I am pleased to say, my experience with Galleria Aesthetics was phenomenal. I came for a Hydra facial then a Hollywood facial with Nikki and got the best results with my skin radiant and rejuvenated. I was visiting from California and saw this place on the way to my hotel, I walked in and they actually were able to do a free consultation, the young lady that did it was so patient and really took the time out to explain it to me. I wanted natural but plump, fuller lips and thanks to Jocelyn I now have my dream lips! Diluted botox! Be wary of specials for the botox is diluted! Had my forehead frozen... lasted 3 weeks! Had a bad feeling when they did it so quickly without markings and I had no bruising in which I always get some when done right. No before pictures were taken. Had you initial a lot of of disclosures (basically saying you get what you get).

I’ve gotten Botox done several times before with several different injectors but Jocelyn has been my favorite so far! It was quick and easy and it kicked in within 3-4 days and I absolutely love my results. I will for sure be back!!

Bad business, beware! I understand if they dont give refunds on services theyve already done but apparently they dont want to give refunds on services that you prepaid for but NEVER had done yet. I will never go there again. The reviews before me must be fake because everything is not peaches and cream.I was practically forced to prepay for services so that they can honor their discounted priced. I was way about this but I wanted the discounted price, so I paid it upfront. That was a bad idea on my part. Never in my dreams would I expect for this establishment to be like vultures when it comes to clamping down on the money I prepaid and not giving it back, since I never had the procedures done.

My mom walked in with a million questions and was welcomed by an excellent and knowledgeable staff. The entire experience was professional and my mom felt as if her needs were taken care of and felt more like a friend than a stranger. The office was clean and beautiful. Definitely recommend. Will come again.

Currently, I go weekly for B12 shots which have helped tremendously with natural energy level. First off, the spa is beautiful! Walking in, I immediately noticed how elegant and upscale the entire facility is. The staff is very friendly and helpful at answering questions along with recommending products & treatments based on my personal goals. I recently finished three treatments of Velashape on my arms and I am very pleased. Beforehand, I was a little skeptical about the treatment (especially after reading so many diverse reviews) but I decided to give it a shot anyways. Ive worked out for years but couldnt manage to lose this small amount of fat on the back of my arms and after my first treatment one of my arms shrunk three inches! I went back every two weeks until finishing up all three treatments and I could definitely feel a difference in how my clothes fit. Just last week I got complimented on my arms, how they looked good as if I had been working out and I was finally getting the results Ive desired. I definitely recommend Galleria Aesthetics to anyone looking for a good place in the Houston area for touch-ups on getting the look we all desire but struggle to achieve. I have experienced Med-cure for Zerona treatments in January 2012 and again in June 2012. For both series of sessions the staff was courteous and professional. My appointment times were prompt, running like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out quickly.Zerona works and I am happy to report that I am down a total of 2 pants sizes, just from adhering to this treatments protocols.
