Best Dr I have seen in my 78 years. THE worst office staff and communications by far in my 78 years.

I love DR Pennington he is the best Dr ever and Kelly at the reception desk is awesome she helps in anyway she can

I absolutely love Dr Pennington.. Ive been with him over 30 yrs. While I understand some of the comments about the staff and referrals.it isnt his fault. He isnt the owner or Manager.. he is there to give exceptional service to his patients. and he does. I will never go anywhere else if Dr Pennington is there..

10am appointment the time now is 11:43am still not seen!!! My first visit there Nurse practitioner Patterson made me feel uncomfortable talked about my weight and when I expressed to a nurse it was hot she agreed however Patterson told me I know why I’m hot because of my weight!! Women at the window closes the window in your face if have questions they are not polite at all!! I saw 2 nurses they were nice I wish I would have gotten there names to compliment them but I didn’t!! Never met Pennington because I just left the appointment my time is just as valuable as his

I absolutely Love Dr. Pennington. He is a caring doctor and he takes his time with his patients. I wish he had better staff members because they make it difficult to rate the office in its entirety. If the staff was as efficient and caring as Dr. Pennington, the reviews would be higher. He is the only reason that I continue to see him as my Primary Physician for over 20yrs.

Rude. Tiffany cant do her job correctly. Teresa is manager. Sadjob . Hope you dont. need medicine because it be a week or two after pharmacy calls it in.Needs new management . About to fire doc because of management .been there for 5 yrs .same problem for 5 yrs. Bad management

Dr Pennington has been my primary care physician for many years. He is awesome. He is Compassionate understanding he listens to you. He doesn’t rush you.

Dr Pennington has been caring for my husband and I for over 20 years. We drive one hour each way because he is the best physician for our needs. He is caring, listens to what you have to say, goes above and beyond and does whatever it takes to find the answer to your questions or illnesses. Dr. Pennington always has a smile on his face when he walks into the room and no matter how bad you feel he helps to make it a bit better. I couldnt imagine a better man or physician.

Drs office is completely unorganized. I am still waiting on a referral that was supposed to be submitted three weeks ago and I can not get anyone in the phone! I call and leave voicemails and no one returns them. I schedule another appointment to get said referral fixed and they promised to have it completed that day and never submitted it. This is a time sensitive matter and no one seems to be taking it serious!

Dr. Pennington is a caring and professional doctor. He seemed to understand everything I was saying to him. I had a good experience with him the first time I went in for a check up and had a good experience with his staff. They called to inform me of test results and soon as they were in. And, when I was sick, got me in the same day.

They make appointments for the time they are suppose to open. (8:30am) People standing around 10 to 15 minutes after opening / appointment time. Then I called to see if they were going to open. The office staff just stood & pointed laughing at the patients from behind the glass. The Doctors are very good. But the abuse and disrespect of the staff to the patients is uncalled for. We have Fired them as our doctors. We WILL NOT put up with disrespect like this. ITS OUR MONEY! YOU WORK FOR US!

Great bedside manner. Longevity of service. I do like.

Worst place ever u have to call 100 time to get your thing done , never follow up with you , Barely answer the phone after more than 20 voicemail left... you do what they should do to get your thing done ... very bad experience...still waiting

Dr. Pennington is an amazing care provider, he is kind and knowledgeable. His skills are diverse and he truly cares for his patients. His staff is atrocious. I cannot put into words how awful they are. I switched providers because I could not tolerate being treated in such and undignified manner.

Worst place ever. I have appointment for 9:30am and is 10:20am and Im still setting in here. As well I ask for send my prescription to my new pharmacy. After 6 visits still nothing, my pharmacy call 2x and still nothing. Only what care about is payment.

This Doctor is awesome, he knows it all. I highly recommend him!!!!

Dr. Pennington seems to be an okay doctor but his staff is terrible. I have been waiting for over 5 months to get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. The lady that does the referrals obviously doesnt do her job. I have called too many times to count over the past 5 months and left voicemail after voicemail for her to call me back and have not received one call. I finally made an appointment to come in so I could speak with someone about it and I was told it would take 3 months for the insurance company to put the referral through which was a lie but that was their excuse for it taking so long. Well here I am 5 months later and I still dont have a referral. Any other doctor Ive had in the past has always been able to get my referral put through within 2 weeks at the most. I wish Dr. Pennington hire people that actually do their job. I understand that offices can get behind due to being understaffed but this is ridiculous. I can barely walk and am in a tremendous amount of pain daily because I need to have a knee replacement surgery but without that referral, theres nothing I can do. Thanks Dr. Pennington and staff.Oh and one other thing... Dr. Pennington had some blood work ran on me when I first became a patient there. Well on my 2nd visit, he checked the blood work report and said everything was fine. Nearly a year later, I tell him that I want to check my cholesterol to make sure its not high. He checked the blood work from a year ago which showed my cholesterol was really high and he had to prescribe me something for it. That means I went nearly a year without medication for it and all he had to do was check those results more thoroughly the first time or one of the many times I was seen throughout that year.

Very upset with these people they keep giving me the run around and cant answer the phone or return phone calls! They dont seem to care at all. All they have done is waste my time. Have done nothing for me.

Never appointments available. Wait weeks for a referral, you have to keep calling, at the end show up to get them, finding out theyre on their printer and never were sent. Never answer your messages. No organization at all. Decide to switch Pediatrician.

The worst service ever. I went for an appointment couple years ago and never went back for years. Now my friends are having the same issue. they changed their family doctor after all there bad experience. the clinic staff is the worst. the clinic staff is terrible and never call back after leaving voice messages.

Its horrible!!! You can get an appointment and be seen, but after that its horrific!!!! No return phone calls, authorization takes months, not one person in that office cares and professional. Stands in halls talking about people. Ashley is fantastic provider and Dr penniPenni is also, but all the other enplemplo do not do there jobs

Every single time I come here for my appointment in always waiting for over a hour before I see my doctor. People comes in after me get seen before me and leave before me I absolutely hate this place I will never come here again.

At some points of the day they Never pick up the phones and never return calls after 14 days.. just dont come here unless its the only place you can come do to insurance. My wife needed results asap and they lied saying they didnt get them so we called the specialist and they said they bin sent it to them the next day..

Great Medical Facility!

This office is disgusting. You’ll wait on average over an hour after your scheduled appointment to be seen. Came in with an appointment to get a prescription filled, and waited an hour and a half in the holding cell. Looking for a new doctor for sure.

This is the WORST doctors office ever! Ive made one appointment and never again! Ill be changing my doctor for sure. Staff is terrible!
