I had a permanent cap (seven-year-old cap) fall off my tooth on a Sunday. I called Dr. Ks clinic and got the emergency #. I called that # and Dr. K himself got back with me very quickly. He gave me good advice on how to clean the cap and put it back on my tooth until I got to the office the next day. Dr. Kotsianas staff was able to fit me in the next day. Dr. K cemented the cap back on and I was good to go. I appreciate him and his team for their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency.

My experience with Dr. Jim and his staff has been fantastic. Unfortunately, I needed a fair bit of work when I first came to Dr. Jim, but he made a quick job of it with top notch work. I’ve been seeing Kiera as my hygienist for several years now and I absolutely adore her! She keeps my smile in beautiful shape and entertains me as well. As great as the actual dental work is, Dr. Jim’s staff does a remarkable job of running a pleasant and efficient office. I’m always in and out quickly! Everyone was so friendly and the visit was quick and easy. I didn’t have to wait long, they explained everything clearly, and I was finished in under an hour.

I typically dislike going to the dentist because of too many bad experiences but Kiera has changed that for me. it was my first time in today and she made it feel like we had been good friends for years. she was excellent at her job and incredibly friendly. i have to get a loose filling replaced, (bad experience with old offices) but i’m not at all worried about it. i actually look forward to going back in to see Kiera and the wonderful staff i got to meet today. highly recommend!!!

I’ve been terrified my whole life on the dentist. I have cavities. I needed a tooth pulled, they got me to an oral surgeon that day. They were all pleasant, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. K gave me the stern, blunt truth I needed to hear all while remaining professional and compassionate. I’m actually looking forward to go to my next appointment. They’re good good people there!!!!! Highly recommend this his office.

My first time visiting as a new patient and was very pleased. I had X-rays done at another corporate dental chain and was sceptical about all the work they told me I had to have done. Went to Dr. Kotsianis and he was very friendly and did an exam and I walked out learning what I was told was not the case. Only one cracked filling. No new cavities. It’s worth it to get a second opinion. I’m no longer fearful in going back to the dentist and plan to continue at this office. Very friendly hygienist and staff. I see why they have so many great reviews.

The dentist..... Probably the only person in your life that is able to stick you with knives, drills, probes, lasers, and chisels and avoid jail time...... I have seen my fair share of Dentist over my lifetime, but by far Dr. Kotsianas and his crew are the most professional, thorough, friendly, and efficient(minimal wait) office I have ever been to. The staff does an excellent job of explaining everything, and making sure you are comfortable throughout the process. Its refreshing to have a Dr. like Dr. K. Be assured that going to the dentist can indeed be a pleasant experience. The hygienists work diligently to clean your teeth well, and the dentist determines whats best for you in terms of treatment. But he doesnt try to find more things to fix -- only whats warranted by an exam and/or X-rays. Above all, youll enjoy the personal care youll receive.

Very good experience. On time, scheduling six months in advance is nice. Everbody is professional. My hygienist is nice, and does a great job. She gives good tips on flossing, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. Good facility as well - clean and appears to have current equipment.

I can not overstate how fantastic the entire group at Dr. Kotsianass practice is. From reception to billing, they are some of the nicest people i have met. The cleanings are quick and well done, I didnt get 10 hours of guilt tripping because i suck at flossing. And the people who have done them have all had a great sense of humor and bedside manner. This is the first dentist where when i sit in the chair i can *almost* relax because the man is a magician with the drill. I have had several cavities filled and honestly the anxiety over the expected pain was worse than the pain ever actually was.The appointments have always been on time and you are in and out quickly and the work, to me, has always looks great. They are also very good at working with you on your insurance and making sure you know what you are going to be paying before you even sit in the chair, so no unexpected bills.

If you need work done - you wont feel a thing, and it wont take any longer than necessary. The hygenists are fantastic - I usually see Carla and highly recommend her. They dont talk at you, they talk to you... real people, sincerely trying to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
