Love my Doctor, love the blood work folks!Front office has some work. 2nd missed referral. Never got sent. Again. By the time it got sorted I was on hold of a total of 120 minutes! Cancer Doctor cancelled my appointment and now scheduled for mid Nov.Geeze! Please dont do this to me anymore!Its bad when unacceptable is normal.I dont believe that this site is monitored as no one has any owner/manager responses.Perhaps they should.

Since becoming Millennial health care Dr. Micoluccis office is a nightmare! They now require sign in on a tablet. The amount of bacteria on those tablets, passed from patient to patient, is scary! The record keeping is atrocious! They recorded my regular meds as Mucinex! DUH! When we want to call in for any reason we have to spend a half hour on the phone and then when you get through they have no record of who put in a call to us! The doc assigned to us doesnt pay any attention to what is said but has preconceived ideas of what our health problems are! Were done! Were switching to a new doc!

I have been going to Oceanway Family Practice since it open in a little place next to Winn Dixie. That was when Dr Mics wife was pregnant with Vic Jr.. Dr Vic Micolucci has always been a respected doctor and has always had doctors and nurses that are highly qualified and always willing to step up and help the patient.After 30+ years going to Oceanway Pamily practice I am recommending Dr Vic Micolucci and his staff to everyone! Wow! I saw Ms. Medina yesterday. She made me feel so cared for. Very smart, caring, and a good listener. I felt she had genuine concern for me, her patient.

My 5 year old went in for a sick visit and was told he was fine, I had to take him to hospital the next day due to high fever and lethargy...he had a 5 day hospital stay for the flu and pneumonia. I took my 4 yr old there for earache and hearing loss, I was told he was fine, I had to take him to ER for high fever...he had double ear infection....I lost trust in this office

Ive known Dr Mic.for 30 yrs,and been a patient of his and his other providers at Oceanway Medical Center,and would not go any where else.He has a wonderful staff,and they have always been there for me. Hes one doctor I hope never retires.

What is the point of having an appointment if you never get seen at the appointment time? was supposed to be seen at 2:30 arrived early and here it is 3:51 and Im just sitting here. waiting.
