Dr. Anez is one of the absolute worst Drs I have ever visited in my life. The turn over of staff is constant. If you actually need him, GOOD LUCK with that, because he is never there. Apparently, he takes off during the day and leaves whomever in charge and if you need his signature… You’re screwed until he comes back, or you come back, or they mail it to you. This includes certain prescriptions. There’s no consistency or quality of care! He accepts medical students during their training and their comments and attitudes are just mind blowing as to his character!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you’re looking for a primary care dr. Dr. Luis Anez has made it this far in north Florida because he and his staff speak fluent Spanish. He’s Colombian and caters to Spanish speaking people and hires Spanish speaking staff. Kudos to him for that - everyone needs healthcare, but QUALITY!!!! SO LACKING! And he and his staff are RUDE! This includes Pamela, the patient care coordinator. I cannot urge you enough to go elsewhere! You’ve been warned!

Doctor Luis Añez does not care AT ALL about his patients. In more than 10 visits he never spent more than 5min with my elderly mother, his nurses/practitioners do all the work. I asked repeatedly that they mark my mom disabled (she had an amputation of the left hand), and they never did. When he would refer her to other doctors, say her endocrinologist who found out my mom had stonach ulcers, do you think he ever asked about it in future visits? Never. He will see you for 2 minutes, leave, and repeat when you come back. Never follows up on previous visits. Honestly this place is the very resason to hate the healthcare system in the US. If youre the type of person that wants to get easy meds or crooked doctor notes, hes your guy. If you want a real doctor, do not go to him. Literally one day my mom was feeling sick, he said she was fine, and she had a seizure later that night. He should retire but he probably only cares about big pharma money. The staff is terrible too, they will put you on hold until you hang up. Its the type of place where everyone there hates their jobs.

I see Dr. Anez for many issues. He always seems to cover them all on my visits. He talks and asks me questions He listens, that make me feel that He cares and has a passion for his patients. I feel like He has always been my Doctor. Every one in his office is very nice and seem to be a team that cares too. If I could change one thing, it would be that I had found such a Professional Caring Doctor and Crew sooner.

I would be fine with having to wait for half an hour after the appointment time if there is not a problem with the billing. I came to this Physician to do Preventive Care examination which is covered by my Insurance. I also asked the staffs to make sure everything is covered by my insurance before coming in. During the first visit, they asked me to schedule the second one WITHOUT saying that this 2nd visit will not be included in the preventive care. Now I got billed for that. If I knew it, I WOULDN’T need that 2nd visit. This Physician is a Scam and I will never come back

Dr Anez has been my Primary Care Physician for almost 2 years. He greets every patient with a warm smile and a handshake or hug. He genuinely cares about your well-being and wont over medicate his patients just to turn a profit like so many other doctors in Florida. I trust him with my life! (Literally 😉)

One of the worst doctors ever. Sad for the staff that works for him. He never gives his patient what is correct. We had to wait for him for almost an hour in the room and after he came he didnt even give us a sold answer and then he make us wait more and then he leaves for A meeting. I dont even know how hes a doctor. stay away form this place!

Hey yaall! Im in good health and I have a great physician behind me is what Dr. Anez said as he gave me the you are doing better health report on yesterday. Dr. Anez cares deeply about his patients. He wants us to be in the best of health and live good healthy lives. I recommend Dr. Anez to anyone who needs a great physician in their life. The office staff is also an excellent crew, they are very experienced and know what it takes to assist Dr. Anez with the excellent care of his patients. If youre not well and you need a great physician behind you, go see Dr. Anez and his staff, they will fix you up real good!

Worst doctor and office ever .. he never spend enough time with us to understand the main problem .. keep moving between patients from room to room .. all he cares about is collect money .. he is a butcher not a doctor .. and after half hour waiting for him to come back .. his assistant came to tell us that he is in a meeting.. where in the world there is a doctor leave his sick patients to attend a meeting . Stay away of him

This staff definitely doesnt know what they are doing. It took me over thirty minutes to schedule an appointment and ask how much my copay was going to be.

I am more than satisfied with dr Anez. He is a very caring person and he knows how to treat people who need health care. The waiting time is long sometimes and that can interfere with work or other things if you are expecting to be seen right away at the time of your appointment. Plus spent time with you. I personally I dont mine wait and I love to take time to explain the doctor what is going on. He fights for you to get the right treatment and I love that.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any drs office. Between the two hour wait. The dr not addressing me as the patient for the two minutes he came in and spoke to me. The dr pawning me off on his np. The np asking me questions and then literally telling me to stop talking in the middle of my responses to the lack of them LlSTENING to anything I said. Needed specific blood work as I have alpha one which they refused to do or put on the order. I could keep going but thats enough I think to paint a picture. I will absolutely never go back and wouldn’t suggest going in the first place. Highly incompetent.

I had to sit in the waiting room for over a hour and when I asked why I was told they had me in the system for immigration status (I was born in Virginia). When I finally got into the exam room the doctor seen me for about two minutes while I was trying to explain my conditions and he told me to speak with the nurse about it and left. I have been waiting for this office to do a pre-authorization with my insurance for pain management since June and have been calling about this and am still waiting for information. I do not recommend this physician.

You can come early & still not be seen at appointment time. Office is full of students who is nervous & Anez is never to be seen unless he’s room hopping. This office is so slow & full of ppl who act like they don’t know what they’re doing

I came to this MD for some quick examinations and a followed up both times i was helped by very friendly staff and was out the door in no time.

Dr. Luis Anez is it! He truly cares for his patients. I am so lucky to be able to see him at Cypres Village facility where I reside. Also, he is not afraid to fight for his regular patients when needed. From the beginning I seeked his help to intervene - he was there. He is remarkable - and he remembers his patients.Even when he is press for time, he is such a gentleman - he takes time to greet you. It can be french, spanish or english. He is mulltilingual. I highly recommend him. Celine

Tried to book an appointment and the receptionist wasnt competent enough to take my name down. After the 6th time spelling it for her I gave up. I dont know about the Dr. But his employee needs to get it together

My experience in this center was not pleasant at all:Too messy to get things done:Mrs. Ana Maria (who is in the front) seems nice, but if you ask her something, she gets upset and she yells at you. It seems that the lady needs to learn to take care of her patients. They lack a lot of professional ethics, they say a price and then they charge you for other things that have nothing to do with it, they never answer the phone and they never solve the problem of some bills that were coming to my house! One day I called they told me that they would transfer me to someone else and they hung up the phone, I do not recommend them at all

Many kisses I call and you tell me that they do not speak Spanish and I know that there is someone who does speak that by the way she is a well loved girl.
