I picked this doctor based on 1) approved through my insurance and 2) I read some good reviews. I loved my last doctor, but unfortunately could no longer see him as he developed some health issues. I was very much delighted when I found out my new doctor is not only friends with my former, but is also HIS doctor! Extremely personal, and gets down to basics without trying to solve everything with medication. Tries to find out what your needs are.

I was in the office less than 15min before being called to the back, and that included me completing new patient paperwork. Doctor Shaya was very personable, and the young lady who took care of pre-op for me was extremely sweet & personable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Shaya to anyone who may be seeking a PCP!

Brilliant experience.Walked in and was seen within minutes. Office staff were friendly and extremely helpful.Doctor was amazing! He addressed my concerns and was caring,compassionate and friendly. Doctor asked if I had received my flu shot this year and I stated I had not. He asked if I would like one at no extra charge. Total cost for emergency walk in visit ,flu shot and excellent care $100! They also offer health care insurance for primary care at their facility through Smart Choice for $90 per month. No co pays no deductibles and blood work.x-rays can be done in office.What a phenomenal price for exceptional primary care! (I was quoted $480 a month for Obama Care) I highly recommend this urgent care facility and I am signing up for Smart Choice insurance.

This visit was a Pre-OP visit so I was already nervous and the staff was wonderful! I cant remember the name of the nurse that took such good care of me but she was the absolute best! Then the doctor, wow, super nice and great sense of humor! Wonderful visit!!!

Very pleasant and efficient staff. For a first appt I was expecting to be there hours and a painstaking patient process. I was completely wrong!I was taken care of in under an hour...and I was not rushed. Even had a few pleasant conversations with the Dr and staff. They were GREAT. Id ABSOLUTELY go here for anything medical. These folks are top notch. And thank you guys for doing what you do!

I selected Smart Choice Urgent Care and Primary Care from a Google Search, looking for a service in my area that also had good reviews. I had never been to an urgent care and was somewhat anxious about doing so. I did not have a serious medical need.. To my great and pleasant surprise, the staff were very professional as was the doc. Without question, I would use them again.

Very nice staff, the Doctor took his time to explain things regarding my health. My only issue is that for a 10 to 15 minute conversation with the doctor, my appointment lasted almost 2 hours... lots of waiting.

You get one star for not being open when you say youre open. Im in excruciating pain and drove here after work hoping to see a doctor. Very disappointing. Please update your hours online.

Im so thankful that this place opened up close to my place of employment. Paperwork is available online so you can get all that out of the way before even setting foot in the office, which I love. Office is clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. The doctor was thorough in his diagnosis and I was able to start treatment right away. Highly recommend.

Staff is friendly and Dr. Shaya is easy to talk too.I just dont understand why I had to fill out 6 pages of information only to be asked for the same information to be added to computer.

The staff is extremely friendly and warm. They actually have a great sense of humor which makes you feel very welcome. They place is always open and available anytime i have called with a question. Now to Dr shaya, i cant say enough good things about him. He is totally caring and goes out of his way to please and help you. You will feel totally at ease when under his care. He is probably the 1st doctor i felt comfortable with regarding my health.

The staff at Smart Choice Medical makes it easy to go to the doctor. And I can’t recommend Dr. Shaya enough. He respects your time and speaks to you on your level. I have already referred him to a neighbor.

I’ve had a wonderful experience here - everyone with whom I came into contact, the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were attentive, efficient, and caring. May I underscore how much I appreciated the doctor’s diagnostic skills and his willingness to explain everything to me. I assure you I am, to say the least, a finicky patient so when I say I’ve nothing but gratitude for these healers that is exactly what I mean!

There’s a very kind doctor here (hence the 2 stars), but he subjected me to a few unnecessary tests that I would not have had to undergo if he would have been able to diagnose me on the spot (like the nurse did at the second location I went to). I went here before going to the Mandarin Wellness Center. It just ended up causing me more confusion and costing me more money. The doctor was very nice, but I wish he would have had more knowledge on what strep bumps looked like then I could have had an antibiotics and been on my way. The Mandarin Wellness Center is my preferred location for services.

Dr Shaya has great bedside manner and shows concern when explaining your symptoms. I always get in and out.

Visit was fine? The script prescribed by the doctor is not covered by my insurance ( well care RX)..CVS advised me of this so I told them to cancel the prescription after waiting:45 minutes in their waiting area..

I like the receptionist. She was friendly. The doctor was great as well. Didnt push any unnecessary meds. Took the time to explain to my son what was happening so he would be comfortable. My only rift: We got there at 10am opening and was the first in but doc didnt come in until 10:45. However he was very apologetic for his tardiness. Id visit again if necessary.FYI: Went to CareSpot first and she asked if I had an appointment and since I didnt itd be a 7.5 hour wait. With Smart Choice, they did not require my urgent need to have an appointment.

This is such a wonderful place. They are very friendly and have a such wonderful personality. The nurses and the doctors take their job seriously.

Went in to be seen after a car accident. I had been here before and had a great experience. This time was horrible. I explained how much pain Im experiencing but I went with what Dr. Shaya prescribed me. Now Im writing this at 3am and going to miss a day of work. Im hurting and its going to cost me. Meaned well but didnt treat well.
