Dr Wolfson is a great doctor and kind to his patients. however I have to give three stars because this office is always behind. Every time I come here I sit in the lobby 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment time before being taken back. Then once being taken back I usually sit in the room for another 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. This happens all throughout the day as one time I came for an 8:00 a.m. appointment and was still taken back 30 minutes late. If they could get their administration on time then it would be five stars.

Dr. Wolfson has been my primary care physician for over ten years and I think he is wonderful. I don’t go to the doctor needlessly, and on one occasion, he greeted me by name. He is knowledgeable, caring and very thorough. I am a retired nurse, and have a good understanding of what it takes to be a good physician: he has it all. If you’re lucky, you may get him to be YOUR physician😀

Dr Wolfson is a excellent Doctor, he listens, cares and is very thorough with his guidance and care. There was a nurse there who was not very nice but she is gone. I would recommend Dr Wolfson to anyone. Special Note! you really need to be informed and proactive in your own healthcare when you go to a Dr know what your symptoms are take notes and provide this info to the Dr they are not mind readers they can help you but only if you take the time to help yourself as well. #beinformed

Dr. Wolfson is very knowledgeable and caring. The rest of the staff is good as well. Despite moving to a different part of town I have no plans on switching primary care doctors.

I have been (and my family) a patient of Dr Wolfsons for 25 plus years. He has always been a caring and though doctor. He takes time and listens to you which you dont get to often in a doctor. I trust him to always be honest with me and follow up with test results. He personally calls. We love you Dr. Wolfson!I will say there was a certain someone that worked there for way to long in my opinion. Big yay!! She is gone!

We (me and my family) have been going to Dr. Wolfson for 14 years and we think he is the best doctor we have ever had. He is smart, dedicated and caring. He is very easy to talk to about difficult topics. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Bud Wolfson has been my primary care doctor my wife and I for about 10 years. We moved recently and one of our biggest concerns is losing him as our doctor. He is a caring, compassionate and thorough doctor. He completely reviews and explain your annual physical results and was available when acute problems occurred and needed to be addresses. We will miss him and only hope we can find someone near as good in our new home.

Unfortunately, a very good doctor is compromised by a rude, unprofessional and uncaring staff - considering most interaction with patients is with the office staff, it is truly disheartening to treated in such a poor fashion every time you visit the office. Unfortunately, they must get at least one star to post a review - it would be no stars if possible, but it is important to make sure others are aware of what they may be getting into.

Dr Wolfson is absolutely one of the best Drs around. I have been coming to him for 7 or 8 years now and he is extremely thorough. He does not rush you during your appointment and he really takes time to listen. I needed to see a specialist and that Dr. required a referral. They were four months out and I really needed to get in sooner and Dr. Wolfson made sure that they made a call and got me in approximately five weeks instead of the four months. The office is clean and inviting.

Incompetent staff that cannot do simple data entry. I was told to have my child in the office and showed only for him not to be on the schedule they collected my co-pay but then tells me hes not scheduled. I walked out and will go after a refund. They are awful here. I switched to Mayo and should have moved my son as well. Lesson learned the hard way. If they werent walking around talking and signing happy birthday maybe they could take care of a damn patient.

Love Dr. Wolfson. If you are looking a primary care physician and live near Baymeadows and 9a you should pay the office a visit.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Wolfson for over 10 years and we have been very pleased. As with any Dr office they do get busy and the wait times can be long but they do try to do things to help alleviate that when they can. For example, I will receive a call from their office an hour or so before my appointment to let me know if they are backed up so I can arrive later than normal. I see quite a few comments regarding Barbara, Dr Wolfsons nurse assistant. I think Barbara is great...she is a no nonsense person that asks pointed questions to get to your issue as efficiently as possible, and remains calm, polite and in control in a very busy setting. Overall we highly recommend Dr Wolfson for your family DR needs.

Such a shame that an employee Barbara, Dr Wolfsons assistant chased away ANOTHER client. Loved Dr Wolfson but Barbara is a bully with a major ego and power trip. Will NEVER step foot in that building again.

After being a patient for 8 years they started making me coming in for monthly for prescription refills that were very common and not required to come in for 6 months. When we questioned them they dropped me. They are 100% about the money now and unethical. Was in there a week prior to go over meds then told me I had to come back and talk to them because they did not update there notes properly. dont go to this place. Medical is subpar and the nurse practitioners are all about the money now and not whats in the best interest for patients. The letter was hilarious dropping me. Says since you questioned us. What a joke. Stay away. Or just miss well throw you cash in the toilet.

I have been debating awhile to leave a review but after today’s visit I knew I would. I had an appt at the doctors, I believed I had strep since my daughter had it. I had to bring both of my little ones since one was sick and wasn’t in daycare and the other was on spring break. After 54 mins in the waiting room, Barbara, Dr. Wolfson’s nurse poked her out out to waiting room and told me to make sure my kids stop being loud. Eventually they got tired of waiting and a few times were loud not the whole time, when she came out they actually were sitting in chair. Barbara said patients complained which was ironic since there were only two patients in there since we came at the end of the day. I told her that if we didn’t wait an hour maybe they wouldn’t have been loud and annoying she said she penciled me in and there are other patients who had previous appts. I’m thinking why didn’t she put me down for 430 instead of 330 and making me wait. I asked her what she would like me to do and she said if you would like to make another appt? Really? That’s not going to solve my kids. I stayed and after ten minutes of that she called me back. Gave me the cold shoulder while she took my vitals was irrated.. I am probably thinking at that point that she was more annoyed than the patient, because when I was in the exam room I could barely hear the people outside the door yet alone anyone in waiting room. Even another patient said to me that kids are loud and they can’t sit an hour still it’s understandable. She took my strep test and said doctor will be in in about ten mins. 34 mins later the doctor comes. My husband has always complained about Barbara to me when he visited so has myMother stating she is so rude. Dr. Wolfson is great but his staff needs manners and respectfulness they obviously hate their job. I will be leaving his office after years of being a patient as well as my family and find a new primary care just because of Barbara. I hope she will be happy with less patients with kids!

Stay away from them, they are after money. I visited them for physical/wellness recently. They took blood after poking for 5 times :( and billed incorrectly as medical, received a bill from LAB, I made many calls to correct it)Then during visit with the doctor, they went over my results and saw that I have a swelling in my leg and just asked me to visit podiatrist (they did not provide any consultation). I was like fine I will go if it bothers me. They filed two claims one for wellness and the other for medical/sick. I was confused and called them, they were like since you had a swelling and the doctor asked you to visit a podiatrist so it is treated as a sick visit as well. I have visited so many times to the same place and different place never had this experience before. I cant believe it, it is like you ask a sick person how are you? and ask them to visit a doctor, then send them a bill.

Everything thats wrong with medical practices exist within this office. They force you into all of these tests, charge you a bunch of money, then never follow up as they say they will. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office when you need some one! Prescriptions that have refills expire then they want to force you into another expensive visit that you dont need just to get a refill. Stay away!
