was a crown. Well, a few weeks ago, I broke that crown and I didnt want to go around town with a broken and unsightly tooth. Dr. Williams graciously accommodated my dental emergency and got me in to get it repaired right away. He, Sonya and Pearson handled my case with gentleness, professionalism and precision. I could not be more pleased.

I came to Cornerstone a few years ago after a horrible experience with a previous dentist. Dr. Williams has been fantastic. He explains anything going on with your teeth and is very mindful of his patients. Morgan was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth today and she is a doll! The entire staff throughout the office is friendly. Kara is also a sweetie. They understand patients have anxiety and they are willing to do what it takes to put you at ease.

Today I had 3 root canals done (all three were emergent due to a pre-existing heart condition). I had been to a previous dentist in Knoxville and had a horrific experience, so on a recommendation, I contacted Dr. Stroud when I was in extreme pain and clearly had an infection. He kindly rushed me in despite me being a new patient. Then, he referred me to Dr. Williams who ended up doing the three root canals in one day. The kindness by the staff, esp Dr. Williams will never be forgotten. From explaining the procedures and reviewing each step, to playing my favourite music during the procedures, it was genuinely the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. This is saying a lot, given I worked for Columbia Universitys College of Dental Medicine and had wonderful dentists over the years.

Cornerstone is by far the BEST dental office in Knoxville!! All of the doctors are wonderful but Dr. Kimrey is who I see. He is very gentle and patient and wants to make sure you are happy, youre teeth are healthy and you achieve your dental goals. He really takes the time to listen and understand what you want. Never have I ever felt any pain with him, not even the injection. Highly highly recommend!!!

I had what I believed to be a problem with an implanted denture and called Cornerstone straight from the phone book. I was so delighted to walk into a very nice office with extremely nice staff. I doubt that this practice can be topped by any other office in Knoxville! And yes I am going back!

I called to get an appointment at 8:03am on a Monday morning. I was told that they had one at 12pm but that they would pass my information on to “Lacy” and she would call me back because they hadn’t logged in to their computer yet. At 8:30 am they still hadn’t called so I called back to find out she was to lazy to call me back and had filled that slot in the last fifteen minutes. She then tried to schedule me for Wednesday while my tooth is throbbing. First come first serve dentist all about the money! Don’t go there. Find someone local you trust!

As always, another great visit! Dr. Williams, Morgan, Karla and Sonya made my latest appt. so fun with lots of laughs and of course a great cleaning!

I have always been a big coward when it comes to going to the dentist. As a young child I had some very unpleasant experiences. I heard about their pain free dental on the radio so my husband and I wanted to give them a try. I love them from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to Dr. Kimrey. We even referred our youngest son and his wife. I recommend them to everyone when they ask about a dentist!! They are the best!!!!

I have just recently started going to cornerstone dental arts and I see Dr.Kimrey. I have a lot of dental issues and I am very self conscious about my issues. All the staff have been amazing at making me feel comfortable with my care. I am at the beginning of this transformation and can not wait to see the end result. In the past I have had dentist who did not explain or fully listen to me and that is definitely not the case with Dr. Kimrey!!!

This office has an amazing staff. They are really kind and work with last minute schedule changes. I started going here to get my teeth straightened with invisaligners and I have had nothing short of of a perfect experience.

For my wife and I, our regularly scheduled appointment with a dentist had always been one that we rescheduled at least two or three times. Not only did Dr. Stroud and our hygienists, Mandy & Jennifer, give us the most comprehensive exam we have ever had, we actually found ourselves laughing and having fun while we were there.
