On my first visit I was told to be there at 11:00 my appointment time and when I showed up they wanted me to fill out some paperwork but said I should have been there 30 minutes prior. I had no knowledge of that but I filled the paperwork out in 10 minutes, but this raggedy dental hygienist refuse to even see me. They made me reschedule. How many times have you gone into the dentist or the doctors office and they take 10 extra minutes maybe 15 to get to you, yet they would not even see me. I basically lost a whole morning over nothing. I do not recommend this dental office. They are rigid and not warm to new customers.

The dentist was friendly and gave me information as well informed. I will definitely continue going to his dentist office.

They got me in quickly when the Temple VA was unable to schedule my crown moldings for 4 teeth that had deteriorated to a point of needing root canals due to Dr shortage at the VA during the covid lockdowns.

Everytime Ive had an appointment Ive always been greeted with a smile! The staff has always been so polite and I absolutely LOVE my Dentist Dr. Kinateder, my Hygienist Sharmain and Mrs. Carlyon gives the best hugs!

I dont usually write reviews... but, today might be the exception.I have a very caring and compassionate human being caring for me, her name is Shelisa, if you are looking for a hygienist and you are tired of certain dental places in the area that dont care about you... Please go over Carus Dental and ask for this person! Im telling you, my best experience so far in a dentist office.

Dr. K and the team are some of the best in town. Always friendly and welcoming. Perfect place to go to get dental work if you get anxious about going to the dentist. They always do their best to make you as comfortable as possible!

Dr. K is the best!! Hes so nice, calm, understanding...the list goes on. I always feel so comfortable in his chair. Thank you for your patience and hard work.

Very clean office and pleasant staff. They were able to get m in within hrs. And resolve my issue. As for pricing of work tha needs to be done. I was just told how much not that I had options.

If I could give this less than a star I would. My husband was told to be there at 6:30. No one was there. Finally someone opened the door at 6:48 and he came in. He didn’t finish his paperwork fast enough so they told him to reschedule. FIRST OF ALL YALL WERE NOT THERE AT THE TIME HE WAS TOLD TO BE THERE! Second of all he was going to work late just to come to yall. This is a terrible customer service place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Don’t waste patients time by telling them to come in and you’re not there. Thank you Casey for being unhelpful. Then staying the doctor said it was too late.

At my last cleaning/check up I was scheduled on a Saturday for my next cleaning/check up. I received a confirmation text and email. So the day of my appointment comes around and I go only to find the office closed. I checked my confirmations to make sure I had the correct day and time and I definitely did. So I call them Monday to see what happened and they tell me oh yeah we had to close that day. So I asked why no one let me know and she couldnt give me an explanation. So I ask to reschedule my appointment and the next one was 6 more months away!! So I said, why cant I get an earlier appointment? I kid you not yall, she kinda scolds me and says, well, our patients usually schedule their next appointment before they leave. !! I was like, I DID but yall canceled on me and didnt even let me know! She was just like oh well theres nothing I can do. So Im now in the process of finding another dentist for my family. The dentist we normally see there was rough and rude to my husband at his last appointment so were done!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,Yesterday I Was Judge Before I Even Got Interviewed. The HR lady walked out and called my name And as soon as I stood up , She changed her facial expression and then I knew she wasn’t even gonna consider me. I walked in and sat in her office ....I could tell she was just interviewing to get it out the way and you can tell she was trying to hurry up and get the interview done, she asked me 2 questions and then the interview was over. I was judge of my looks not by qualifications and skills. Because honestly I was perfect for the job and the crazy thing is SHE CALLED ME AND ASK ME FOR A INTERVIEW CAUSE SHE SAW MY RESUME ON INDEED They take one look at us and automatically think we NOT GOOD ENOUGH for the job.

Rachael is a true professional! She has been cleaning my teeth for years and always does a great job. I really appreciate being seen at 7:00am, I was done and at work on time, very convenient! I can’t say enough about how awesome Rachael is!

Dr. Joseph Johnson is the absolute best dentist. Hes informative, professional, patient, always explains what he is doing and why particular treatments are needed. His assistant Caroline is also awesome. I would rather wait to see Dr. Johnson for months than see some other dentist.

Shelia is the best. Been going to her for 10 years. Wouldnt trust my smile to anyone else. The staff and doctors are also excellent.

Customer service and patient care were excellent. I give 3 star because they made me pay 55$ for a panorama X-ray, which I never needed when I went to other dental offices. They also will not tell you that in advance because if you bring your own panorama X-ray, they cannot take that 55$ from you.

First visit. Did not attempt to sell me a whole new mouth of teeth (greatly appreciated!). Basic dentistry is what I wanted and what I received. Hopefully future visits will be the same.

Friendly staff from the time you enter till the time you leave. Theres never a long wait time after youve checked in. Very professional staff that makes you feel so at ease. Josie is awesome!

I have been going to Carus Dental for years and will continue to do so. L. Watts, RDH is always very professional, answers any questions, and takes her time. Dr. Johnson is great and goes over and beyond as well!

I had to leave work early to pay a bill from them since they would not allow my wife to pay it. There hours are until 7pm and here I am at 645 and the doors are locked, frustrating thing is that I could see people inside the office.

My dental hygienist Josie D. Is amazing! She always makes me feel comfortable, lets me know everything upfront ( procedures, prices). She is very friendly and always makes my experience going to the dentist Not Scary!

Really unhappy with the care and customer service provided here only been going to this dental company for 1 year and have had dentist changed twice. My kid was set to have dental surgery in 2 weeks and I’m called and told that another surgeon will be doing her procedure bc the current one that performed the consult and exam is moving to another location ABSOLUTELY NOT. Went to castle dental first wasnt satisfied , the ladies on the front werent friendly the man that saw me wasnt friendly Im sorry if u wanna keep people great customer service is key. Im extremely upset with this dental office! How are you going to call me a day prior to my appointment late in the day stating I need to update my insurance when you could of told me months out before the day prior to the appointment. Makes no sense at all. This location needs new management or office workers.

Awful service ! terah one of the receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Ive been going to this office for the past year and it has been a terrible experience every time. last cleaning the dental hygienist hurt me so bad I was in so much pain. Dr K did a filling that resulted in permanent sensitivity problems (which according to him was normal). I am not sure if its a Carus thing to have awful customer service. Carus dental kids in killeen is also awful ! just look at the tables in their waiting area they have not been clean in ages. last cleaning my kids hygienist left for lunch and another come in to finish my sons cleaning took his dentist 40 min to come to the exam. DO NOT GO TO CARUS!

Horrible customer service at the Killeen office whoever that girl is at the front desk is rude and unprofessional and tries to play it of my saying sarcastic and smart stuff in a light tone with a smile but like I told her just because you say something with a smile doesnt mean you arent still rude you should really keep her in the back or let her go.
