Dr Rust is The BEST primary doctor in the town, finally I have a doctor who listen me and really wants to help his patients, Jasmine is amazing too, always return calls on time when needed and try to help patients right away, no long waiting times like all other placesI wish dr Rust takes Medicaid or Medicare for helping my mom

Called about a possible second opinion because my other Baptist primary care doctor has not been helpful... wanted to see if there was a possibility to switch primary care doctors and the lady on the phone was completely unprofessional and rude. She immediately shut me down and told me he absolutely doesnt do that without any room to explain my situation and it is completely unacceptable. This is the WORST Ive have seen from doctors office staff. Very upset.

Im very fortunate to find this practice!Both Dr. Rust, Yazmine and staff are wonderful. And Ive been challenging, so I have seen the compassion and patience they have had towards me. I feel like a VIP patient!

I dont know what I wouldve done if I hadnt found Dr Rust. After years of trying to get my thyroid under control to help other health issues, he was the first one willing to try different things and really test like you should be tested. He is extremely helpful when it comes to such a variety of health topics. Thanks to Dr Rust my fertility improved along with my overall health and we are now expecting our first baby!

I finally found a Dr that will listen to me .

Dr. Rust is great, but his staff is not. On a recent call, I was placed on hold then another receptionist picked up and started reading urology results for another patient to me.

Ive been a patient since my 20s. Dr. Rust is very knowledgeable about the body and common health matters. He takes the time to listen and explain whats going on and the treatment hes recommended. Love the nurses Pat and Yasmine. Theyre caring and compassionate when talking with you.

I have never met a doctor more interested in how I feel, and concerned about my well-being. Amazing insight and has helped me turn my health around. After being misdiagnosed for a decade, he’s really been such a gift. His staff is kind and supportive as well, especially Yasmine. Wonderful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rust for over 20 years, he is by far the best physician anyone could ask for, he truly cares about his patients and their medical care. He listens to you and gives you alternative paths for wellness instead of just writing a prescription and pushing you out the door.The entire staff is warm and friendly and understanding. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. As an LGBT person, I am sometimes distrusting of doctors for fear that they arent going to be affirming/accepting. Dr. Rust was incredibly respectful and welcoming. Was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and it was easy to schedule.

Excellent Physician! Very Knowledgable and easy to talk to. I am not a big fan of Doctors, but I know when I see Dr. Rust I am getting the most up to date information and I am in good hands.

Rude Staff!I tried making a first time appointment and they were so unwelcoming on the phone that I changed my mind and decided to go elsewhere.I expected a lot better from a Baptist Health office staff!

I love Dr Rust and his nurses, they are always a pleasure to see and the visit is always great once you see them. But sometimes it takes for ever to get an appmt and the wait can sometimes be super long.
