Updating and posting here in case anyone in your practice sees it. I called the number below to talk to you about this, however it rang a different doctors office and I asked twice using your full name to make sure but they said the number was not correct.Something is wrong here. Called multiple times to make an appointment only to be transferred to VM. Finally made an appointment and then received a call from a lady (Gina or Virginia or something like that) who said I am just trying to help another doctors office your appointment has been cancelled you will have to call to reschedule. So I callback, and the whole thing starts again, transferred to VM. I gave up.

I bring my mother here for Dr. Day and have never experienced any issues with the staff they are always professional ad courteous.

I have been seeing Dr.Day and his staff for over 30 years. Dr. DAY is impeccable, if he can not solve the medical issue he will send you to a specialist. His demeanor is always friendly and he takes a strong interest in his patients.His staff are always friendly and helpful. His nurses always contact you with in 24 hours with updates from from Dr. DAY or the other Doctors you see at Memorial Family Practice are also very good . Doctors Nutter and Ghate are terific too.I would recommend anyone seeking medical treatment to go to Memorial Family Practice.

You have to give at least one star as a rating or I would give none...that is how bad this physicians office is. My whole family started with this office years ago and due to insurance have remained. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. If you think you will get a call back on any results, think again. It does not matter if they are bad or good. This office could care less. If the doctors cared they would provide decent staff with the monies they are paid by our insurance and our self pays. The doctors dont even care enough to call their patients back. They have their unprofessional and rude employees do it so they do not have to deal with conflict. We have been told so many times that the physician would call us back only to have a medical assistant who didnt know what she was talking about give us results and treat us like we didnt know the difference. Forget referrals, forget anything. If they say they are going to do something for you at your appointment better wait and listen to the phone call because that will be the end of that. As soon as your money is collected when you arrive, you walk out the door after the appointment and YOU ARE FORGOTTEN!!!!!

I have been with Dr. Day for over 15 years. Although he sometimes runs behind on appointments, he is by far the best primary doc I have had. He shoots straight and cannot be pushed around or manipulated. His office is doing a better job of keeping patients informed as to the patient flow during visits. No practice is perfect, and I would gladly put up with some waiting if the doctor is this good.

After many years of being a patient I finally had to go to another doctor do the incompetence of the staff. Three times they have failed to get the referrals needed from the insurance company before sending us to an appointment. I now have received a $2000+ bill that we have to pay out of pocket. It seems that the person who is supposed to get the referrals doesnt know how to do her job. Be careful if being sent for any testing through them. Youll end up paying out of pocket too. They dont even deserve 1 star as this is outrageous. I never even had a tests done as they could never get the request for the referral correct after a months worth of phone calls from me and the doctors office I was being referred to. I tried talking to the staff on several occasions and could get no help. I dont like complaining but I like even less paying for something that shouldnt even be my fault.

Our whole family uses Dr. Day. We dont think you could find a better doctor. The front office staff is welcoming. The nurse is very friendly and informative.

Staff is rude. I have been receiving texts from this number for six months for a woman named Jacqueline. I know when and where her prescriptions are available, when she has appointments. Ive tried replying to have the texts stopped, doesnt work, so I called and the office informed me that there is no way to stop the texts unless I have her last name and date of birth. I have no idea who this woman is so I cant give that info. Not only are they harassing me through text and refusing to stop, but they are also giving out her private information to a stranger.

Dont use this doctor or his stuff. He is incompetent with his decision and his stuff is so un-professional and rude. They should be happy I didnt sue this place. Make sure you go to a different doctor.

After having not been provided with a referral for a procedure requested by Dr. Days office, we are now in the process of fighting a $2000 billed that should have been paid in full, due to the incompetence of Dr. Days office in providing the specialist with a referral and the specialists office in not verifying the referral prior to doing the procedure.. This is the second time this has occurred and, so far, we have received no satisfaction from Dr. Days office.Due to this massive incompetence, we have changed doctors and will not longer trust a doctor to provide a referral, as required.

I came 15min early for a 3pm ,when I came in I walked up to the window,the girls were just hanging around the office chatting, I looked for a sign in sheet and there was none the girls just ignored me and I went and sat down right in front of the open glass window of the reception desk.40 minutes later no one has acknoleged me yet,not so much as a sorry the dr is running late but we havnt forgot you. This was a 3pm apointment and its 3:40 Im the only one in the waiting room,so I stood up put my sunglasses on and the girl watched as I walked out the door and said nothing to me .The doctors work for us why should we put up with this crap.Give me an excuse while im waiting and loosing pay cause im not at work,I will probably understandby the way on top of that they had allready canceled 2 times on me while the doc recovered from knee surgery,I understood that.I hate when a doctor thinks his time is more valuable than mine YOU WORK FOR ME

The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. The office and building are outdated and run down. The medical staff is not far behind. They lost my appointment for the second time in a year. This is my last visit and after my wife gets her lab results, it will be her last. I would not even give it 1 star....
