I received first-class service and attention at my visit. Upon arrival I was assisted by the PCC Lynn. She was patient in answering all my questions. Ayana’s care and attention to addressing my concerns and options was beyond thorough. Office Manager Niki truly understands how to not only run this spa but how to make her customers comfortable and confident in their decision to come to Adara Medical Spa. Wonderful experience! Avoid this place, quality of service has gone down significantly, in my experience they are not staffed adequately to provide reliable service to customers. For example, my last two appointments they have canceled on me the day of each appointment because service providers became unavailable.

I was totally blown away when I first came to Adara. I trusted them to recommend treatments to achieve my skin goals and a chemical peel was recommended to me. I ended up with horrible burns and subsequent scarring on my face and was promised that they would help with treatments to fix my scarring and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I had an initial IPL treatment that did not solve the problem and have since had trouble even getting a hold of the clinic to follow up about a plan for subsequent treatments. There has been a change in management recently and I understand transitions are difficult but the clinic should take responsibility for what was promised to me and that has not happened. I am left on hold and trying to make appointments to deal with adverse consequences of treatments and it’s incredibly frustrating. The front desk staff has told me numerous times that someone from the clinic will call me back but I have not yet received a call and have had to call back 3 times just to leave messages about my unresolved issue.

Scheduled an appointment. No one was there to let me in. No contact about re-scheduling or no show. Very upset I took time off

Hands down best medical spa in Houston. Phenomenal products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and an unbelievably beautiful space. I had mylips done by Chelsea Barr. She is the sweetest and gave me the perfect pout! Taryn has done my Clear + Brilliant and laser hair removal and she is so honest with her recommendations and does such a great job. Everyone takes their time, and makes you feel so special. One happy girl here!

I went to Diana Chou for Botox. She’s fabulous and patient-centric. I’ve been going to another business for my injections and fairly new to the process.I ❤️ this place so much better than the other med spa. Here they do a better job of explaining the process, what to expect, aftercare and costs. They provide specialized care. Aesthetically the office setup is more my style—clean, fresh and modern feel.I do see why the price for Botox is higher end in the market and not by much. The money is reinvested in your patient experience for boutique style care.Overall great team made for such a satisfactory experience from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out. Will be returning.

I was very impressed with ADARA until last weekend when I had my second cool sculpting treatment.In July I was given a set price for my treatment. $3,600.00 for the first treatment and $1,200.00 for the second treatment. They overcharged me and I paid $1,500.00 for my second treatment instead of $1,200.00 quoted by Rachel back in July. When I contacted ADARA to request a price adjustment, receptionist told me that the second treatment was not discounted because they did not do that and that the incident was just a miss communication issue. I have the ADARA treatment sheet that Rachel prepared with the amounts above agreed . I received an e-mail from the office manager Chelsey Gardner, who told me the same thing the receptionist had said to me. It is a nice place, but I believe that the price they quoted me should be honored. They have lost a very good client. Please do not lie to your prospect clients, or you will be out of business.

Dr. Sra and the team at Adara Medical Spa are professional, experienced and kind. Whether visiting for a consultation or a treatment, I always feel comfortable and I sincerely trust them. Their office is modern, clean and centrally located. If you have an area that could use improvement, they have a solution that works. Since I started visiting Adara I have seen such a transformation. They have eliminated wrinkles that I worried were too deep/old and have been improving the quality of my skin as a whole. It also brings me great peace of mind that Dr. Sra is board certified Dermatologist. I highly recommend them!

I have enjoyed every appointment I’ve had with Taryn, Carr and the doctors. They are genuinely honest and care for you. I will only recommend Adara to my friends and family.

Facility is beautiful and staff very polite however the actual service was unsatisfactory. I have been receiving same procedures for a couple of years and have always been very pleased with results. This was my first time to this location (they were running a special) while I appreciate some bruising is typical I personally have never bruised. Over a week later and I still look like a I was in a fist fight and lost. In addition the end results (minus bruising) are not comparable to results from other locations. All in all bad experience- the BOGO was not worth it.

Absolutely beautiful here. i would recommend this place to anyone. Not only is the staff great but the doctors are amazing. Definitely come out and get a facial by Taryn.

I had to select 1 star only because it would not let me post this any other way, but I would give it a negative star. I bought a skin pen treatment package that was over $1,200 which consisted of 3 treatments. I used only two and noticed my cheeks began to get lines and dimples that were not there before. I mentioned this to the esthetician, and she said I could swap out the monetary value of it as a credit towards a different treatment, but she failed to tell me, along with the rest of the staff there, that this package had an expiration date. Absolutely NO ONE told me about this. This was not in my paperwork either, so I am out $400, and their reply to this was, Sorry, thats just too bad! I have tried calling multiple times in the last two weeks to speak to Chelsey Gardner, the manager, but she will not return my calls. This is definitely an unprofessional place that has ineffective communication. I suggest Cypress Dermatology, where they actually have integrity and do not have expiration dates on the packages you pay thousands of dollars on.

I always have a wonderful experience at Adara ! The staff is polite and professional . Dr. Karen Sra takes care of my skin and keeps me looking youthful. I get so many compliments on my skin . They also carry skinceuticals which are my favorite skin care products. I recommend all of my clients and friends to Dr. Sra best in Houston !!

I had my 4th VPL session and was informed after the services had been done that the price had gone up 80% more than what I was quoted prior to my first visit and what I’d payed for my first 3 sessions.The receptionist was very condescending and made no effort to make any adjustment OR apologize.I called for the office manager and got her assistant. She was appalled at my story and assured me that I’d hear from the office manager. I never did.In all fairness I was very pleased with the services of all 4 VPL sessions I had but the way this fee change was handled was disgraceful.

Adara Medical Spa is absolutely beautiful! Whenever I go to receive treatments I am always treated with the upmost respect and comfort. Their staff is very friendly and the doctors who inject my Botox are always honest and give me the best results!
