I just got report from them and on the report was former smoker I was like wow I never remembered my self smoking in my life time .2) honestly they don’t care about people is only about prescribe the medicines and they don’t even tell you it may be expensive or not or if you Insurance cover or not they just don’t care ... not going back to them again !!

This is the second time I’ve been turned away from this office. They have given me incorrect information about my policy coverage over the phone and turned me away. They wanted to charge me $125 for an ear infection. No compensation for their mistake at all. Absolutely evil people. Do not go here.

The entire staff here is amazing, specifically Dr. Romero and Ms. Beverly! Our daughter unfortunately is a frequent visitor but this is the only doctors office she is not nervous going to as they are super friendly, patient, and great with kids. Most importantly they are also very accommodating to schedule with and run promptly on time. Highly recommend them!

**UPDATE**I was very hurt after visiting Dr. Romero in June for a follow up. All she did was push vaccinations for C19, whooping cough, MMR, and flu. It was quite strange due to these things never being mentioned prior to the C19 vaccine roll out. She only listened to me when she agreed with my choices and was of no help once she couldn’t sell me onto any pharmaceuticals. She insisted that I was going to catch C19 and that I needed to be on blood pressure medication. I felt dismissed and ridiculed for wanting to explore alternative options instead of taking default recommendations without any educational empowerment.Since then, I’ve lost 15 lbs. and my blood pressure is now regulated— completely on my own. Doctors need to treat their patients bio-individually and work with them to heal root causes instead of symptoms.

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Romeroand a receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak with the Dr. myself because I needed to request a test and she would not have the doctor come up the phone or make the appointment that I was requesting. If you guys want to lose patients, keep doing this. Dr. Romero was nice herself ( I saw her two different times) but this particular staff was HORRIBLE! Dr. Romero just lost a patient because of an unskilled and unprofessional staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Ana Romero for all of your family for medical needs. I moved here from out of state and worried about finding a good doctor for myself who was thorough and actually had a genuine kind and caring concern for patients. Dr. Romero is everything I had hoped for in a doctor. My family and I love her. It is also very convenient that she has a blood lab in her office too, the wait isnt too bad either like most places.

Not sure what the issues were with the wait and hard to comment on that day but I have been there twice. My appointment was said time and I had a ten minute or less wait. Doc Romero is an outstanding, caring doctor that is knowledgeable, caring and gifted in the way she treats everyone including people who work directly at the office. I have witnessed all of this in just two visits. I am looking forward to bringing my whole family to her and this office. DO NOT JUDGE on time wait because Doc Romero is very busy and this says alot

I made an appointment online and when I arrived they told me she is not accepting new patients, waste of time. Unprofessional. Angry

The care and attention to details Dr. Ana gets into about the patient is pretty good. She is flexible, a good listener and helps the patient understand the diagnosis very clearly before prescribing the right medicine for treatment.The initial wait time is the only factor that could be worked on.

Love this office and of course love Ana! She really listens and take her time with me even though I usually have my two little ones that can be very distracting! I never have a long wait either. 😁

This doctor practices thoroughly and without judgement. Very knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend her to anyone 😀

I am proud to call Dr. Romero my primary care physician. She always makes sure that the patient is comfortable with the treatment course shes prescribing and is even available over the phone if you have lingering questions. Hope to remain her patient for years to come!

I called to make an appointment as Im looking for a new Doctor. I was asked what insurance I had......I said Medicare and United Healthcare supplement thru AARP. I was told we are not taking anymore Medicare patients ! I was flabbergasted !! Talk about discrimination !! Beware people ! I think this group is all about the money ! Sad :-(

She is an amazing Dr, cares about her patients, listens & builds relationships.

Dr Romero is a very good doctor...but being put into a room and then having to wait an extended period of time (45 mins) is a problem.

We love Dr. Romero.
