I came to Baptist Imaging center because I sustained a rather serious head injury. Baptist Hospital is taking good care of me even though I am medically insured by united health since the nearest hospital for the ambulance to take me was Baptist. The hospital stay was excellent. Dr Todd and team are GREAT! Kind and caring. Dr Todd and team TRULY care about their patients. It was my 1st visit and ABSOLUTELY will be my new primary care physician!

Dr. Todd is great. He listens and always follows up and follows through with assessments or paperwork that we need so things are caught in time. The staff is friendly and pA, nurses are helpful. The Paramedic , Ryan, I think, is extremely conscientious, remembering our name and situation which is helpful when we saw him both during primary and urgent care. The only negative is the short staffed phone lines. It is difficult to get through ever since covid and lines hang up while waiting. Overall the caregivers are great even though that is so frustrating.

Very efficient! So nice to be able to get most treatments all in one place. Dr Todd is super cool. Highly recommend. In and out and on time. Very nice 😊

Dr. Todd is a young compassionate Doctor who cares for his patients. He has always exhibited the exact same care, whether it has been a virtual care or on site visit for my wife or myself. He is my point man for all the Referrals that he has set up for me. EfficientCare must be a major theme with Ascension St. Vincent Management when Hiring their Personnel. The Nursing staff has been Exceptional in all the the medical departments. Finally, I love your Portal where all Exams are readily available to be seen by myself and all concerned medical staff. It was a pleasure to do this write up because I can’t honestly say this about many other places.

Dr. Todd actually listens to you, he doesnt assume he knows whats going on with you better than you do. He is kind, patient, and empathetic and very knowledgeable. He is just about the only MD I trust with my health and that of my family.

I went in for a routine physical, which my insurance covers 100%, they end up charging for new patient visit as well which is now costing me over $150. I have never paid for a physical in my entire life until now. Additionally, I got bloodwork done and no one followed up with me on my results. I had to get my results from Lab Corp directly and not my doctor.I was contacted after this review and they explained how my results were sent to the incorrect Doctor by mistake and said that shouldve never happened. They also waived the new patient fee that they had charged me. I was also immediately called by Dr. Todd who apologized and reviewed my results with me. upgraded to 4 stars due to the customer service; but shouldnt have to write a google review to be helped.

Im disappointed with Addsinsoins Healthcare in general Ive been to every doctor theyve sent me to, none of which follow up at all, since Ive had my covid vaccination Ive had severe problems and before that I had back surgery and it has basically crippled me I could go on and on, but I honestly dont have the energy to continue to complain, Im in the process of making changes to my health care providers, as for doctor Todd I like him as a person I just feel that he doesnt take my problems seriously, all I want from my doctors is to find out what is wrong with me and fix it or tell me theres nothing they can do.Im 53 years old and cant do anything since my back surgery which Todd didnt do but I havent been able to work for over 2 years. All I want from Addsensisions is to fix me.

Dr. Allen Todd himself is great, but the assistances in the office are extremely unprofessional and rude. Any time you call they will make you feel like you’re interrupting their lunch break. As well as giving monotone robotic answers to get you off the phone instead of just having a normal conversation. To top it off, I called to get a prescription refilled, and was told different information on how to do so by three different people including Angela who was the absolute rudest out of them all. I will never ever be returning here.

I had my new patient appointment today and I have really bad anxiety I had a panic attack in the middle of my appointment and dr Todd did a great job of talking me down and calming me down. Coming from my doctor of 4 years to dr Todd I am comfortable that this will be a good transition and I am in good hands. I definitely would recommend him.

Dr. Todd is a great guy. After just one appointment with him, I decided to make him my primary care provider.

I was a new patient on my 2nd visit. 1st visit all meds, pharm info, permission to get previous records were recorded. Diagnosed w/ a virus. Dr called in expense unnecessary anti-nausea med to wrong pharm. 2nd visit none of my info was in system. Info they had was 4-5 yrs old. Tried to speak w/ Dr. He asked how long is this going to take? I left. Any Dr. best education is to listen closely to patient. This Dr. is new in his practice. I hope he learns that his best diagnoses will be made by good questioning & listening to patients. Wrong info & a cavalier attitude toward his patient = poor care at best, dangerous errors at worst. I will report to my ins co. Do not walk away from this office, run away. Or better yet dont go there to begin with. My fellow reviewers say he is a great guy. Maybe so. But I will tell you from experience a great guy could be a reason to have a coffee w/ someone. but do not put that great guy in charge of your life. Its important to make deeper, more discerning decisions about healthcare people.

This Dr is not a very polite Doctor, he is very rude, I was trying to explain my daughters medical issues and he all but told me to shut up, to let my daughter speak, l don’t care how oldShe is as long as she is in my house and I’m taking care of her I AM HER VOICE, until she moves out I’m it, I’ll don’t plan on seeing him again….ever if possible.
