I thoight i was the only one having issues with the wait time, but after reading the reviews is clear this office needs to learn how to better manage time. They over book patients and have them wait for over an hour just to be seen by the dentist. I loved coming here bc the staff was great but its not the same anymore. Theu dont even acknowledge that they had you wait over an hour for a cleaning! Dont come here if you have little patience!

Wasted my whole morning taking my daughter to her appointment that was scheduled a month out 30 minutes before her appointment I was told that I had to call her insurance to change her doctors because it wasn’t showing up in their system. Called the insurance sat on hold for 30 minutes for the insurance to tell me that the doctor was already set as her provider and the insurance rep told the office to call their provider line. They never did and I sat there for another 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t see her today. Any recommendations for dentists in the area?

I called to ask if they took delta dental rep said yes told me she would call me back when I had the information no call I called she said she was trying to call me but had the wrong number rep said I was not active I said I was she said she went through the portal and I was not active so I called delta dental I ask the DD rep if I could call them on 3 way star smiles rep was very rude to me with DD rep on the line Ss rep said she will look in the portal I tried to tell her I had the DD on the line ss rep was trying to hang up on me DD rep chimes in and ask for ss fax number so she could fax them what they need ss rep reluctantly gave fax number told me she would call me no call back . I went somewhere no problem n better customer service

Took my two-year olds to this clinic for their first cleanings and filling. Everyone was very professional and kind. Even though my son screamed his head off, I am very pleased with the result and how patient the staff was. One of the RDAs, Kasey, is a gem. She deserves a raise. Big one.

I called them twice, several days apart, for information on their services. Both times they took my contact information and stated I would receive a return call. I have not had a response to my inquiries.

I call the Friday before my appointment and when I get there for my appointment I had to wait for 1 hours and 10 minutes because the person in front of the office didnt had my insurance information after i left the information on the msg machine but did not return my call,

First time here but not the last, it was a pleasant visit, the staff was very friendly and made an hour go by super fast with the warmth and attention they gave me during my appointment

I have been coming here for several years with my son. They have always treated us very well and have always made time for us when we needed them the most.

They are very disrespectful theyre very rude unprofessional they let me get my teeth pulled out and they never replace them and they wont even help me get them replaced my teeth got pulled out 5 months ago Im still with no teeth no Dentures top and bottom even though we made plans to have a full set by now they wont answer the phone when they see my number is calling they wont call me back when I called the emergency number they like high school kids with an attitude its ridiculous I cant stand them I dont want to give them no stars

I took my 3 year old to this dump to get a filling and she was numbed by a tech and then we sat in the patient room nearly 2hrs before we walked out! She received no service other than the numbing. Once we left they called 25 minutes afterwards apologizing and asking for us to return. I DID NOT AND WILL NEVER go back there! I immediately change my Childs dentist. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

Texas Star Smiles and Fastbraces is amazing! The dentist of wonderful with kids and is so patient and soft spoken. Her assistants are always friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for years and that won’t change anytime soon.

I love coming here, employees are very polite and patient. I highly recommend and thank you Dr. Harris for the perfect smile :)

The first two times we went to this place it was great. They were great with my infant son, but because of today’s experience I’m giving them a bad rating. We went in and the room they put us in looked like it wasn’t cleaned before we got in there. I didn’t even want my 2 year old to touch anything. Because of COVID-19 you’d think they’d want everything EXTRA CLEAN, we won’t be back.

Oh how Ive missed Dr. Harris! We left her practice for a few years because my husbands insurance only allowed us to take them to a different dentist, and it wasnt pleasant. So glad to be able to bring them back to Texas Star Smiles. Dr. Harris is so kind and her staff is pleasant and patient with the children. She rememered my kids although it has been about 3 years since shes seen them. Still offers them a popsicle after their visit and a goody bag, although mine are much older. My daughter was excited to be back at this office. They never make it a scary experience.

I will not be going to this dental office again. I went last week trying to get an appointment. I walked in and I used the hand sanitizer. All three of the personal working that day look at me like I was infected and disease because I had not wore my mask. They had the clear blocker shield on their stations. I walked up and the lady then asked me before we begin do I have a mask? I said, Yes. but inside my car. She asked me if I could walk back and get my mask. I felt like I was so small. I got into my car and left. I thought maybe it was just one bad day. I called a few days later, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. After I was on hold the lady gets on the phone and says she will call me back. They never called me back for the follow up to make the appointment. I am telling anyone who reads this if your dental courage has anymore options for you please go some where else. I will not be going back to this dental office and their un professional manner

If you make an appointment expect to be seen 2 hours after that time , the room would be ready for you but you will sit there for another hour

I love the staff. They are all GREAT with kids. The dentist is excellent and my sons love coming here. We always feel welcome and leave with a smile. No screaming and crying kids unlike some other dental offices weve tried in the past. Been going here for 5 years.

Amazing is all I have to say. My son has been going here since 2011and i have never had a bad experience. My son recently had a dental emergency and i was able to get him squeezed into the schedule with no problem. The staff kept him calm through the whole procedure and made his smile beautiful again. I would recommend to anyone!!

They do a great job but the wait time is RIDICULOUS. I’m always there for over an hour and a half. I usually wait 30 minutes to be called to the back then another 20-30 minutes within the room. I expect this from a Doctors appointment. Really should do better...

Dr Harris is so patient and kind yet fast and effective when it comes to her patients! She uses kid friendly terms to make sure that they dont get frightened and truly cares for each and every one of her patients! Both of my daughters (ages 2 and 5) have her as their dentist and we just love her and the wonderful staff at Texas Star Smiles. They make you feel like family and explain terms for you so you can understand everything. I LOVE this office!

Great visit today, my only problem is the wait time, but it also means patients are getting treatment and business is doing good, so I Manage. Front desk staff went the extra mile today and it was really was appreciated. Thank you crystal and the other lady (didn’t get her name). Outside of this visit I personally just like the employees there and I never have any issues when receiving treatment.

This was the best place to ever get my daughters braces...the staff is so warm and comforting...I want to get me some braces just to be in the atmosphere...

I called them three times and left message to schedule an appointment and nobody called me back. I called the fourth time and finally a human being answered my call. The only day they have available to accommodate me with my schedule was Monday at 4 pm. I received a referral from my daughters orthodontics and she needed to have two of her baby teeth to be extracted. My husband arrived at 3:50 pm and he was told that they needed to have an evaluation plus xray for my daughter ( around 49.00) and then schedule another appointment for the extraction. My husband was waiting to see someone and it was already 5 pm and nobody came to him to say something. We did not want to have another appointment to have the teeth extracted ( we already got a referral and it is something that needed to be done). When my husband went to check why taking so long, their excuse was that they were short on personnel (unacceptable). Come to your client and talk to them. Offer them another appointment or try to work things up with the client, but DO NOT LEAVE THE CLIENT without any explanation. My husband walked away very upset and it is the last time that they will see our money there after being there for 4 years( I had other complaints before but I let it go thinking that it was not a big deal - same thing --- waiting time between 45 minutes to 1 hour.Definitely, I cancelled all my appointments I had with this business and I took my business elsewhere.

Walking in the staff is amazing they are considerate, kind, professional, and very helpful . The dentist was very rude, made me feel like I was the worst mother in the world because my child has cavities. Told me to get a follow up and that they would call me, I ended up calling and leaving messages with no response. The staff its amazing but the dentist isnt the best. She even got mad at me because I gave my son one blue glove, she looked at me said these are office supply s not toys, rolled her eyes and walked out. The building is beautiful and the staff is phenomenal but the dentist needs a couple of changes.

My kids have been coming for over 4 years and I have to say this is the only dentist office I would recommend for my children or other children to go! Dr. Harris is so amazing and her staff is very friendly and Malika is very knowledgable and amazing as well! My children will not be switching dentist anytime soon or in the future!!

This dental office cares. They call you to remind you of your appointments and even give out reminder cards. The staff explains procedures in detail to let you know exactly what to expect. I definitely recommend this office.

I have noticed last couple/few times my son has had a appointment we have had to wait up to 1.5 hours to be seen past his appt. time, however last visit was better also the Denist suggested that we try to schedule on two of her less busier days maybe that will help

My kids and myself use Texas Star Smiles as our dental clinic and we love Dr. Harris and her staff. They are very caring and helpful.

The first 2 times I went here everyone was helpful and kind. Made my 3 yr old feel safe and etc along with my 6 month old at the time. I recently in May had to reschedule a follow up appointment and no one picked up not even a day or two later. i also went on their site to email them about scheduling an appt not only for my 3 yr old but also my now one year and still no one answer. Between calling and emailing and not getting a response after 2 months shows unprofessionalism. And I really liked the staff there.

Do not even to try to go there..They do not want to work. I could write a long review but shortly do not waste your time.

The wait time isn’t bad, clean facility, staff/ Dr. Harris is friendly and they all work well with children.

I have had my teeth cleaned and some cavities filled here a few times and have not had any outstanding issues or bad experiences. I would rate 5 stars but it is a dentists office, hard to excite me about that one. I would recommend their services.

Brought my son for 4yrs, everything was fine until I asked for his dental records. Its been 3 months of calling and asking, still nothing.

I got my appointment day mixed up and they accommodated and saw all 3 of my boys the same day, they were sweet, friendly and did an amazing job on my kids! I highly recommend this place!!

I had a very pleasant experience. The people that took care of me best were the dental assistants. There was one with glasses who did not provide her name, but was very attentive. Myleeka was awesome. She even gave me a blanket being that I was cold. I finally saw Dr. Kishore, who gave the examination, yet I had to be referred to the oral surgeon. Myleeka rocks.

This place is only for the money! They told me I needed all this work done that I didnt. The dentist yelled at me continously. Never going back

The Densist here are very rude, The dental assistants are pretty nice well most of them, im not coming here again.
