I would not recommend anyone to see Jefferey Wayne Krenzer, M.D. Disregard the one star in this rating, their office does not deserve it.

My first visit to Dr. Krenzer as a new patient. He diagnose my medical problem , the first visit. I had went to 3 previous Doctors since February. Thank you so very very much. I am on my way to recovery. Your the Best.

Believes in a thorough approach to setting up care. Wonderful personality. A real family doctor.

I needed to change primary care physicians as my previous doctor retired. It was recommended to me see Dr. Krenzers partner but that doctor was not accepting new patients. The receptionist highly recommended Dr. Krenzer and I am sure glad she did. Dr. Krenzer, in addition to being just a really nice guy, is an excellent doctor. I found him to be extremely thorough. After some blood work, I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2. I have since lost 20 lbs. Dr. K took time to educate me on the evils of type 2 diabetes and I now feel great. I feel very comfortable with him and am extremely grateful to his staff for their recommendation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krenzers for 6 years and he is the best internist I have ever encountered. He knows a lot about a wide variety of medical issues. He knows as much or more about the heart than some Cardiologists that I have had. Has a great Nurse in Kathy, also. Please dont retire Dr. Krenzer.

The people at Baptist Primary are always very courteous, professional, and kind. The doctor explains things in detail and really cares about providing the best care possible. Thank you Baptist Primary and Thank You Dr. Krenzer!!

Wouldnt recommend horrible nurses hang up on your face twice!!!

Doctor is awesome. His nurse is super rude and everytime we go we have to wait like an hour after our appt. I love Dr Krenzer. He’s great!!

I have seen this Dr twice neither time did the doctor examine me he sat there and said unhum un hum unhum i need a referral to see a neurosurgeon they sent my referral to the wrong Dr then i was told i need a ct scan before i can this neurosurgeon my insurance denied me because of lack of information sent by Dr Krenzer and his staff so i call my insurance to find out what could be done the insurance company said have your Dr request a pier to pier conversation to discuss the reason this ct scan is needed so i then called Dr Krenzer office in which time i was told Dr Krenzer will not request a pier to pier and that they want to refer me to a different neurosurgeon one im not comfortable with or chose i would never in my life even if ment death see this dr or staff again and my best advice to everyone run run run away from this Drs pracrice what kind of Dr wont do want is needed for his patients to get help they so desperately need this place only wants money and to bill insurance stay away peiple

Dr. Krenzer is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors I’ve seen, and I’ve been to plenty of doctors. He will take his time with you and address all your concerns. I highly recommend him

Dr. K. Is a very caring, professional with a great sense of humor. Your concerns are his concerns. He actually listens to you. Kathy his assistant is just as professional, caring, & has a sense of humor as well. They make a perfect team.

It took me years to find a doctor who listened to me and made me feel comfortable. My anxiety and depression have always made it so hard for me to find a Doctor I could trust and I trust him.Dr. Krenzer and staff really truly do care about the patients and it shows, I am thankful to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr. Krenzer is a great doctor. He is very good about identifying symptoms, causes, and treatments. I love the way he explains everything clearly and with such enthusiasm.

He is an awesome physician that really cares about his patients and their wellbeing. We are very fortunate to have him as our family physician.
