Very unprofessional facility receptionist is rude, arrogant and hangs up on patients. I called to request that my relatives medication be sent to the pharmacy as per the pharmacist instructions; because my relative can possibly loose her life in the event she is unable to breathe and cant get to a telephone to call for help as shes usually home alone. The receptionist flatly stated well Im not about to loose my job to help you out. I suggest you get her to a hospital or urgent care. Theres nothing I can do for you. The doctor is never available supposedly they have a policy where they do not dispense medication on the weekends and the doctor isnt able to assist patients on weekends. So if you happen to run out of life saving medication and dont have a refill just pray you survive until the doctor is possibly available again. By far the worst healthcare provider ever. Will be reporting to every outlet I can and looking into another provider for my relative.

I love Dr. Patel. She takes the time to listen and is very thorough. I really love the My Chart system UF uses. All of my doctors have immediate access to my medical records, test results and drug list.

This office is very clean, everyone is friendly and Dr has great bed side manner! I waited a little longer than extended but other than that I’m happy with my experience!
