I called ahead to the Westside location regarding having a sutra removed and was advised by the young lady at the desk then I can come now if you would be able to get me right in. Unfortunately that was a lie I got there filled out paperwork was seated and sit waiting for over 35 minutes there was already six other people in the lobby no one was called the entire 35 minutes that I said there, oneGuy asking he use the restroom and was advised no He had to wait although he pleaded with the lady at the desk and he really needed to go he can go ahead and use the restroom in a cup if they needed to collect a urine and she still said no. The office is unprofessional and I do not recommend

The WORST medical clinic ever! I was treated like a herd of cows. My privacy was not respected. The NP did not wash her hands at all. No consideration for my medical decisions. The WORST clinic I have ever been to in 50 years.

Dr Logronio is very. knowledgeable caring a paitient very dedicated His staff is the most caring and dedicated. I am so glad i found the Dr Center. Southside. I highly recommend them

I’m so thankful The Doctors Center was open on Saturday. I had an emergency procedure that brought me inexplicable relief. Grace, Jen, and Kim took excellent care of me while keeping the mood light and helping me to not only get through my doctors visit but actually enjoy it a little bit. Great, down to earth people who take good care of their patients. I will definitely be considering a change in primary care.

I moved to Jacksonville and was looking for a new doctor. I checked out the reviews and I wanted to schedule at the University location 4.8 stars. I went with the Southside location because that fit my schedule better. I ignored many of the bad reviews because there were many positive reviews.That was a big mistake. I came in for my appointment and the receptionist seemed indifferent at best..rude. It went downhill from there. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other doctors in the area that want your business more.

I love this doctors office and all the amazing staff that work in it! They are amazing so nice and friendly and make you feel very welcome! They are so good with kids as well! Definitely recommend!

They are great here. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Legronio is great. One of the best doctors I have ever had. You can tell he loves being a doctor and helping people stay healthy.

I was a patient of their doctor a few months back when I lived in the area. I was not impressed then and am now furious and regretful I was ever in their care. It saddens me to be posting this review, as my actual doctor here is amazing. However, since becoming a patient at The Doctors Center, there have been nothing but problems with billing. Over and over again, Stephanie kept telling me I had a straight deductible plan and asking me to pay $100-$312 per visit. I spent time on the phone with my insurance company as well as in office attempting to straighten it all out. She has been incredibly rude in every interaction, telling me it isn’t her problem and I owe this money. Period. Not at all listening to me as I tried to explain to her that my insurance has changed, etc. She cut me off when I tried to speak, rolled her eyes, and told me it wasn’t her problem. Absolutely HORRIBLE way to treat a patient who is seeking care.

My visit was wonderful! The entire staff that I met were very caring and attentive. They called me the next day, both the Dr. and the nurse. Just to check on me. That meant a lot. (I forgot to call them back...sorry charge it to my head and not my heart) My whole experience was great!Thank you!

I called the Doctors Center and they were able to see me right away. As soon as I entered the office, I was greeted very nicely. All of the office staff were very nice and caring.The Nurse Practitioner that accessed my illness was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Doctors Center.

The Doctors Center has the nicest staff and Nurse!!! We visited today for the first time and were treated like we owned the place! They all work very well together as a team, and took excellent care of all our needs! The waiting room is very clean, as well as the examination room! Never had such a positive experience at a doctors office!We enthusiastically give The Doctors Center Two Thumbs Up for families looking for excellent medical family doctors!

I highly recommend Grace Merchant at the Southside clinic. She has treated me like family and gone above and beyond to give me superior care. Brittany A. is the most friendly nurse in the pediatric clinic. She knows all her patients and is so caring and courteous. She goes out of her way for us every time and gets us in and out. We love her ❤️ It is so convenient to be able to make same day appointments, you don’t find that many places anymore!

I love Dr. Malesic and Brittany! Dr. Malesic really cares about my girls and they absolutely love their Dr! Brittany is the sweetest thing ever! Even when it is busy or hot she is still smiling and friendly! Brittany always keeps me posted on anything that’s going on! I will not take my kids anywhere else!

I have been going to The Doctor Center for years. They have always been neat, clean, orderly and of the highest professional caliber. I am shocked and surprised to see the internet trolling of this fine establishment. I for one would like to give them a heart felt thank you and to reassure them how deeply appreciated and valued they are for me and the community. Keep up the good work. You are loved.

If you want a professional experience don’t go here. It’s very sad for me to say after so many years of going here that I had the worst experience with Maggie at the front desk. I moved to Texas and needed to get my previous history of my prescriptions. My new doctor sent them the form for this via fax 3-4 different times to the doctors center but some how they never received it. I called here so many times inquiring about this that I guess Maggie got sick of me asking about it and completely stopped answering my calls or voice messages. I finally had to fly all the way from Texas to Florida to handle it my self in person. I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is.

Dr. Logronio is very patient and gentle. He treated me with true professionalism! The Staff makes us feel like VIPs!

People are dumb

The people here at The Doctors Center are so amazing, especially Brittany and Kat. They always have smiles on their face and make you feel at home and you literally forget your at the doctors office. We love them so much. ❤️

I have taken family members and just recently is going to this facility myself. I do enjoy the fact that doctor Logronio actually takes the time to listen and is thorough. The staff is usually very courteous, and the place is nice and clean. There is one thing, the office doesnt always get back with you on a timely fashion, so not always pleased with that. I am a very picky person and have moved quite a few offices so far this one is probably one of the better ones.

Went in for a workmans comp injury. Maggie and Jenn are awesome. I was checked and brought back quickly. I saw Angjelin, one of the nurse practioners. He is very thorough and was concerned about my well being. Overall a wonderful experience.

Wonderful people and wonderful atmosphere! Definitely would recommend! They treat you just like family!

I was so impressed. Medical insurance is always so confusing. Not here. The office girl was able to clearly explain to me what I was being charged, and why. This has never happened before. Ever. At any doctors office I’ve ever been to.

I went here because my regular Dr was booked. I had sinus blockage and pain and extreme cough. I saw Grace ARNP and she was horrible. She gave me nothing to help me get better. So, after wasting 66.49 I had to see my regular Dr 2 days later, as my sickness became worse. As it turns out I have a Upper respiratory infection and sinus infection. I will never go back to these clowns. Beware!

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Richter and nurse Kat & Brittany! My 5 year old had a slight anxiety attack / meltdown over the anticipation of his immunization shot. It was really stressful and upsetting for me because he is the 4th of 4 children for me and Ive never had a child react this way! Dr. Richter & Kat were fantastic dealing with Jack (and me :).I would recommend them with no hesitation for children of any age!! I had my 13 year old there for a physical as well today!!!

Absolute worst clinic. Went in with a skin irritation and after shelling out nearly three hundred dollars they didnt come close to giving me any relief. In fact the only thing they were interested in was getting my follow-up scheduled to take more money. I thought at least I had paid what I owed and could be done with this place, but keep receiving bills in the mail. Staff is rude and unconcerned. And my practitioner was sorely unqualified.

The staff and Doctors and The Doctors Center located at 9857-1 Old St. Augustine Rd., Jacksonville, FL have always been courteous and professional. I recommend their service.

This place deserves NO STARS!!! If you care about your employees, you will not send them here. We had an emergency with an employee and sent over paper work ahead to try and expedite They made us wait although there were no other patients and then took 1 1/2 hours for the doctor to actually come in and tell us we needed to go the emergency room. Seriously!!!!

Ive been to this location several times and it sucks. The waits are horrific and the office staff are rude. When I needed paperwork for FMLA, the doctor I was seeing refused to fill out the form for liability reasons, even though I needed it for work.Avoid at all costs... This facility is also uninsured. There is a certificate on the wall stating that the owner accepts and is responsible for all liability. The equipment is old. No discount for uninsured paying cash, but theyll gladly take a pay cut for the insured.

Horrible. Wait time is at least 2 hours even if you have an appointment. Your appointment does not mean anything because people will be seen in the order they arrive. They advertise themselves as primary care facility, however the Dr. wants to do nothing with being responsible for your primary care and will refer you out. You dont have a voice as a patient, you are processed in and out. Ladies, if you get your annual - like I did for the convenience of it...you will not get your results unless you make another appointment to come in and wait another 4 hours...just for someone to read your results. Worst...absolute worst. So if everything is ok, congrats, you have wasted a half of your working day.

Had to take my daughter there for an illness recently as a walk-in.They got her back quickly and the nurse practitoner was very thorough with her exam. She needed an xray and thankfully I didnt havr to drive my sick child somewhwere else because they have xray onsite!! Quick diagnosis!! Jennifer,Maggie and Craig were awesome!!

Ineffective and unresponsive staff. Have been trying for almost a month to get an insurance override for one of my meds and staff wont return calls or get the insurance handled. After repeated calls and nothing back, my prescription was refilled - for full price - no insurance. Zero stars.

New to town..needed to be seen by doctor ASAP. Walked in, waited less than 5 minutes. Friendly, professional staff, will be definitely be coming back.

Needed a last minute School physical. They got me in quickly and the nurse practitioner, Grace, was awesome!!

My son will be 18 months old on the 18th and I absolutely love both Dr. Malesic and Dr. Pai along with their staff. They have always been fast in getting us seen for a sick appointment and will even tell you to go ahead and bring him in when you call them. My son likes them so thats always a plus and his dad was actually a patient when he was younger and seen Dr. Malesic. Quick appointments and they stay open until 6 and open on Saturday half a day. We have had to on several occasions call of same day appointment and they were able to push the appointment back for us which I believe latest you can make one is at 5:45 pm on the weekdays. Love Love Love them.

I had a horrible sinus infection and was in the worst pain Id ever been in my life. Id never had one before, but knew I needed antibiotics. I called around 9am to get in there same day. The woman told me to come at 2pm, because that is the open walk in time, and if Im early, Id be first to be seen at 2pm. I was there at 1:30pm, and now a different woman told me the Dr. was at lunch, and I had to wait until 3pm to be seen. After waiting in a great deal of pain, finally the Dr. saw me at 4:30pm. They scheduled me with a follow up appointment, which I didnt think was necessary, but I did so because I didnt have time to argue. I called this morning (6 hours before the follow up appt) to cancel, and of course, they will be charging me $30 because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Its Monday, give me a break. The only reason I came here was because it was at the top of the list of preferred Doctors in my network for my insurance. In my opinion, it needs to be at the bottom of the list. One of the worst experiences Ive had with a Doctors office. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Horrible staff. I had to wait and get my son a check up, they made sure his insurance hasnt changed when I made my appointment and then waited until my husband took off work, pulled my son from camp and took him to tell him they dont take his insurance anymore.. Glad we will not be returning.

Family Doctor Center in Old St. Augustin Road is the worst doctor clinic in my life,for example, Walmart pharmacy faxed him 2 times for a permission to refill my medication but without response and left me two days without medication , the doctor looking for the financial benefits from the patient or the insurance company more than flowing up his/her health condition, described to me over the counter medication ( pain relief) next visit warned me not to take this medication ,also takes days to remember to refer you to the specialist, so the doctor and his staff deserve just half star but there is no half star

I called to try and see about a sports physical for my son whom he has been there before and seen ...The lady was rude saying they dont take theit insurance ...I didnt know they stopped taking it I was never informed...rudest lady ever in the pediatric office
