Ive gone here twice for Botox as well as mesotherapy and teeth bleaching. Loved the Botox here so much I brought my boyfriend. They have convenient weekend hours and are super fast as well as tons of parking.

I went here to get fillers for the first time, I saw doctor Roberto. And let me say I am a scary cat when it comes to needles and pain but dr Roberto made it so easy and painless! I loved it here and definitely recommend it! Pricing is great !

Dr. Ricardos skill and bedside manner were excellent! I never had a doctor give me such a customized plan before. All my girlfriends are now going to him!

Dr. Medrano is amazing! He is very professional and knowledgeable, he will ask you first what is it exactly that you are wanting and then he explain the procedure in details before he injects to achieve your satisfying results! He has a very pleasant friendly personality - kind, easy going, understanding, attentive, patient and very reasonable to work with. I am very pleased with his expertise of work! I highly recommend him.

Went there for the first time yesterday and can honestly say it was a great experience. They made me feel very comfortable and the pricing was great. I definitely found my preferred Botox spot.

I have been to several Med spas in the area and this is by far my favorite. They always go above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. They take their time explaining the process and never rush me out the door. They also have the best prices in the area. Not only do I get great service but I get it at a unbelievably affordable price. I am extremely happy with New You Med Spa and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend!

Nope. I had Botox done about a month ago and have yet to see any effects. The product must be either out of date or watered down or something. I have never not had Botox work for me, except after getting it from this place. Spend a little more and get higher quality product elsewhere.Update in response to reply from business:I actually did call back around 2 weeks and I was told that I needed to wait longer and that all you could do is offer me a discount on additional units.

Have been twice now over the last year, and during COVID. Great prices for Botox, safe, and they’ll match the prices they have on Groupon for additional units. I’ve been getting Botox regularly for about 10 years now at every spa around Houston, and I honestly can’t complain about anything w this place.

I went in for laser hair removal sessions. On the day of the second session I called to confirm the time and they had sold the laser hair removal machine. That was the beginning of May and I still have not received a refund for the sessions that I paid for and did not receive. Roberto is nice, but hes told me multiple times that he would pay me today and it hasnt happened, written 8 July 2020.

Went there today to get botox for the first time. Cannot RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Receptionist was friendly and got me my paperwork quickly, Dr. Roberto took me to room and was very informative, very nice, very professional and talked me through everything and helped me pick where I wanted/needed it.I was very nervous but he helped calmed me down and it was over in minutes and the needle didnt even hurt. I will absolutely being going back there for more botox and trying out fillers.

Fantastic Medspa super friendly and relaxed staff. Never wait for more than 5 minutes. I’ve done laser hair removal Microdermabrasion Botox and injectables at this location and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Robert will touch you up for free if there’s any issues he is also super thorough and gives you lots of information to make you feel comfortable. These machine is brand new and so was all the other equipment since it’s kind of a new establishment. You won’t go wrong there.

I definitely like this place...Ive been back three times now since they honor my original/groupon botox unit price. I have recommended to three friends who all have had similarly positive experiences. I recommend that you call and have the doctor/owner do your treatment as he is skilled and quick. Sometimes with techs (here and other places) there is less skill/experience and for first timers or the squeamish, having the best hands on your face is reassuring. The location leaves a bit to be desired, but botox is botox and the patient rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff is pleasant.

I went a couple of weeks ago. Staff was friendly & the office was cool. This was my first cosmetic experience (juvederm for my super aggressive parenthesis lol). The only issue I have is with my results. Just a tad bummed that I can still see the deep lines. All in all I would return should I ever decide to have another procedure of the sorts. Oh and the price was very reasonable compared to other places that I considered, which was a plus.

I’ve had MANY different experiences over the years with Botox. Often I have to return to touch up my problem area, frown lines. It can be scary to try someone new. Unlike past experiences in which a lot more Botox was used ,causing much more unnecessary expense, Adams technique was the most effective I’ve ever had. He saved me money with the way he injected by getting it right the first time and leaving out non problem areas. I appreciate so much his honesty and integrity and will probably never go to anyone else in the future for my Botox.I’ve returned several times and Was afraid when I saw it was no longer Adam but Roberto however Roberto put me at ease and I actually think he does a better job than Adam. Great value, great customer service, great results!!’
