My first time here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I had a full exam inside my mouth and out checking my mouth and bone structure checking for any cancer or bumps it was the best. I’ve never in my life had this done when going to a dentist all they did was teeth x-ray and cleaning or a cover up but never checked my mouth the roof top my gums my cheeks I was very impressed . Very friendly and professional I highly recommend this place

My experience today with KDG was phenomenal. I had a dental emergency and their office got me an appointment the very next day, in the morning…OUTSTANDING! Their team works together well and it makes the procedure have a smooth flow. The Dentist I had was Dr. McAnarney, who did an amazing job at explaining everything he was doing, making sure we were on the same page. It is also apparent that he enjoys his job. He addressed all of my questions before starting and made me comfortable with getting a replaced filling. Dental appointments overall for me are worrisome because of the need for drilling in ones mouth, but I had 0 worries this visit. The dental assistant Destiny, was also friendly and warming, which also makes a huge difference in patient satisfaction. I am highly satisfied, will recommend to people, and I will return back here with a smile for my future dental needs.

I finally found the place that could take care of me and my entire family. Everyone was so professional and caring. Dr. Harris and his entire staff were incredible. I will not hesitate to travel the 20 miles to see them. What a blessing. As crazy as it sounds, I actually look forward to going back to the dentist.

I would highly recommend the Killeen Dental Group! I have tried 3 other dentists in about 4 years and just didn’t find any of them to be a good fit. Dr. Harris and his staff were wonderful!

I was warned not to go here because they try to misdiagnose military families so they can get their $$$. Well I learned the hard way and won’t be going back. Got a second and third opinion and I was quoted 1/3 of the price they tried to charge me. The Dentist is also very pushy saying you “need” to get something expensive done. Even though other dentists say it’s excessive or unnecessary. I never named this place to any other dentist I’ve gone to. I just wanted to make people aware of what’s going on at this clinic.

The staff was very friendly and was very observant of CoVid 19 Protocol ans safety. The service was very thorough and the Dentist explained what services I needed to have done along with the estimated cost.

They worked me into their busy schedule. Took care of of my very painful broken tooth issue. They even put together a future plan for my dental health. Dr. Harris & staff were so much help. First appointment. Dr Johnston took all his time to explain to me the state of my teeth, gums et jaw bones.I got all the informations on how to proceed to take care of everything.I also got good information of the prices. And I was happy to get a deep cleaning right away. Camilla was so calm and gentle. The best deep cleaning I ever had.Everyone was kind and helpful.

I visited Killeen Dental Group yesterday for severe tooth pain. I was able to call on Wednesday and get a Friday appointment. They actually had an opening for the next day, Thursday, but I was unavailable. I woke up Friday with my tooth in the most pain it had been in and was nervous about someone poking and prodding at it. From the moment I got there they were the kindest and most understanding dental facility I have been too. They listened to me and took my pain seriously, which is huge. Before they even took a look around they offered to numb the area so I wouldnt have to experience any more discomfort. They werent able to fix the tooth there since it was found that I have a deep crack and infection that will require a root canal, but the doctor referred me to the root canal specialist he sees personally since he trusts them so much. He also gave me his business card with his cell on it in case I needed to reach out to him over the weekend when the office is closed. While I still have to wait a couple days to be completely pain free they gave me medication to help me through the next few days. Ive had several dental experiences where I felt ignored and dismissed and this was NOTHING like that. Im so glad I chose to see them and look forward to going back in the future. Thank you all so much!

Absolutely loved my experience here. Everyone there is very friendly. The appt. was quick and they were all very patient and understanding with my 6 month old I brought in with me. I would recommend going to this office especially anyone with a fear of the dentist or pain like myself. It was wonderful.

My last 2 visits with Abby and Dr. Johnston were very good at Killeen Dental Group. They are both great at their jobs and Dr. Johnston didnt even hurt when he deaden my gums!! Wonderful, Informative and Personable.I dont write reviews but I was thoroughly impressed by the way Pundt Family Dentistry treated my significant other. She came in feeling pain from a wisdom and left out with a big smile on her face. We were lucky enough to be seen as a walk-in and were immediately treated as if we were loyal customers. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist were amazing.I recommend them 100 times over.God bless America

Flexible hours, even open on Fridays and military holidays sometimes which is nice bc my hubby can babysit while I get teeth work done. Friendly staff, clean office, very experienced doctors. Super personable! Not pushy and they were quick but not too quick! Will continue to go here from now on.

What I love about Pundt family dentistry is Dr Sullivan ! Omg , I am such a coward and he always , along with his assistant , walks me through what hes doing . Makes sure that Im comfortable and as pain free as possible . His assistant , such a wonderful caring person. She makes me feel so much more at ease. My whole family goes to Pundt family , just different dentist. My grown son likes Dr. Harris and my husband is good with anyone. But me, its Dr Sullivan all the way!

Great people - great dentistry. Highly recommended. They treat you right.Something to remember though is that dentists dont work for free. If you have insurance (it is YOUR job to provide it) then it will be less expensive. If you dont have insurance then you will have to pay.

My experience was great I had two root canals and the pain was very minimal. The dentist stopped immediately when the pain was to much and quickly numbed it some more along with anesthetic. I will be back and highly recommend.!

The Pundt Family dentistry has been very good to me and my dental needs. all the dentist are excellent and gentle with me as I am very sensitive to pain. The hygienist takes in to consideration my small mouth and uses the small x-ray film for my x-rays. I would recommend them to anyone needing great dental care.

Wonderful Office! I have visited the office several times. I had all of my amalgam fillings removed and replaced with white composite fillings. I also had an old stainless steel crown changed to a porcelain crown. Dr. Heather was gentle and I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received! The office staff and assistants have always been very friendly. I always recommend this office!

Love this office. Went to it based off reviews and word of mouth and Im so glad I did. I have had a few fillings done by Dr. Heather and I couldnt be happier. She is very gentle and kind. Would recommend to anyone! I have actually moved close to SA and Im still thinking about driving to come for my routine checks.

I had a wonderful experience at Killeen Dental Group on my last checkup. Jennifer cleaned my teeth and was very nice and did a super job. Dr. Littlefield was also very nice and made me feel at ease being at the dentist.

My family started receiving dental care at this facility when it was under the Pundt family and we were very happy with the care we received. I can not say the same for the Killeen Dental Group. Wait time to be seen has increased; have to come back for services that should have been provided while we were already there; and we have experienced continued billing and insurance claims submission issues. I noticed the billing department was billing our primary and then charging us as if we didnt have a secondary. After the service and receipt of the payment (required at time of service telling us they have already billed our insurance); they will bill our secondary insurance. Giving a credit balance to our account which they keep on file. I was told when I addressed the billing question that it was an issue with the insurance companies and the fact that we have two of them; even though the only thing that has changed is this organization. So even though we have a credit balance on our account, we have had to pay when we go in for service. This has been going on for almost a year. What really nailed it today was the customer service. The clinic called to confirm an appointment for later in the week; which I confirmed while we were on the phone. After the confirmation, the person proceeded to inform me that we would be charged if we dont cancel or dont show up for the appointment. I just could not believe that the representative really went down that road with me knowing the billing issues we have had and knowing we have a credit on our account. I told them they were welcome to take the charge from the credit on our account for the last year that they were retaining.

I was referred to Dr. Pundt by my grandmother. I was informed he was retiring and instead got Dr. Sullivan who is the most sweetest man ever! He and Linda, the hygienist, knew my fear of dentists and were easy going with me and made me feel very comfortable. The only downside was the scraping hurt which is normal. The desk staff were also very nice people! I really felt like they were all a family. Great place to go to especially if you have a fear of the dentist.

The service received, words cant express the entirety and the care and the experience rendered. The entire staff ,doctors ,all kind and helpful, and I do appreciate how we (wife &I) was treated and how they work with us on the financial arrangements. I do recommend the Dental Group with honor....

I dont know about anyone else. But The few times I came that receptionist were rude. And actually talked badly about the doctors among themselves. Brittney was the worst. They will call and reschedule and in the next 10 mins shell call back saying that shed been trying to reach me to let me know that I needed to keep the appointment I originally had. Because someone else was scheduled. I was uncomfortable with every visit my daughter had. If I would have been the patient I wouldnt have visited after the first appointment.

I had not been to the dentist in WAY too long, and had 7 cavities. I also have two young children and a husband who could not make it in time for the appointment. The ladies at the front were happy to entertain the baby and kid while I got my teeth fixed. Dr. Harris was funny and patient with me. I have a deviated septum and that along with the fact that I hadnt been in so long made me a difficult patient. We figured out I could breath better leaning to one side, and scheduled the other half for another day. I got white fillings, thankfully, and he pointed out they rarely do metal ones anymore anyway.

This has been the NUMBER ONE dentist office in Bell County for some time. My family and I have been coming here for many years and will continue to do so. Great staff, amazing doctors.

Very friendly customer service from the receptionist during both check in and out. Didnt even have time to take my phone from my purse until I was called up. All three of the personal that treated me were very pleasant and professional.

A little back ground. I have been going to this dentist office for 13 years. I have never missed an appointment or been late. I just finished getting a series of crowns that cost me close to $1600 out of pocket a few months ago. I arrived at this office 10 minutes before my scheduled 3pm cleaning and checked in at the window. Two employees were sitting there, both on the telephone. Neither paused to acknowledge me at first, but one sitting 3 foot away looked right at me and nodded her head. Assuming she was acknowledging me as arriving, I sat down in the waiting area. Patients came and went, and at 3:14 a woman stuck her head in the waiting room looking for a Dean. This went on for a few minutes, until I asked why I had not been called back for my 3pm appointment at 3:18pm. I waited another 3 minutes for them to come out and tell me I was not checked in, my appointment was taken by someone else, and if I wanted to wait, they would try to work me in. I took two hours of PTO to attend this appointment and was furious. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out the wrong person was checked in, Dean, instead of me. The professional demeanor of the office has been dropping off in the past year. Prior to this incident, the person on the phone would have been told to hold, and the person standing face to face would have been addressed and checked in. I was the only person in the waiting area so if I had not been checked in, someone would have checked my status. If I ever waited even a few minutes past my appointment time in the past, someone would have came into the waiting area and informed me what the issue was. There are great Dentists in this office if you can get past the incompetent front office staff. Because of the take it or leave it attitude of the staff, I decided I will now spend mine and my families money at a different dental office. This was a great office when owned by the Pundt family, however, I guess when you purchase a practice and clients, you no longer have that relationship of trust and professionalism built over years of great service.

I have been going to Dr. Wayne Pundt for 40 years, and have always had a good experience, even though I AM a coward! Dentistry has come a long way in the past 40 years, and Dr. Pundt and his fellow dentists have kept up with the times. I no longer fear the dentist. I would place my trust in any of his fellow dentists.

Hands down the best dentist I have been to. They got me in so fast and there staff couldnt be any sweeter and so caring about your comfort. I saw doctor Sullivan and linda cleaned my teeth and they were just so down to earth and freindly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience at the dentist and they had me laughing and smiling the hole time.

I called them looking for some one that would accept walk-ins, they dont usually but they made an exception for my husband who has been suffering from tooth pain for almost 3 weeks. We dont have any dental insurance, not only did they allow us to make a payment arrangement, but they also gave us a discount on the service. These people are awesome! I highly recommend them and our family will continue to see them.
