I love this doctor. Dr. Parekh is amazing and I have been seeing him for over 10 years now. He always listens to my concerns and makes sure I am comfortable and okay. I moved over an hour away but will still drive the distance to only see him. Thats how great he is as a doctor.

I have been a patient here for 15+ years. I have referred many family and friends as well. I’ve seen this many times and hoped it wouldn’t happen but ever since his practice has grown his patients are less important. Me and my family went through a lot and some his fault and some not. However we can no longer take this practice anymore. The turn over is so high except for two office employees. The office manager is rude, careless and a liar!!!! I’ve never seen an office manager of a medical practice lie before....until now. They will lie to your face. Dr. Parekh used to be good but now that his office has grown he has turned out just like the many other doctors out there. All about there pocket book and less on patients. Good luck Dr. Parekh......May you be treated as you have treated your own patients!! God bless you!

I love Dr Parekh. He takes the time to listen and hear you. He never seems rushed and he seems concerned about the total and complete welfare of his patients. He is approachable and extremely down to earth. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone.

Best doctors office Ive ever been to.Staff is beyond professional and always greets you with a smile. Unlike many other offices that act as if your arrival is an issue and your bothering them.Dr. Parekh listens to you. Genuinely wants to help you be your best.Once I found him Ill never leave. The whole family now sees this office and I recommended them every time I hear how unhappy a patient is with the current physician.Ty Doctor Parekh for everything! Your amazing.

Mehul Parekh has a terrible bedside manner and needs a lesson in humility. I would not recommend him or this practice to anyone. I have been given incorrect diagnoses several times and sent away with medications that have made matters worse. His default diagnosis seems to be sinus infection no matter what is wrong with you. Most recently, I saw him for an inconsistent, but terrible stabbing pain and blood in my ear when I woke one morning. He briefly checked my ears as part of the normal routine, but did not check again the whole time I was in the office. He said there was nothing wrong with me and perhaps I just needed to pop my ears or maybe I scratched my ear canal with my long fingernail. I politely stood up for myself and reiterated that there had to be something going on since I was in pain. I said it felt like I was being stabbed in the ear repeatedly with an ice pick and my ear was bleeding. He insisted that I was wrong, said my ear was not bleeding, told me I needed to listen to him and stop being combative, then started flinging papers in the air and stormed out of the exam room. On his way out of the room he told me that Im a terrible patient and to follow him to the front desk. He told the lady at the front to cancel my appointment and not to charge me for the visit. I left his office and immediately went to urgent care where it took the PA about 3 minutes to find AN INSECT, silverfish to be exact, burrowing into my ear drum. I went back to BPC and asked for the doctors notes from my visit, but they refused to give them to me. About two weeks later, rather than the copy of notes from the visit that they normally send in the mail, I received a letter from Mehul Parekhs office stating that I have been dismissed from his practice for MY BEHAVIOR. I am now unable to go to any Baptist hospitals or BPC offices as they now treat me like Im crazy since it is noted in my medical records that he dismissed me from his practice stating my behavior as the problem rather than HIS MALPRACTICE.

Hes just ok. He takes his time and listens to you but I dont think he diagnose well. He kept giving me a Z pack for my sinus infections. I ultimately had to go to an ENT because I kept getting sick and they told me Z packs does not cure sinus infections and I ended up having a severe one from Dr. Parekh not prescribing me the right meds.

This doctor is horrible just horrible the first appointment was initially to complete some blood work and paperwork requested by my insurance company the day of the appointment something happened when I stepped out of the car for my appointment a sharp pain in the lower right side of my back I could barely walk I figured just as he did maybe a muscle spasm or I pulled something getting out of the car he prescribed some muscle relaxers and I went home confident I would probably be better by the next day well that didnt happen my pain got worse it got to the point I could not even stand my husband had to bath me and I was in bed for two whole days I didnt walk I finally had enough of the muscle relaxers and decided to call the office and let them know that I was getting worse not better his assistant told me a prescription would be sent to the pharmacy for a steroid called prednisone I took that the third day NOTHING still unable to place my feet on the ground without pain this is my third day out of work unscheduled so I decided to call my hr they recommended FMLA since I did know how long this would last I called the office back to let the know the forms needed to be completed and faxed back just to secure my job in case this persists the assistant came back to the line and and said the forms were recieved but the doctor needs to know the diagnoses Im like I have no earthly idea I would like to know can we schedule and MRI to see whats going on she then tells me the doctor wants to see me again in order to get a referral so my appointment is at 1pm he doesnt come in until 2pm and when he does he goes on some rant about me being a new patient and having too many issues that arent normal Im like wait a minute are you serious right now hes like Im not completing your forms you were rude to my staff Im like who was I rude to via phone I was in pain expressing how I was feeling he says to me youre perfectly normal nothing should be wring with your back your blood work is fine I couldnt believe what this guy was saying and his tone I immediately snatched my paperwork and headed to the hallway were one of his office staff that I communicated with by phone was standing I asked if I had been rude to her she said no you were just in pain but you were not rude moral of the story this guy wasted my time outright lied and refused to complete my paperwork or give me a referral I will never step foot in another baptist primary care again because if him and I plan to see a specialist if there is evidence of a back problem Im gonna report this guy for being a lazy disrespectful doctor

I visited Dr. Parekh this morning for a Physical. I was completely impressed by Dr. Parekh and his staff. My appt. was for 7:00am and I never felt as if t he staff was rushed or just getting started that early. I was not rushed, I never felt as if my thoughts and concerns were not being heard. I felt absolutely at home in their care. I have always been apprehensive when visiting the Dr. I have no reservations about Dr. Parekh and his friendly staff. If you need to see the Dr. and want to feel comfortable doing so, I recommend Dr. Parekh. Thank you to you and your staff. -JM
