I had the BEST dental experience here. The team is friendly, and very caring, Dr. Gaya is the absolute sweetest woman and she’s gorgeous. Her assistant Ester is sweet and wonderful as well. They made me feel very comfortable, she pulled my wisdom tooth in literally 3 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing, and only experienced very minor pain post op. My family and I will only be seeing Dr. Gaya and her team. I highly recommend them.

This place is amazing, the staff is very helful in perio side.Went for a bone graft two weeks ago and they took great care of me. The Dentist gave me some good advice and was very informative when I asked questions about their implant procedures. Waiting to heal so I can go back and finish this procedure.

Great place for kids. They’re extremely gentle & reassuring. They explain everything (to both the parent and child) and constantly ask how the patient is doing and if they feel okay.

The staff and dentist are all very nice! I had a root canal. I was surprised on the gentle dexterity of the dentist. She was able to get in and fix my tooth with minimal discomfort. I will 100% have work performed by them in the future. Excellent job & Thank you!!

Dont know where to start. Staff is amazing, the care was outstanding.I broke a tooth last year eating pop corn kernels, yeah, the unpopped ones normal people throw away. It hurt for awhile, not too bad, so I ignored it. It had a filling in it, little by little over the course of the year, small pieces would chip off. The nerves died so there wasnt any pain. Well, neglecting the situation caused the two neighboring teeth to start decaying at and below the gum line.Long story short, I walked in, got a treatment plan AND a cost for that plan. It was not cheap, but for all that needed done it was an excellent price. If it was just one tooth and if I would have taken care of it sooner, it would have cost about what I spend on a weekend of fun. So, I decided to call my bride before I spent the money, told her the cost, she said get back in there.I was deciding whether to debit it or put it on card and pay it off in 2 or 3 payments. The business manager showed me a credit plan they offer through an outside lender. Checked the rate, and used that instead.The doctor gave me a plan and a price, worked for almost 4 hours. I had one wisdom tooth attached to my jaw bone. I paid what she quoted. I was expecting additional charges, she worked her butt off. No additional charges. She said before we began, it may not be easy and could take a few hours.Its 4 hours later, the numbness is going away and there is not much pain.I can not say enough good about these ladies and level of compassion and professionalism.

Today I had a cleaning, two cavities filled, and a tooth extraction. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating and the entire procedure was painless. I was particularly edgy about the tooth extraction since Id never had one done before, but it went off with ease. At one point the doctor said, Its almost out and I realized I hadnt even know shed started actually removing it yet...! Very skilled, pro work.

They were so patient with me and took time to comfort me. The doctor kept asking me if I was ok and even during a painful extraction she let me take a break! I was an add on emergency case and she never made me feel like I was taking away from her day. I was there over 3 hours because my tooth was very hard to remove but they were all so so nice from the front desk to the ladies in the back. I will definitely be back!

Have been going there for some time now. Staff is very friendly and Dental assistants are very professional. The Doctors are Friendly and discuss all your options very thoroughly. My son also goes there and also gets the same professional treatment. My wife will be going soon. I would recommend them to anyone...

Even though the sign on their door says that Saturdays are for appointments only, I thought Id take a chance since I was in so much pain. They took me with no problem. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Their place of business is very clean and orderly and I look forward my next visit.

As a self-professed big baby, Ive always been terrified of going to the dentist. However, I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience here! Ive never had an appointment that was as informative and non-judgmental as the one I had here. Im actually looking forward to coming back, and that is a HUGE deal for me. Highly recommended!

I honestly dont know how to feel I had a planned appointment for a specific amount saved for it etc.. the said the took my insurance. In confidence I paid up front for my services. During the process they didnt even know what teeth they were doing and in the middle of the service they stopped to tell me I had to pay more because my insurance didnt cover it o honestly feel 🙃 I should have went somewhere else I didnt feel like I was the top concern of anything and Im truly sad not to mention previous appointment felt rushed and I didnt get a cleaninging like I use to experience in the past Ive never once got to see my x-rays as well to confirm anything like dentist in the past as well and that concerns me. But as far as the end result of my feeling today Im okay with it 🙂 a piece of me feels like I just got my insurance ran when I should have chose somewhere else and spend my money I paid out of pocket as well somewhere else. The dentist I had made me feel or at least the demeanor or energy like I wasnt worth the time ..it could just be me idk but the staff was really pleasant

I arrived there and was promptly seen to finish up any signatures needed. Everyone was very friendly. I had a tooth extract and did not feel anything. I felt so comfortable. Went today to get started on fixing some issue with my teeth they were awesome they took care of my most dire issue and set up a great plan for tackling it all.

The Killeen Office on Stan Schlueter Lp should be more mindfull of their patients time. Service is just as important as quality. Many customers like myself are professionals and have work schedules. Patients should not have to sit in a dental chair for an entire hour after their appoinment time without being seen by the doctor. I understand scheduling setbacks happen, but the patient should be made aware and be given the opportunity to reschedule or adjust their arrival time. Hopefully, this is not a constant problem of overbooking.

I had an emergency because my tooth fell out and I was going on a trip that same week. They we’re able to get me in immediately. I had an infection and cavities, the dr fixed all of my issues and gave me a temporary bridge so that I could be fine on my trip. I had no pain and even the billing options were pain free (lol). Went back to get my permanent bridge put in and the whole staff from the front desk to the Dr were phenomenal!!!!

So naturally the Dentist office is not a field trip AND it is oftem dreaded. The staff are totally professional and extremely proficient. The atmosphere was pleasant and made me feel relaxed ( an experience not usually associated with a dental visit).

I arrived with 2 toddlers.She brushed my first toddler teeth and then left to work on another patient. The assistant told her 4 times that both kids were being seen. We waited another 30 minutes and then decided to leave.. it seems like the easiest thing to do would have been to brush my other babies teeth as well (which only took 5 seconds because they barely have any teeth) before going to work on another patient, and of course their babies so they started to get fussy... I just have no idea why she would do one kid and go work on someone else. Worse experience ever.

When you are in need of great quality dental work, Ace Dental on Stan Schlueter Loop is the place to go. From the moment I stepped in until the time I left, incredible service all the way through. Luz was very transparent in regards to the payments for all the procedures that would be done for the appointment. Dr Agrawal informed me well about what will be done for the procedure and recommends what needs to be done for the follow up. Her dental assistant Lisette was very sweet and was excellent in assisting with the procedure I had done today. You all are truly amazing and I will definitely will come back!!

I had a cleaning done last year and it was the quickest cleaning i ever had. Anyway I’m here to post about a root canal tooth that was done poorly. I remember leaving the office and a few days later my bite didn’t feel right and i was experiencing pain. i went back to get it fixed and they prescribed me amoxicillin. Months went by, i couldn’t go back due to covid (every where was closed) my husband and i had already left texas due to PCS. Anyway this poor root canal that was done on me caused a lesion and the dentist said that my best option is to extract the tooth. I had done that today. and the tooth was decaying and it wasn’t properly sealed...i am sad that i had to loose my chomper tooth. I wish people would take there job more seriously, if you’re gonna do a cleaning atleast make it worth while. My dentist back home got every tooth and the hygienist was actually doing the cleaning, not the dental assistant. i would not recommend this place at all.

Horrible dont waste ur time. I spent quite a few dollars here only to still be in pain. Im going to another dentist to get was originally wrong and the pain that they created. Havent been able to go back cuz of covid but I definitely dont trust them cuz they supposedly hv fixed it but nothing feels any different in fact things hv gotten worse🤬🤬🤬

This place is always slow we’ve been here for almost 2 years still extremely slow service. They aren’t courteous at all. I will be leaving this office after this visit the staff is not very experienced in customer service either. The pandemic only made it worse they hound you about and appointment and they aren’t ever ready. I’m here now and arrived at 4:04pm and here it is 4:57pm and I am still waiting.

Came all the way from Taylor to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I felt no pain it was easy and fast. I had a amazing assistant by my side Nancy was awesome she kept me calm during the procedure. And she got me gown to keep me warm thank you Nancy for helping during this experience !!!

Staff was nice up front. Everything appeared clean. Actual dentist who saw me was young and rude and even though I was only needing a cleaning I left without treatment. He made me feel self conscious. I went some place else and they said the recommendations from Ace dental were not necessary and even silly to recommend without doing a complete exam.

Ace dental is amazing they are nice caring people. No matter what your getting done they help you with it all the way. I had caught a bacteria infection due to a 🦷 I never been so scared and in pain in my whole life. The procedure was very scary above all painful. But they helped me through it all. All the crying and screaming in pain. Now I’m starting to heal and get better and awaiting a root canal. Thank you Ace dental for helping during a rough time I almost have my smile back now 😁

This place is amazing. I had a dental emergency and they gave me a same day appointment. I was even able to have a root canal done on the same day. The dentist is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be switching to this office to all my dental needs.

BAD experience. Had a crown done. The temporary fell off every time they put one on. It took a month to get the permanent one. When they put the crown on it was not fitted properly. They did fillings that day also and never smoothed them out. By the end of the first day one of the fillings fell out. I called the next morning and said dont fill the prescription for the night guard. They did anyway and now they wont refund the money on it. Had to go back in again to have the filling replaced and all the other fillings smoothed out and the crown adjusted. They do bad work there.

Decided to try these guys out since theyre close to our house. The front desk lady is the best thing about this place. She had a welcoming smile and attitude, the rest of this place is a **** show. Staff seemed like they were untrained like highschoolers and unprofessional. When I got my cleaning they didnt do any tartar checking, just polished up my teeth. Ive had cleanings done many times in my life, but this one got everywhere. Ive had one cavity in my life and that was 3 years ago. I go here and they tell me I have 8 cavities?! Not likely. I go for cleanings every 6 months and take care of my teeth. The icing on the cake is when I got my toothbrush at the end. Just some generic toothbrush, but no floss. I wont be back. Ill be going back to the good dentist at Cove Family Dental. Please dont send me any more postcards in the mail. Save a tree.

They are getting one star thanks to the front desk ladies. The appointment was schedule for a next day.... front desk ladies were great.Onto what really matters... cleaning ? There was none ! They just put some tooth paste and floss my teeth. I feel I was robbed by this facility. I even asked them if they were done ... I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL.My appointment was at 1:00 and I just left the facility at 2:43 with a pathetic service offered. Very disappointed!One of the dental assistant was rude as well. I asked the other lady in there at the hour mark of me waiting in the chair to see how much longer and the dental assistant replied to the other lady who I initially asked with “I already told her!” Rudely. I will never visit this place again.

They have same appointments available a lot of the tine. I was able to schedule an extraction the day prior to having the procedure done. Nancy was such a great assistant. She provided me with fool proof instructions for after care and helped me get a discount!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Went in for an exam and cleaning and I have cavities that need filled, they said they would call in two weeks after they sent everythingto my insurance. No call. I called them and was told they would check and call later that day. No call. This happened twice. Still no call. Very unprofessional and the front desk worker is rude and snappy. Would not recommend them.

So Friday night i went to bed and woke up with the worst pain at 4 am Saturday morning. literally crying. I called Ace Dental at 1035 am and asked could someone please see me, they told me be there by 12 pm. When I got there everyone was so nice, I checked in with Jo and literally waited for not even 5 minutes. When I went to the back I was greeted by Ana B and she was so pleasant she explained and talked to about what was going on. Unfortunately i needed a root canal done. Dr. Gupta came in and immediately helped me. She was nice and she didnt hurt me at all I have always had not so good visits at the dentist, but today was something very pleasant. I so recommend coming to this dentist. I promise you will be pleased by everyone.

This is my second time coming to this Ace Dental because it is right by my house. I enjoy coming here because they made me a quick appointment. Also they were respectful of the fact that I had a limited amount of time because I had to work. The staff is always friendly as well!

Dentist didnt listen to me at all! Paid almost 50$ and now I have to pay more to go to a different location and see a better dentist? Not really fair...

Came in for a cleaning and was told I have 8 cavities and I needed to get my wisdom tooth extracted because it was forming a cavity also. The dentist didn’t even tell me what wisdom tooth it was (I have all four with NO issues). She also couldn’t identify which teeth had cavities when I asked for confirmation. I decided to only do the cleaning that day and the young man did not do a good job at all. I almost chocked on the water and saliva build up and he only cleaned about 6 teeth on the top and bottom. Completely skipped the back of my teeth and didn’t even check for any tartar build up. Worst “cleaning” I’ve had.

I am leaving a 1 star because of the way business is handled. The only good thing about this place is the receptionist .I walked in with mouth pain and I had to get a root canal done and around 8 cavities done . 2.5 weeks later I go back to Ace to get my permanent crown put in (thank god because my temps cracked within 2 days of getting them done.) I mention that Im having mouth pain in a cavity area they filled in. They classified it as trauma pain.... From 2.5 weeks previous. I said ok and left knowing something was wrong. Next day I drove down to Aspen and had to have an emergency ROOT CANAL on a tooth Ace said they fixed. I do not recommend this dentistry to anyone as I was supposed to also have cavities filled in but Aspen had to go behind them and fill in even more cavities. And cavities do not occur overnight.Im not stuck with an ugly permanent crown and a stupid expensive bill I have to pay . I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY love this place. My daughter has been having problems trusting a dentist for awhile now. She would try to put her hands up and squirm the entire visit, Making our visits kind of far and in between. However, this dentist office and the staff made my child feel so comfortable that this will be our permanent dentist. From making the apt until the actual service was more than I could ask for. Keep up the Fantastic job. If anyone asks about a dentist I will definitely be referring. Great place and am so happy that we found it. This facility was on Stan Schlueter in Killeen, TX

I went for a routine check up and was told I needed to wait for my insurance to clear for them to do my filling. they said it would take maybe 2 week. I also had imaging done for invisalign and they said that would take 3 weeks for them to be send to whoever creates the molds. I didnt receive a call to get my filling, had to call them the girl said theyd call me that same day with an update. I receive no update. called back the next day, nothing had been done with my information and the imaging for my invisalign had to be rescheduled because the images where unusable. I get a new appointment for my filling and imaging 3 months after my initial appointment, finally, and 30 minutes before my appointment they call me in regards to my filling and extractions? I never agree to any extractions and also imaging machine is down so they want to send me to another office in a different city to get the images done. Terrible communication and handling of information. If they cant process my paperwork correctly, Im scared to think what theyll do to my teeth.

The staff is nice and I got an appointment the next day. However... I had cleaning and fillings done and my mouth hurt for a couple of weeks after. I went to get a root canal, I was there for 2 1/2 hours. The dentist would have to stop my canal to check on other patients. I sat there with my mouth open waiting. I told them I was getting aggravated waiting on her to look at other patients when I should have been a priority. I didnt get a mold for a crown, and she said to come back next year for the crown?! By that time I was so ready to get out of there. The next day I got a sore throat and then became sick. I dont know if its from sitting there for 2 hours with my mouth open catching germs. I will not go back except to pick up my dental records to take to another dentist.

The dentist diagnosed me with 12 cavities that needed to be filled as soon as possible. They sent x-rays and pictures to my insurance, who denied my claim, and also denied my appeal. They offered me their medical credit card, but I couldn’t afford it. I saw another dentist at another practice, and I didn’t have a single cavity! The new dentist said that my teeth were in great condition, and was horrified that a dentist would get something so wrong. NEVER GO HERE

The only reason I came to ace dental was because my regular dentist was completely booked and they offered a free whitening. My initial visit was a disaster, the tech attached my xrays to someone else’s chart. All the equipment in the first exam room was not working properly, my prior dental records were list because ACE dental updated their software. The whiting process was a hot nasty gagging mess. Very messy. I did not even get the free whitening because the experience was not great. AWFUL. This is definitely my last time EVER to go to this establishment.

The staff are nice I give them that. Back in November I went in for cleaning,They said I had two cavities that need to be filled and that they’ll get back to me in 2-4 weeks after my insurance gave them the OK. 6 weeks went by and I didn’t hear back, called and they told me the insurance stuff didn’t get sent.Then a few weeks later I went in for gum pain... they tell me I need a new crown, that they will send the paper work to the insurance along with my cavities stuff again ( since it still wasn’t sent as I was told) now month later still nothing called back and was told my nothing got sent out again... I’m very disappointed and will find a new place to go...
