Called and spoke to someone about needing a Covid test done for work twice, was told they do not give Covid tests and I would have to get a Covid test at CVS, Walgreens, or the Health Department and call back with results to get doctors note. I did just that, but when I called to get a doctors note the nurse I spoke with told me I could not get a doctors note from them because I did not get my test through them. When I explained what I was told she stated “I don’t even see where you were told that” implying that I was lying. She became rude to where I hung up on her. She shot down every solution I tried to find to help with this situation. Thankful that my job allowed me to pass with just my results or I would’ve been without a job because of wrong information given to me at this office and then they did not want to cooperate with me nor want to help me solve a problem they caused. I am currently looking for a new doctor sadly because I’ve been with this office for years,

Will not answer the phone for a simple issue. Have called multiple times at different times and dates with same results.

Nobody answers the phone. I have been trying to reschedule an appointment for weeks now. Called on different dates and times and nobody answers.,

Every time I come out here, its a 3-4 hour wait. Expanding the building does no good if the staff dont do its job. Needs a lot of improvement. Not happy at all.

You are a piece of cattle walking in there, never felt like my health was a priority there.

Waiting on prescription to be filled for 2 weeks..they sent it to the wrong pharmacy.
