Very upsetting. I made an appointment unfortunately they canceled my appointment and did not even bother to fit me in with whom I felt comfortable with . Shame on them for not trying and feeling like they should have the saying in whom I should see. I’m the one paying and I believe that I should be the one picking whom I feel comfortable.

Very in professional. First time I went they called to ask me to come later as they were running behind. Second time they flat out cancelled right before my spot and then couldn’t get me in for another month. Their facil service was just ok and pricey so would recommend others spend money at a better place

I absolutely love love BHRC! I love to get my facials, Botox & Fillers at the City Center location.Their hydro facials and dermaplaning is top notch. I have had 3 technicians and they are all EXCELLENT!I highly recommend Andrea, Emily & Kristen. They are so knowledgeable about skincare and helped me with my skincare regime.I highly recommend Ellie for all your Botox and Injectables. I can’t recommend them enough.

I came to this clinic two months Ago for some Botox. I’ve been getting Botox for quite some time now. The injections that my nurse did made no improvements whatsoever at this Clinic. I tried to call back a few weeks after my first appointment but it just kept ringing and no one answered the phone. For the price I paid I’ll just keep going to my original doctor because this clinic does not include touch ups.The space is clean a and professional. It’s just a shame that the amount of Botox I had put in did absolutely nothing for me and then I could not get anybody on the phone after that.Basically I paid for a service and didn’t get any results.

Went for the opening event and was very impressed. The staff was really nice, the location was very well-built out, and The people seem to be very informative and professional. This place seems to be very different from some of the other places like it.For those who care about getting the best treatment for their body, this seems to be the right place. Let slide they went above and beyond with their equipment and staffing.

I just had my first hydrafacial and will definitely be coming back to BHRC in the near future. The Citycenter location is easy to get to and the spa atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the door. Nina provided great and personalized services. I already booked my next facial and will be trying out the cool sculpting soon. I highly recommend this spa to anyone.

Edith is my go to gal! She does such an amazing job and I trust her judgment. I just don’t trust myself because I have no idea what I’m doing with my skin and am always nervous. But she never pressures and makes sure I am always comfortable. I’ve also worked with Susanne and Julie and they have also been so sweet every time. I always look forward to seeing them because I know I’ll receive great service. I’ve recommended this place to a lot of my friends and was recommended by a coworker. I’m so glad to get to experience this place.

Great customer service! I went in for my very first chemical peel and I was beyond happy with my results. The staff made me feel super comfortable especially Kristen who performed my peel. 10/10!

I was nervous to do this because I’ve always heard laser hurts. I went in and had a quick consult with Andrea then we went into the room and she made it super comfortable for me and did a test spot and wow, it was not painful AT ALL!! It was a little cold because they use cryo to offset the laser, but at no point was I uncomfortable or in pain. Super happy I decided to do laser hair removal and will definitely do more parts of my body.

I was nervous about having fillers done for the first time but immediately felt confident and secure with my decision after talking to Natalie. She was very informative overall. The staff was very polite and attentive as well. I left very happy with my new enhanced lips and look forward to coming back for other services.

Had my First visit today and everything was amazing. Carrie the Area Sales Manager was able to fit me in same day after having a frustrating time try to schedule at a different spa. She made the whole process easy and convenient. Laura did my botox and was equally amazing. I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my concerns and made great suggestions. After my procedure the front desk took the time to make sure I knew to sign up for the rewards program. The whole staff went above and beyond. Cant wait to return for more treatments in the future

I have been comparing and researching laser hair removal places for weeks and finally settled here because it was a great location and competitive pricing. The space is absolutely beautiful and they validate valet parking which is amazing when you’re running here for a lunchtime treatment. I got a Brazilian and underarm laser hair removal package here for an amazing deal! I just got finished with my first treatment and I love the machine they used it was minimally painful not bad at all and my tech was so fast and knowledgeable. I had a really pleasant experience and am very happy with my choice to come here!

Worst customer service ever! Avoid at all cost. They are quick to take your money. I bought one of their prepay specials thinking this would be a good way to try their services. I ended up receiving uneven checks and lips. I went in to get it fixed thinking they would do so. Just to balanced out and have it symmetrical. (Not trying to go bigger, just balanced). Instead they wanted me to dish more money out to get it corrected and even. Told ,Its your body that metabolizes it different? Come on , seriously some of the product they used didnt even penetrate the lip muscle the way it need to be and thats my fault...Make sure you know who your going to and avoid their prepay specails without knowing what yoir getting first!

Shauna is the aesthetician for my hydrafacial and laser treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to share with me the science behind everything she does. She goes out of her way to make sure I am informed and comfortable for each treatment. Also, the ladies at the front are always warm, welcoming, and friendly. As soon as I walked into the BHRC spa, I started to destress with the chic, upscale and calming atmosphere.After getting a quick tour of the clinic and a quick change into a robe I was on my way to the treatment room. The low lighting and calming music playing is super relaxing.Nina was amazing as we discussed the treatment for the HydraFacial. We started with some simple cleansing and then she turned on the machine. The treatment wasn’t painful or even uncomfortable.She thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated my skin, and then moved on to extracting the stuff deep in my pores. After the final moisturizing treatment, my pores were incredibly clean and smaller.I enjoyed my facial tremendously and will definitely be coming back!

I recently had my first experience with HA Lip Fillers at BHRC in Houston. City Centre to be exact. The ladies at BHRC are amazing!! I worked with Julie and Nathaly!! Julie helped with the registration is a true sweetheart! Nathaly was my FNP(injector). Her hands are pure magic!!! She did an amazing job and so far I’m loving my results!! Nathaly explained the process and let me know what I could expect the first few days and weeks. Nailed it! I didn’t freak out because I was well prepared and new what to expect. I Have also had Botox with these ladies and couldn’t be happier with my results! Will definitely be back to BHRC!
