I’ve been a patient with immediate medical care for almost 10 years now, they have always been extremely professional and understanding to my needs and questions. Dr Moosavi and Dr Gargan take the approach of actually listening to their patients they do not rush you in and out of their office and they take the time to listen and come up with proper interventions for their patients. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a doctors office. I wouldnt even call it that. This is a couple rooms. I had to fill the urine sample in the waiting room bathroom (thats the only one they had), then carry the cup out in front of the people waiting there...and there was no top to it. They didnt listen to a word I said, and then the idiot Ramsey didnt do anything, but tell me what I already knew, I got upset and he started rambling off all the degrees he had, and how he knew people in my profession and we think we know everything etc. Hes a complete douche bag and shouldnt be practicing medicine. Im pretty sure every good review on here-is either him or friends, because no one would give him a good review. I received my bill, and they charged my insurance double what they said the price was. Definitely dont go here! Ramsey even told someone their results in the waiting room haha. Id be embarrassed if I was him. The receptionists must have dropped out of school too...because they were horrible and had no clue what they were doing.
