Saw Dr Alex today for an extraction of a broken tooth. It involved more than a simple on and he did a great job! Him and his assistants kept me very calm and comfortable during the entire procedure. They all were so caring and attentive to me. Got me a blanket , held my hand, just made me feel so good and cared for. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone needing dental treatment. They are all the best!

I had a good experience. Im a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist, so needless to say, I was not looking forward to going and came up with many reasons to cancel. From the minute I walked in until the minute I left, I was comfortable. I got a really good vibe from the hygienist and the doctor. I have a step by step plan moving forward and look forward to the final results. Hopefully, I will establish a long term relationship with the office and get regular care, so that I dont end up with the problems I have presently.

I was referred by my periodontist.They were very professional and friendly. Everything was explained in depth to me.We changed rooms a couple of times. They took actual pictures of my mouth with Camera. ( That blew my mind). I met Dr. Dean he went over my pictures and checked all of my teeth.He was very professional. I received a lot of personal attention to get my tooth filled.I didnt feel any pain after being numbed. Great treatment and glad to find a facility to replace my broken night guard! Experience was so quick and easy due to all the modern equipment with lasers taking pictures of teeth and the fit is perfect! No tap-tap for hours and weeks to get adjusted.Staff is friendly and very professional and take pride in their work. Very good experience. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. They do everything from retainers to in-depth dental cleanings all in one location. After recently relocating to Knoxville, I couldn’t be happier finding such a great dentist. I also have to say that the lady at the front desk this morning (8/26/2021) was extremely kind and really took pride in her job. Dr. Dean educated me on my dental health and provides actual solutions without being pushy. Dr. Dean clearly wants to do the right thing for his patients and it shows.

Found a infection in the jaw from an old root canal on first visit. Got that fixed. Broke a crown and put a new one in two hours. Was concerned about the quality of the crown so they took the time to explain the in-house process and showed me the crown being make. The crown fit almost perfectly and only needed a quick adjustment. Was very impressed.

I have Never been to such a friendly dentist. Not just the front desk staff but each and everyone that I came into contact with throughout my day. From beginning to end the whole visit I was made to feel confident, at ease, and just all around comfortable. ( that is saying a lot if I say those things) I didn’t ever feel like I was being judged, shamed, or anything of that nature not one time. Unlike other dentists I’ve been to, where even their office staff made me feel uncomfortable, because I didn’t have that perfect smile or perfect teeth! Dean Cosmetic Dentistry they were just amazing! I can not say enough positive things about them!!!! I have been going to Dr. Dean for almost 30 years. I will not be going back!!! The new office personnel are not helpful at all (where did Birdie go). My daughter tried to get an appointment and they would not even tell her if her insurance would be accepted. I tried to get an appointment for a cleaning and they just could not get me in anytime that worked! i know we have contributed to the new building and all the toys with all the work we have had done in the past- so have fun with that! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Today was a consultation. They went over options for treatment and shred pros and cons of each option. With this knowledge I was a lot select the best option for my needs.

Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Thorough initial visit led to non-pressured follow ups for needed work. Work was well done and made sure I was comfortable through the process. Discussions between staff during the process let me know what was happening as well. Probably the best dentist visits I’ve experienced.

The Doctor is fantastic here. Very compassionate and informative. They ALWAYS call you back quickly...even on holiday weekends. I had an emergency over the Christmas weekend. I called Saturday evening and had a return call AND text within an hour with an appointment for the next day SUNDAY of a holiday weekend. Found Dean Cosmetic Dentistry online and one visit convinced me to switch dentists. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to schedule. The insurance and treatments were explained clearly. The x-rays which are usually awful were actually pleasant thanks to the office keeping up with new technology. The hygienist was gentle. Dr. Dean explained everything well, is very thorough, and gentle. I am very impressed with how well the restorative work turned out. From the front desk to the dentist everyone was great. I highly recommend this place.

Usually hate going to the dentist and try to avoid at all costs, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience as the staff was super friendly and I was actually at ease with my visit. They were very informative about what they were doing and what needed to be done. I was really impressed with their office. Found out they do much more then just basic dentistry.
