Made an appointment with Dr. Moore; took 4 weeks to get one as a First-Time patient. Office cancelled my Friday appointment 4 days before it. I asked the receptionist if he was working though Thursday, and returning on Monday..? yes, he is. So the doctor just decided he would take Friday off, obviously not sick...! I asked when his next available appointment was. I was told, about one month out. I told her that was unacceptable. And, this would show up on their Google reviews. Here it is. Hope that day off was worth it.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I felt so much better after I left the office. Dr. Moore literally sits down and has a conversation with you regarding what is going on with your body and the plan to correct it. Extremely thorough doctor and I sincerely appreciate that. The office ARNP, Samantha Berry is a gem!!!! 🥰 The office staff is very professional and warming. Love, love, love this office! I highly recommend them. ☺️

Dr Moore is always friendly and helpful. He listens to my needs and makes suggestions to help me feel better. My husband and I both go to his office.

I began seeing Dr Moore in Jan 2018. While yes sometimes I may wait a bit.... it is well worth it as he listens and never makes me feel as if he is rushing thru my appointment. He makes me feel welcome to express exactly what I am feeling both in person and via the patient portal. Has been a great experience with him as my primary care doctor!

Dr. Moore is awesome!! He is kind, compassionate, listens attentively, makes recommendations, and shoots straight. Scheduling appointments is easy; wait time minimal. He is on top of the latest cutting edge medical research, his practice is diversified, and I really like that. He has never steered me wrong!!

Had an appointment today, pre-registered online, arrived 5 min early, then proceeded to wait in a room for 45 min. I was recommended by someone and looking for a PCP, guess Im still looking. Cant actually comment on the Dr. because I never met him.

Dr. Moore has been our primary doctor for several years now. His staff is great and his location is very convenient for those who live on the Southside. Dr. Moore actually takes the time to listen to your feedback, rather than trying to push you out as fast as possible with a prescription, as most doctors do. We would definitely recommend Dr. Moore if you are new to the area or just wanting to switch your doctor.

Thankfully my prescription isnt too serious, have been calling for 3 weeks to just get a reprint....either no answer or get put on hold. Hopefully I can get ahold of someone soon to remove my documentation so I can find a new doctors office. Amazing how something so simple was made so difficult worst experience ever with a doctors office.

Dr Moore always listens to your concerns and is never on a rush. He’s very knowledgeable and his staff is wonderful.

Absolutely great physician! Its hard to find someone that you can trust these days, but as long as I live in Jacksonville, he will be my primary care physician.

Hoity toity people will fit right in here, Botox party sign on the receptionist desk for ladys night out. Unfriendly snobby receptionist, and the doctor talks down to you, like the know it all pretty boy type doctor he is. If you DONT want a humble doctor, this is the place to go, first and last time that we will go there. Guess that’s why there was no one in the waiting room.
