I came to the medspa because my brother got me a microdermabrasion and facial Groupon for my birthday. Unfortunately, they did not perform the microdermabrasion on me after the consultation, they only performed the facial because they said they did not want to spread bacteria on my face from my breakouts through the microdermabrasion. I couldnt get any substitute to missing out on the microdermabrasion without an upcharge. On the plus side, Grace took so much time to talk with me and advise me based on my skin type. On the down side, each person constantly tried to get me to upgrade my service, even though I communicated multiple times that it was not within my budget to do so at that time. Because of the expense of the level of treatment I will need to really see a difference on my skin (I have severe acne and hyperpigmentation) and the collective pressure to buy services and products that I had not planned for, I did not leave feeling hopeful, sadly. But the team was friendly, knowledgeable and delivered good quality service. I would recommend this facility if you are willing and financially able to come in for consistent treatment.

They gave so many details about what to do to help your skin. And they also have memberships to help get more for your money

Came here because I had a voucher from Groupon for a microdermabrasion and luxury facial. I got an add on for enzyme facial. The esthetician was very informative and helpful explaining my skin issues. The enzyme facial was done on my face and chest and felt amazing after. I highly recommend getting that.

I’ll try to keep this short. Before the pandemic I got a membership. I lost my job. I tried to get them to cancel the membership since I only went once and never used it after. They did not care one bit. I begged them to please stop the monthly payments. Not only do I have a huge bill on my cc I can’t even use the service. They will kick you when you are down and do nothing to work something out with you. Other businesses were very understanding about canceling membership. I know it was for a year membership but none of us expected for the world to suffer with this pandemic. So I do not recommend this place. They do not care about you.

They are immensely pushy!!!! You go in for one service and they try to push you to purchase a more expensive one. When you tell them no, they get an attitude and try to sell you something else. It’s a never ending. Cycle. To top things off, they bring in an additional staff member to strong arm you into purchasing a membership. They don’t take no for an answer and intimidate you into buying a service in additional to the one you’ve already purchased. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! It’s a scam! I think we should all band together and go to Ted Oberg on channel 13 news and have them investigate this establishment. It’s not fair how they treat and bully people into signing up for an unwanted memberships / services.

In love! One month after getting my lips done, they are fuller, plumper, and the injection sites are completely healed. I would personally recommend lip filler to anyone who has been considering it. I did ask my sister to get her PRP for hair loss treatment and she said it was best experience in terms service and results compare to where she has been going. I think this business is run by two sister and they are great in terms of recommendation and service. They have always accommodate by services on weekends. Best spa I’ve been too. I went elsewhere for my lips and regret it. The first place left me with a bump on the inside that I could feel with my tongue. They fixed my lips and definitely gave my top lip some definition.(since I don’t like a big pout) I had to do a reversal before I got the filler but it was so worth it. All my friends can tell how better and even they are! With the perfect volume!

I went online and found Le Lux. They use clinical and natural based products so I was down. With every facial, my skin just kept getting better and better. I purchase the custom medical facials which allows me to get a combination of services in one treatment (extractions, light therapy, advanced peels). I have also purchased a series of green peels and my skin has never looked so damn good. My skin is smooth, dark spots are faded and I was just telling my mother yesterday that my skin is normal, heathy, clean and clear. I would highly recommend Le Lux to anyone looking to improve their skin and want to overcome troubled skin.

I started going to Le Lux a few months ago for facials. What I immediately loved about the place is that the staff is so welcoming and friendly! My consultation with Grace was amazing, she is very professional and has a lot of experience in this field. She told me exactly what I needed in order to get rid of my acne. I started the process with chemical peels and am really loving the results. I dont break out nearly as much as I used to and I stopped wearing makeup throughout the day (except for special events of course!). Im also getting laser hair removal on my body and I am extremely happy with the results. After the very first session I noticed that my hair wasnt growing out as fast and it was significantly thinner. I am especially loving the results on my underarms because its getting rid of dark tones I had there as a result of the hair. I can finally wear spaghetti straps and tank tops and not be afraid/embarrassed to raise up my arms! Best investment I have made by far. Thank you, Le Lux!
