Dr. Jeff and his staff are professional, competent and very friendly.Recently, Im a very regular customer needing lots of dental work done. Ive been to many dentists in my life some good, some bad. Dr. Jeff is one of the best dentists that Ive been to without question. He is an excellent all around dentist that is highly recommended.

My wife had an appointment this morning with Dr. Jeffrey Muszynski at Elm Ridge Implant and Family Dentistry. The office was very nice and clean and the staff were all in sync and ran very smooth. The Dental Assistant was very nice and personable and made sure we were comfortable during the visit. Dr. Muszynski was very professional, courteous, and kind. He explained everything and answered every question and took the time to really address every issue. There is a person on staff (I dont know her position) named Brooke. She was extremely helpful from the time we made the appointment until the time we left the office. She is a very kind, nice, helpful person and took the time to explain everything to us and goes above and beyond to assist us with our appointment and planning for future appointments. Thank you all for an exceptional visit. Most people are nervous and have anxious when going to the Dentist but this office was comfortable and stress free. Thank you all! Really like this office! Professional, but friendly! Always willing to help and explain. Dr. Jeff is gentle and straightforward. I feel comfortable ( for a dentis office) when I go there.

Dr. Jeff and his team are always kind, professional, and accommodating. I have been a patient for a few years now and they have calmed a lot of the fear I once had when going to the dentist!

My husband was having horrible tooth pain. He just wanted the tooth extracted so he can function. They refused and instead scheduled him for a root canal, because of course that is more expensive. All they did was clean one side of his mouth and told him they would call next week some time for an appointment for a root canal. They didn’t even schedule him an actual appointment. Now I’m searching for a dentist who will actually help him and listen to his needs. This place is just looking to make money. Beware this business. Look for a dentist who actually cares about healing their patients.

I love this office! They have state of the art equipment! Excellent, friendly, caring staff! A year ago I ended up with an infection after having a tooth pulled, the Doctors wife was In the hospital having their baby, my timing couldn’t have been worse! I called the office and they called the Doctor he called me on his personal cell phone and had me send pictures he called me every day sent me prescriptions and made sure I was ok even though this was his family time! I went in this week for a bridge, my teeth have never been anything to write home about but Doctor asked me if he could even out the bottom row and straighten up my top teeth with the bridge work! They are so pretty I can hardly type this for the tears! Thank you! Through it all you have been right by my side I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people! Thank you!

Ive avoided the dentist like the plague for year. This, of course has had quite the negative impact on my teeth. Dr. Jeff is amazing and has always helped ease my fears while in his office. Couldnt recommend more!!

Can’t say enough good things about Rachael, the hygienist that took care of me. She is extremely pleasant, great personality, and the ultimate professional. I don’t think I have ever had anyone take time to explain things in such precise detail. She informed me of the best products that I should be using as for as least abrasive to highly abrasive toothpaste, and even which bottled water is best for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. She also provided written information describing these. She and the entire staff are just great!

I had not had to have work done on my teeth in maybe 25 years, Dr Jeff was so patient and understanding. It took extra time to numb me up and I am sure was creating problem with his schedule, however I never felt that. I appreciate his kindness. My family says thanks for taking care of me.

Jaime K has been my hygienist for at least the last two years. Prior to having her, I had an extreme fear of going to the dentist. However, she has made me feel at ease. She is gentle but very thorough. I actually look forward to going now because of how she treats me and my teeth. I think its important to trust your dental hygienist, and I trust her 100 percent.
