I moved to the area recently and had a crown fall out. Despite having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, I was very satisfied with the services I received. Dr. Hyatt and staff were kind and welcoming. All procedures and billing were thoroughly explained and I was provided various options. Killeen Dental Health Center is now my go to for my family and me!

Great experience! From the admin staff to the hygienist, Meagan and Veronica to Dr. Hyatt, ALL were very professional. Every staff member that I dealt with, observed and overheard appeared to enjoy their job and assisted each other in doing their job in a very positive manner. It was a very pleasant experience. Prior to every procedure I was informed in detail and allowed to select from several options. All the Dental Care Providers are always helpful when both my kids and I have our 6month check ups. They’re understanding that I have my two kids and are willing to help out. They’re great, kind, gentle, & patient with my 3 & 2 year old. My dental provider Jennifer is always very thorough with my cleanings and the Doctor insures he answers all of my questions & concerns that I may have when it comes to my teeth. The front desk clerks are always helpful too when needing to re schedule & are very friendly! Keep up the amazing customer service vibes!

This place has been fantastic all around for myself and my children. They are all so kind and respectful. We are always able to be seen at the same time so I never have to make multiple appointments on different days. They are great with the kids. I am someone who suffers from SEVERE anxiety. So much so my blood pressure literally gets heart attack level. These folks, from the moment I walked in the door( 2nd visit today) did their ABSOLUTE best to make me feel comfortable & not alone. Even told me they were glad I was there, which literally made me cry. They help. not judge. I am so embarrassed of my mouth as my anxiety has prevented me from doing anything, along with SEVERAL horrible experiences with other practices. They were very compassionate and caring as well as gentle and through in their work. If you are looking for a dental practice you can trust to put YOU first, go to these folks. You wont regret it.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. I was called an hour before my appointment wanting me to come in at 9:50 and when I said I couldn’t because I had another appointment at 11 in Temple the lady stated she didn’t know why my appointment was even scheduled for that time. I understand things happen but when I asked for it to just be rescheduled for another day they wanted me to wait a month and a half. Their mistake and I have to wait that long for another appointment? Terrible business and I would not recommend them to anyone.I see the response from the business and this excuse make absolutely no sense. So an employee being sick is the cause of the delay? I was asked to come in later because as the woman on the phone stated (I’m not sure why your appointment was scheduled at that time). Your reply is just trying to cover your bad business ethics. Try owning up to your employees mistakes instead of making a lame sick excuse.

Dental cleaning last two times by M. (Young lady married to E5 at FT Hood) has been extremely caring and careful. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and a bad back. She has been extremely careful both times to minimize pain.

First time here, been to plenty of other dental offices, but they’re my new favorite. They don’t try to upsell, do unnecessary work, or make you wait. I went at my appointment time, was promptly seen, everything was explained, and before working on things they would tell me what my insurance would and would not cover and the cost of the work I would be paying. Both kids go here and love it as well, friendly and professional!

(Morning team May time frame)Changing my 5 to a 1.Spouse got 4 wisdom teeth removed an was sent home with only 6 single small gauze. $324 procedure out of pocket after insurance.Only received numbing shots in mouth (14) an could still feel what was done. Kept working when told what they were doing can be felt (awake the whole experience). They keep trying to sell a deep cleaning. Was given horrible after care instruction. Had to search on internet.(Done by afternoon team September time frame) Afternoon team seem to be a different story than morning team.

I called another Dental group and the receptionist tried to clown me because I was asking questions...so, I called Killeen Dental...the receptionist - Ms. Barros was awesome front start to finish..she patiently answered my questions and even wanted to double check...I sincerely appreciate the welcoming attitude whoch made me choose Killeen Dental.

Ive been going to Killeen Dental on Elms Road since 2005 and I wouldnt change it for the world. The employees are you very professional, friendly and they make me feel right at home. Expected so much better from this place considering my kids love it here but for an appointment for myself was literally like pulling teeth. Got a text for an open appointment to come in the following day, so I do. Arrived earlier to fill out paperwork, every client that came in after me was seen immediately (before me). I was told it was my fault because I’m a new client. After leaving and canceling my appointment. I received a call also stating it was my fault but if I were to come back it wouldn’t happen again. Uhm what ?! Okay, I’ll just take my service elsewhere.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for Killeen Dental! Unfortunately I spend a lot of time there and I have always been made to feel at ease. I am not a fan of the procedures as most people would be. They make sure that Im as comfortable as possible. From Dr. Gneiting to all the staff, I am their first priority and my well-being is very important to them. I know you cant find anyone better to take care of you! Im always happy with the results! I was hoping for a better experience at Killeen Dental Health after my not so good experience at Aspen Dental and I must say from booking my appointment on the phone to checking in for my appointment was a wonderful experience. Norma booked my appointment on the phone initially for later this month but days after I was rescheduled for sooner and I was truly happy for that; I wish I could remember the lady who checked me in because she was super polite and she helped me with a few questions; people do not understand the importance of customer service and dealing with the front desk clerks because they make a big difference for clients. Kim performed my X-rays and she made me really comfortable and helped me relax because I was a little nervous; my hygienist Jennifer was very professional, informative and compassionate when it came to my care and I truly value her for that; Dr. Williams was also caring, professional and informative as well and showed a great deal of care towards my teeth now and long term; Jamie checked me out and helped me with information about my bill and answered a few questions for me and her customer service was Awesome. Thank you all for what you have done for me, it has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to further care here.

I called Killeen Dental this morning for an emergency appointment and they scheduled me to come in this afternoon. They then called and asked if I would like to come in sooner due to an opening in the schedule. When I arrived for my appointment the check in process was smooth and I didn’t sit in the waiting area long at all better being called to the back. Once I got in the back the dental assistant Jackie immediately took an X-ray and informed me of the next step in my visit. Not long after Dr Williams comes in, does the exam, explains treatment options, and starts the treatment after all consents and treatment plans were signed. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY VISIT TODAY AND I WILL BE REFERRING ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS 😀

I had the best experience today. Its been awhile since i got a cleaning and they made me fell so comfortable and inviting. Meagan did an amazing job with my cleaning and Anna was very welcoming. I had a scan done to my teeth and learned a lot about my bite being off. I’ll definitely be back to get my work done.

Amazing service ! Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Dr Gneiting always greets his patients with a genuine smile. He’s the best in town, hands down!! The hygienist always goes the extra mile, the front staff are team players and understands that great service starts as soon as you enter. Yesterday I was flustered and was having a bad day, the hygienist that attended to my daughter jumped right in to action and assisted with fast processing of my payment. Multitasking, being emphatic, showing care and having a genuine love for patient care. I could write a book on the excellent service so go see and experience for yourself.

During this time, they are taking temperatures and keeping social distancing so I did feel safe during this whole pandemic that is going on.My appt was at 8:00 AM and I arrived at 7:50 AM after i signed my “new patient forms,” i was called to the back immediately, which i was extremely thankful for not having to wait all day.My hygienist was Brittany and man she was wonderful! She is extremely sweet, very informative if you have any questions, and outgoing.Dr. Williams came in shortly afterwards and I am use to dentist professionals typically just saying “hello & checking your x-rays, but Dr. Williams sat down and asked “how was I doing?” Most dentist just ask how are your teeth/ gums. Dr. Williams was very welcoming, easy to talk too, and kind.If you are looking for a dentist, please recommend Killeen Dental on Elms. This place is wonderful. Omg! I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in my gums, jaw, headache. I was unable to get into my own dentist office to be seen no matter how many times I said I was in pain and couldnt wait until December. I call Killeen Dental and was able to be seen the same morning. My appointment was at 940am and I was feeling better by 1015am. They wasted no time acknowledging I was in pain. The nurse got the x-rays faster than ever. I had the option to save the tooth or pull it. The dentist pulled it per my request and had me fixed up in no time. I will be making this my family dentist! Thanks to Castle dental for not listening to my pain and for not even trying to accommodate me!

Everyone is always so nice in this office. I would like to especially point out how great my RDH, Krista was! Im currently 6 months pregnant and was a little hesitant on getting x-rays done. She came in and went over all of my concerns before we proceeded with the x-rays. She is just incredibly sweet and made my experience there great!

Thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism of the entire staff. They are timely and pleasant. They also are SUPER flexible and accommodating of our “around the world” dental records from international PCSs. They stepped right in and took charge of the care we needed. Highly recommend this office.

My 3rd time coming to killeen dental and I would recommend this place to everyone. Their hygienist are nice and thorough. The dentist explains what you need and what is not so important at the time. They dont try to extract every single dollar they can from you and the prices are reasonable compared to other dentist.

I was actually nervous about going to the dentist because I hadnt been in so long also Im a little traumatized. The receptionist were so nice and extremely helpful in my situation because I wrote my appointment in my calendar wrong. I was already there so she went back and asked the staff if they had time to see me, luckily they were able to and the wait was only about 15-20 minutes. My overall experience was great the hygienist was professionally conversational and made sure I was comfortable. She also walked me through everything she was going to be doing, the dentist came in and was very informative and made sure I understood everything he went over. I will definitely be going back for all my dental needs! I 100% recommend this dentist office theyll make you feel right at ease.

I’ve been coming here a while and everyone has always been super nice. I just got my wisdom teeth removed a couple of weeks ago and they made that experience very calming. I was super nervous beforehand but they were good at not making me more nervous than I already was.

I love everything about this place! From the moment you walk in the door, you are met with warm personalities and cleanliness. The staff is AMAZING! Myself along with all 3 of my kids were seen today, and we all were very comfortable. My youngest child age 3 freaked out the last time we went to the dentist (with another office), but she was very comfortable with their staff here. This is now our dental home while here in Killeen! They were also very informative about prices and what insurance would cover before services are rendered. The family was pleased today☺️☺️

Very pleased with this establishment. When I was stationed here I visited several places to find a place I felt suitable for my family and my first visit here I made my mind up we would be coming here for our dental needs. My toddler also has great experiences here as well. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable and takes time to answer all the questions and address concerns.

This was my first trip to Killeen Dental and both Jennifer and Doctor Williams were absolute professionals and quickly gained my confidence. I was given good advice on what procedures I needed but never felt as if I were being sold a product which is how I have felt at some dental offices. Normally teeth cleanings are somewhat painful for me but I felt no discomfort whatsoever. I was very satisfied.

My wife and I started coming here this year. My wife recently got a few fillings done, and she was really nervous about the experience, because of previous dentist visits. After the procedure, she told me that this was the best dentist shes been to. The dentist was really attentive and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process.
