I haven’t been to a Dentist in years due to a bad experience that it caused me anxiety. My husband convinced me to go and I found House of smiles. I had my first appointment today and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kaur was wonderful and listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I would recommend House of smiles to anyone.

Had to find a new dental office because my previous dentist practice retired. Searched the wed, read up on lots of dental offices in Killeen. Something just caught my attention about, House of smiles. Read reviews, and decided to give them a try. This is now my new dental office, the people are awesome, and the dentists are total professionals. Hope to be here for the next 20+ years like I was at my last office.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant it was my first visit (new patient) and they make the new patient process very easy. you fill out all your forms online and the check in process was quick and easy. when you reach the front desk The receptionist is very polite their whole staff is very polite and informative it was a gentle process I will definitely refer people to them.

House of smiles is a great dentist, they were caring staff and always let you knew what they were doing next on your teeth. I just recently got work done and they were super helpful and nice the whole day and the work came out extremely nice. The staff takes notes if you have teeth sensitive or if you have teeth problems and will help you relieve month pain. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a dentist

This place was great and very professional. The staff was nice. I got an fill in. They made me feel very comfortable and I was also out at a decent time. They did everything fast and made sure i was satisfied before i left. I would definitely recommend :)

I’m nervous when it comes to the dentist but this place is beyond great. I would recommend this place to anyone that is not comfortable with pain. Their hospitality is amazing & makes you feel safe during the procedure. They also have a sense of humor. Very great place to go. I will be back to this place for any mouth operation! I had a dental issue and they fit me in the same day I called. The ladies up front are very nice and the dentists are as well. If you want a good dental experience, I recommend going here.

My overall experience was amazing!!! My dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough. The doctor seems very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up a treatment plan that suits my request.

Very friendly staff, got in my chair quickly hardly any wait time. Was numbed very well and didnt feel anything. Had to get 4 fillings done in one sitting, and I was done in just over an hour. Multitasking assistants made for little to no waiting in the back. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had a great first visit! My 6 year old son and I were both seen. All of the staff was professional and pleasant and one young lady in particular was amazingly patient with my baby. They were very thorough and took time to explain everything. Thank you guys and we will see you in 6 months!

I have a deep rooted fear of the dentist but was in pain and had to go see one. These ladies were so kind and thoughtful of me and got me to relax a little. Talked me through everything they did and were extremely gentle. Going back next week for an extraction , which terrifies me, but Im going, which is a change for me, I always cancel. Think Ill be ok in their hands. 🥰

Great environment they give to their patients. Took my 2 year old in and she didn’t cry or feel scared. They are very kid and military friendly. My wholeFamily goes here.

I absolutely love it here. I hate going to the dentist like most people but they make you feel comfortable. My mouth needed a lot of work but we are slowly but surely getting it all fixed with absolutely no judgement just help to get me where I want to be.

I’ve had great experiences from extractions to simple cleanings. And I cannot complain. They make you feel welcomed. Which makes the whole experience comfortable.

Had a cracked tooth that other dentist had written off as good. When i came here they did my cleaning and noticed the crack on the spot and had my tooth repaired in no time. Thank you so much great customer service. I would recommend to anyone.

Overall my experience was slightly below average. I had an appointment at 1:15 and I was seen at 1:50. The staff seemed really nice and welcoming but the dentist that did my cleaning didn’t hold back at all when she went to floss between my teeth. It seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t have much care about what kind of pain she was inflicting on my gums. The facility is also located in what seems like an abandon work complex which is very confusing when you first show up there. I wouldn’t exactly recommend anyone going here but that’s just me. I might have just had an unlucky experience.

LOVE this dental clinic! Every time I’ve had an appointment the staff are always extremely nice, helpful, and professional. I have a major fear of the dentist and they work hard to help me get past my fear by making sure I am always okay, by always keeping me informed of what they are doing, and even by allowing me to put headphones in to try to help keep myself calm during the procedures.Every one of their staff members are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They really care about their patients and it shows by the fact that they get to know their patients. Unlike most other dental places, I never feel like I am just another paycheck to them. They do not rush through patients to get as many in as possible; instead, they really take their time and make sure everything they do is to the high standards they would want for their own dental care. If something (ie. crown) is not exactly how it should be, not fitting right, uncomfortable, or perfect, they send it back and redo it until it is. Which is NOT something I have had happen before... usually dentists make it work and just send you on your way hoping you don’t notice because they want to get as many patients in as possible each day.When it comes to getting appointments and pricing: every time I’ve needed to be seen, they get me in very quickly. I did not have to wait weeks. They really work out the best time that works for you. Prices are very good in my opinion. Their front desk staff look into every possible way to get insurance to cover stuff so you are not stuck with a huge dental bill. They know insurance companies and have always been able to answer any question about them without having to look it up, guess, or tell me to call and ask my insurance company (which I’ve had happen before 😑).If you’re new to the area and looking for a dentist or if you are in any way unhappy with your current dental office, come here. Heck, I’m sure even if you are happy with your current dentist that you will be even happier at House of Smiles!House of Smiles is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone.

This place was such a disappointment. The dentist was super professional, but that is as far as it goes. The dental hygienist was mediocre at best. Worst cleaning I’ve ever had. Like she was having a bad day and hates her job and maybe even her life. Her demeanor, attitude, and tone of voice is completely negative. Which is a shame because Dr Glecos is a great provider and he deserves staff that is equally great. The last drop was the two ladies up front. There’s an older white lady with short salt and peppered hair who is polite and professional. The other two ladies however, are not worthy of employment. Taylor has a very aggressive attitude and has zero understanding of professionalism or politeness. I’m sure there are 100 people out here in this economy who can do a far better job than her while providing top notch customer service. And the other white female with the “blonde” hair is supposedly her supervisor. However she’s cowardly and refuses to give her name in order to call her out properly and give her credit where credit is due. Not only is she condescending and rude, but she stands by Taylor and supports her 100% in her displays of disrespect towards patients. Instead of deescalating situations and taking charge like a good “supervisor” would. She chooses to do nothing and allows the staff to be aggressive and stands by while patients are verbally attacked. Not only was this a personal let down and they’ve lost a patient with insurance who can actually pay for services, but they will now never receive additional business from 4 of my family members who we’re getting ready to become their patients as well. I feel bad for the Doctors at this practice. They deserve far better staff. Not this bunch of grade-A certified TRASH that they have getting paid to run off patients. They belong in the unemployment office. And they desperately need a class or two on how to manage a front office and how to communicate with patients. A complete waste and mismatch of talents. Will not recommend this place purely based on the fact that you have to deal with the staff and there’s no way to avoid them. Either get better staff or go elsewhere and practice in an office with professionalism.

Everyone was so nice from the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time I walked out. Everyone was so professional and had great energy which is what you want being the the dentist isn’t the most pleasing thing but every last one of them made me feel comfortable! Even the doctor, I forgot his name. He was a younger guy but great energy all around in that place. They went over my insurance with me and gave me a referral to the oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed! I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Saxena is one of the most professional and nicest dentist Ive ever dealt with. Her spirit is very welcoming and something about her just makes you comfortable. House of smiles front desk personnels are very welcoming and professional and they helped me out tremendously since I did not have any dental insurance. I had two extractions and prior work done on my teeth by Dr. Saxena and her crew and will be back for more. This is by far my favorite spot for any dental work. Fantastic Dentistry. I called on a Monday morning with a dental emergency. (I had broken a jaw tooth over the weekend.) Upon explaining my situation they were able to schedule me for the same day. The entire office from the front desk to the doctor were extremely nice. They not only took care of my broken tooth but did a full exam and xrays to provide me a future care plan. Went in for my very first visit today. It took a little longer than usual because one of the doctor’s had an emergency but they still got me in and out quickly based on all the things they needed to complete for the first visit checkup. The girls really cleaned my teeth up nicely and I had good conversation with them. Met the dentist and his exam was quick but thorough. He wasn’t too bad to look at either hahaDefinitely found my permanent dentistry in this place.They even told me I could bring in my child during the fillings scheduled for next week and that the ladies like to play with the kiddos that come in there and help entertain them. Really makes my life easier as a mom of 2.

House of smiles is by far one of the nicest dental offices u have been into in a while. Bother the staff and environment are very friendly, if your uneasy about dental work I feel that they would put you at ease. They are complying with all covid condition and requirements, each dental chair and room are spaced a great distance apart from each other..

She basically insisted that I’d be perfectly comfortable and satisfy with my crown prior to leaving. I appreciated her profound concern and her desire for perfection!!!! Also her assistant Zsanett was nothing less than excellent also!!!! She’s truly a professional!!! She made me feel comfortable and gave me her honest opinion on questions I asked! They make me feel like they have your best interest in hand and they actually DO! I would highly recommend House of Smiles and especially the Dr. Kaur and Zsanett team!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

This place ran like a well oiled machine. Great communication with staff, my appt was quick but thorough and felt like my needs were heard. Having a sterilized office was definitely a priority for this office- especially during the pandemic. Loved the professional staff- can’t wait to go back.
