I highly recommend Dr. Mills, he takes the time to explain your lab work, he listens to you, makes sure you understand, & if not he will definitely continue to discuss it with you until you do understand. He’s very professional, & the atmosphere is very nice, neat & pleasant. I love his personality. I’ve even referred a few of my family members that were in need of a physician to Dr. Mills.

Best Doctor in all of Jacksonville FL. Dr. Mills take time to fully listen to any concerns you have and takes the Whole Body approach. He always ensure all of your concerns are addressed before you leave his office. If he sends in Medication for you it is done in an extremely timely manner and you are not having to wait for your pharmacy to receive an order. If I could rate him 10 Stars I would.

I appreciate a provider who keeps their appointment times. Most provider office’s will insist that you are on time, but will have you waiting an hour to be seen. Dr. Mills staff is friendly and prompt and I have never had to wait an obscene amount of time to be seen. Dr. Mills is courteous and thorough and always takes time to address my concerns.

Staff is very friendly, caring, respectful. Dr. Mills is very professional and shows concern for his patients. He explains things clearly and gives you the opportunity to ask him questions. If you send him a message through the portal, he replies back asap. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work with your services. He has been my primary doctor since 2011.

Dr. Mills is great. I’m disappointed that I can’t get back to see him. I don’t treat often, it’s been a several years since my last visit.I called to make an appointment, and learned that if you don’t treat every three years, you are considered a new patient. Unfortunately for me, he’s not accepting new patients. So, my loss.None of this is his fault, of course. So, get in if you can, and don’t let years go by between visits!

This Ascension Health Primary Care Provider is the worst. Please do not waste your time or money with this provider. I scheduled a free annual wellness visit with him and then received a bill for $226 out of pocket. When I asked the billing department manager she reported that the insurance company requires them to code the visit so patients are required to pay the deductible. She apologized for the lack of transparency and said many patients have the same issue. Don’t go here. They don’t provide the covered annual wellness visit that they claim to provide. Classic bait and switch tactic!!

He is an amazing doctor and is always willing to listen and help

I really love Dr. Mills, but its impossible to get an appointment any sooner than a month out, at least. And if youre sick, he just plain and simply cannot fit you in and will tell you to go to the ER, even if its not an emergency. It took me a long time to finally find a doctor I like, but this is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
