Kim Brew and her staff are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and they know your name. Youre not trested as a file number, rather a person who is seeking help. Theyre always there for you with their knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. Ive received calls at night, and over weekends.They take the extra steps that is so rarely found today.

I love Dr. Kim and the rest of the staff. Very knoledgeable, courteous, and listen to your needs. If you need referrals, they give you the referrals you need within a week.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Conviva and Dr. Rosa provides sub-standard healthcare. I reached out to Conviva Corporate and filed a complaint. I was promised that the Practice Administrator would contact me later that day. She never did. Furthermore, she declined to take my telephone call the next day and she declined to return my call. At that point, I filed a complaint with Humana who owns them.I plan to file complaints with the Florida Board of Medical Quality Assurance against both Conviva and Dr. Heber Rosa. Im also going to explore what legal options may be available to me. Any response by them asserting that they are sorry and want to work things out is not truthful and only stated to try and cover up a legitimately bad review as the Practice Administrator at this location as done nothing but avoid all contact with me.

I absolutely love this place. All of the staff is a pleasure to work with and Dr Rosa is such a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. In fact I recommended it them today at the gym

Conviva Care Center is the best!! The staff if friendly and very professional and we love Dr. Rosa. He is the very best.

Everyone is real nice. They listen to my problems. The only problem seems to be with getting my prescriptions. Dont know if its with Conviva or the pharmacy.

Lovely people, friendly and professional.

Im not a patient there but I participate in their activity center. I enjoy it because it gives me something to do and each day is different. They offer exercise classes, health awareness classes on various diseases, games, movies, cooking, dances and more. From what I hear the medical staff is awesome as well. If you have Humana insurance I highly recommend Conviva Medical Group formally known as MCCI.
