Dr. Lim has been my primary care physician for the last 8-10 years. Hes a wonderful man who listens to my concerns and works with me to resolve my health issues. He is such a good doctor that even when I moved an hour away from his practice I still continue to see him.

I’ve never had many issues that constitutes a primary doctor until recently. I needed one for a check-up so I chose Dr. Lim as he was close to my house. First, he said the bump on my lower back was just from sweat and after requesting it he referred me to a dermatologist. Had he actually done his job correctly he would observed that I had a pilonidal cyst that needed to be removed. I then payed what I thought was my deductible after asking the nurse what I owed after my insurance. Paid them. Then, I got a bill in the mail for $288.00. I called to reschedule and explained to the lady what had happened and she abruptly cut the call short and said she would call me back to schedule an appointment. I never heard a thing.This was by far the most rediculous thing I have ever had happen with a place that labels themselves a medical facility. He barely gave me a look over, he was completely wrong about what I needed from the checkup, and the finish it off charged me and my insurance more than they should have and never heard from them again even after asking the allow me to come in again.I will be reaching out for counsel once I have time to look over this scenario and see what can be done.Do not go here unless you need a flu shot. He can barely do a basic checkup.

Been to his office three times in the last three weeks with bills that cost more than the emergency room and I have insurance. Quick to write a prescription and still cant tell me whats wrong with me.
