Great medical care, but the receptionist (who looks like a old lunch lady) was rude and had a bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, so I’m giving this place one more chance. But if I catch her being snarky again, I’m out.

I have been a patient at FFM for over 10 years, and have had only positive experiences. I primarily see Ms.Tyer. She is is very thorough, and takes time to explain everything. That has been my experience with all of the staff there. I’ve referred family members to FFM as well.Highly recommend!

I visited this place as a first time patient, transferred out of state, and charged me for being 1st. time patient. I paid in full that time and they did not check me because they did not have any of my records, instead, sent me to have some labs done. I did my labs and went back for a well check up (which is covered 100% by insurance). They never told me they would sneak in there a office visit for $150. Also charged me for a depression screening (apparently 5 yes or no questions) for $20. I called to ask why they charged me for 2 visits in one (the $150 not covered by insurance) without telling me. The lady was very rude and just stated ‘you signed the paper’ without going into any details. She was very rude and adamant that I had been made aware of those charges. I was not, so I mentioned how shady of them to sneak things to my insurance, whether I had to pay or not, just not ethical. She continued to be rude as I canceled my next appointment in November. Me and my husband will not be going back there. So beware and read everything they hand you, and make sure you ask what you are being charged for before you are seen.

Just awful. You will never see the doctor, only the PA. Incredibly unresponsive to pharmacies trying to get authorization for a refill, will not call you to tell you they are not refilling a medication letting you go thru withdrawals. I had a heart attack and Covid this year, no one from this office ever reached out. Other facilities send nurses out to check on you.

I personally want to recognize the staff and particularly Dr. Bo Evans on a Job well done. My health is at the best place it has been in years! I started with Fountain Family Medicine 2 years ago and never been happier about my health and treatments. The environment of all the staff puts a smile on my face even though I am not feeling that way when I arrive! Dr. Evans advance medicine knowledge and how articulate my diagnosis and treatments are awesome!!! PA and Nurses are outstanding! Cant say enough good things about Fountain Family Medicine! Thank you for all you do!!!!Dave Mullins sr.

I cannot say enough good things about Dana! Every time I go in for a visit she takes the time to ACTIVELY listen to my complaints, does thorough assessments, and is so attentive to my concerns. She is great! However, the front office staff is less than impressive. They are not personable on the phone or in person. Anytime I call with questions they are short and have an undertone of annoyance throughout the conversation. A point worth noting, however, not a problem big enough to detour me away from the practice completely as Dana completely makes up for it!

This office just cant seem to get it right. After my very first visit I waited over a week to get some lab results back. I finally called to get them, they twice gave me results for a test they didnt do but that the urgent care center had done.( I already had those results) When I did follow up blood work, again it was over a week and I had to call to get the results. I thought I would give them one more chance to provide a better patient experience. My appointment was at 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:20 and then sat in the waiting room until 11:30. When the nurse finally called me back she wasnt very friendly, didnt smile, say hi or ask how are you. I then waited in the exam for another 30 minutes. At noon, I finally said I had to leave, asked for my co pay back and left. I told them my time is also valuable and I had other commitments. I will not go back to this office.

Dr. Bo has been my primary care physician for ten years or so. He is a very attentive and thoughtful doctor; never rushes through an appointment. He always addresses all aspects of my health, even if I am just stopping in over a particular matter.

I have arrived early, on time, 5 min late...does not seem to matter; at this office you will always wait AT LEAST 30-45 PAST your scheduled appointment time before they even call you back to the little waiting room (you know the one where you wait another 5-10 min sometimes even 15-20 min.) However reverse the roles and they are very unforgiving. My daughter (she is 19 with car trouble) had a Uber lined up to take her, however when the driver arrived at the pickup location canceled the trip with no explanation...I was coming from another appointment and could take her but it would take us 30 minutes to get there. We said we would be willing to wait, or take a later appointment or let someone go ahead of us, they said because she would be more than 15 min late the appointment would be cancelled...yet again I have never waited less than 30 in their office. Also they do not bill correctly, I have been going in circles with my insurance company as they are billing as specialists. They are polite enough but they dont even care enough to check accuracy. My name has been misspelled in their system since I started seeing them. Its a shame because I really like the PA I was seeing too. She actually listened to me and heard what I said about any issues. I just dont think the $50 specialist fee (that they cant seem to correct) on top of dealing with the rudeness EVERY month on top of the cost of my very expensive script is worth it. Look out world guess Ill be off focus for a while.

The doctors are great, but the front staff is awful. I dread having to call in because they give off a terrible attitude and seem not to care at all. I get cut off mid sentence, and I just seem to be a bother to them, no matter how simple the question. What ever happened to being kind?

Had what I thought was an appointment today but found on arrival that receptionist cancelled my appointment this morning, stating they called in March to tell me Dr. Evans was no longer taking appointment in the afternoon. Maybe they did, maybe they didnt but no one called between March and now to remind me my appointment was cancelled or to schedule another date for my appointment.... Great doctor, Nurse practitioner too! Rest of the staff, not so sure. Not sure if I will try to make another appointment or just find another doctor.... ruined my day!

Unfortunately I cannot respond directly to anothers rreview, which is a pity. In response to Leanne Floms review: them billing as specialists is NOT an error on the office, as one might like to think. It is an error on the insurance companys part. Ive worked at plenty of doctors offices. The insurance company will get credentialing wrong and then say it is something the office did wrong in order to switch the blame. UHC has done it. Aetna/Medicare has done it. BCBS has done it. This office in particular, if they are aware that it is an error and that they are being billed as a specialist, they wont collect that extra money. Trust me. I know this from experience, as I am also a patient there. It takes a while for the insurance to adjust the claims, but it eventually gets fixed. It is typically something that happens when a provider is new to the office (not just this office, but any office). As far as them running behind: Im not sure what to tell you. Its one thing for the provider to run behind, since you never know what youre walking into when you go into the room with the patient. They tell the MA, Oh, yeah. No complaints, I just need refills. But that story changes when the provider walks in. Suddenly theyve remembered 15 different things theyve been meaning to talk about. However, when a patient is running behind, even if theyre told yes we will see you, but it needs to be a quick visit, it is another scenario where they say ok, itll be quick and then they have a laundry list of complaints. Reschedule to another time when you arent having car issues. Especially if it isnt an emergency.I doubt you can find an office where this isnt an issue. Ive worked in the medical field for many years and Ive yet to come across a physician that runs right on time...If you do find a physician that does, please feel free to let me know. This office has always been able to get me in when I need it. Theyve always dealt with any billing issues I may have (BECAUSE OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY) with no problem, while also answering any questions I have about them. Ive never had an issue getting refills or getting in with the provider I want to see (Hey, Dana!)...This is a wonderful office and the staff is fantastic and I will never go anywhere else, even if my insurance tells me to. Id rather pay the $88 self-pay fee...

Been going here for a couple years - typically not more than once a year (or twice if I get the flu etc). After hearing the RNs schedule for the week, I scheduled a routine physical on Tuesday for a Thursday appointment. Once I arrived (after spending over 30 mins in rush hour traffic) I was informed that my appointment was accidentally set for a month later. The front desk assistant tried to get me squeezed in, but they could not.Its funny that they have signs posted everywhere that a missed appointment will cost you $50 (deductible is only 10-30$, so Ive always found that interesting) - but when the doctor is overbooked or the scheduler puts you in the wrong month, we are supposed to be happy and deal with it.Mistakes happen, but their attitude was completely unsympathetic. I dont know if this is a common occurrence for primary care providers, but I will be exploring other options.

This is by far the best family practice office I have ever been to. I have seen just about every provider they have. Dr. Bo and Adria are so attentive, and thorough. They listen to you, and take you seriously. They have never made me feel rushed, or like they werent paying attention. Dr. Bo takes as much time as I need and addresses all of my concerns and answers all my questions. I have never been cut off because my appointment time was up. The only downside is that you have to wait for a while for Dr. Bo. I would assume this is because he treats all of his patients that way, and spends just as much time with them. This is probably why he is so hard to get an appointment with. The office staff is great as well!!! It is hard to find a doctors office with a competent office staff, and Dr. Bo has one. If I call in with any problems or concerns, they will give a message to him for me. They are very good about getting back to me as quickly as possible, sometimes in less than an hour! They are very knowledgable, and patient. They have had the same office staff for the last 2 years that I have been going there. They are very personable, and always make sure I have been taken care of. They also call to remind me of my appointments, and anything that I am overdue for which is great because I would forget otherwise. When I call for an appointment they always do their best to accomodate my needs. If I cant get in with Dr. Bo they make sure to get me in with someone else. They have late hours which is nice when you work a full time job. I dont know for certain, but I heard that one of the new providers will be offering earlier morning appointments now too! This truly is a great family practice!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who will listen!!!

Snipes working the front desk with terrible demeanor/attitudes. What is the point of scheduling an appointment when they just call you back in the order you sign in? Appointment at 11am, its 11:22 still sitting in the lobby. Yet if you show up 15 minutes late for an appointment, they cancel and charge you a no show fee.
