Dr. Davis is exactly what I needed. I felt like doctors I had seen over the years just did what they felt I needed, I mean nothing negative in that BUT they werent hearing me. I have a bad heart (quad bypass). I felt like I was just told to lose weight for EVERYTHING. My husband actually went to my doctor and said, Ive been with this woman for 20 years and Im telling you this is not normal! Soon I had a 12 hr cabbage procedure. I dont feel that at all in Dr. Davis. She listens, the first time.That listening ear is everything to me!Oakleaf staff is professional and if Im promised a call back, it happens.

I really like my primary care doctor Dr. Pinder. He is so pleasant, nice and great with communicating my health results / addressing any concerns I may have. The staff is ok and the office is always really quiet which is a plus. I would recommend this office to others.

I love Dr Pinder and have referred my entire family to him. He takes the time to listen and address any concerns you have. I also like that during exams he always has a female present as this shows that ethics are important to him. As a female there have been many times I have felt uncomfortable with a male doctor examining me and I appreciate Dr Pinder taking that extra step to provide peace of mind for both parties.

It’s so nice to have a doctor’s office that you can get an appointment at in a reasonable amount of time. It’s also nice that you’re not sitting in a waiting room for hours. Dr. Pinder listens to your concerns and addresses them. If the answer isn’t easily apparent, he doesn’t hesitate to refer to a specialist. I’m really glad my husband and I found Dr. Pinder’s office.

Dr. Crystal Davis is very thorough and very fast to respond to phone calls, requests, questions, and concerns. She is very empathetic and does not leave any stone unturned as far as my health. I am a patient that came to her with a whole lot going on and she was/is very patient and was/is very attentive to my needs and concerns. Simply the best.

Dr Pinder and his staff are excellent. Dr Pinder saved my life by referring me to a specialist after reviewing blood work he had ordered. He did not just suggest I take a pill, he found out why I needed the treatment. Ive been seeing him for at least 3vr now and I feel alive again and Im so much healthier. I have been unhappy with my primary care practice for the past few years. So I decided to try this practice for my physical this year. I must say,this was the best medical experience Ive ever had. Dr. Pinder and his staff were great. I was brought in to the exam room a few minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. I had already been fasting and Quest had an appointment available,so I went for the blood work right away. They called me the next morning with the results and recommendations. Overall great experience.

Easy to make appointment with the dates I needed. Easy check in and staff were very friendly! Dr. Pinder was awesome and seemed to be onboard with my goals and also assisted me with preparation of needed post-op appointment deadlines. JUST SUPER all the way around! Highly recommend!

I love Dr. Davis and this Baptist PC location. She is the only PC doc I’ve ever had who actually listens to me. The office has always been on time with my appointments (or within 15 minutes at least!). Staff is friendly, prescriptions are refilled promptly, and it is really easy to get in for an appointment. Can’t say enough good things! Love them!

The medical office I had been going to for 6 years (when I moved to Oakleaf) relocated to Fleming Island making the drive there 45 minutes. Hesitantly I decided to try Baptist Primary Care which is only a mile from my home. It has been a very pleasant experience beginning with the location, to getting an appointment, to the staff who are professional, pleasant and efficient. I cant say enough positives about Dr. Pinder. Hes easy to talk with and an excellent diagnostitcian.
