If you want to go to a place where you can find rude, disrespectful employees that aren’t wearing masks during a pandemic go to this place. I’m more than sure that they are DT believers. I walked out after I was treaded very disrespectful by a lady without a mask, I guess she got upset because I was wearing my mask. This happened on July 27, 2021 @ 5:15 PM

I had a thread lift today and I am so impressed with the results!!! I wanted to get rid of my nasolabial folds and Dr Freeman did it! Almost zero pain and immediate visible results. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The decor is beautiful and I felt like it was a miracle ❤️

I am loving my results. I tried something new to me after feeling that under eye fillers were not delivering the results that I wanted. Fractora- I love my results all over my face & neck but the under eye area is AMAZING!!! The staff was really nice, helpful and explained the procedure so I was prepared. Try this if you are over 40!

Ive always had great experiences at Renew! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Joelle is very knowledgeable, professional and meticulous with every procedure. I was a bit worried on how I would be treated since I was using a Groupon but they treated me great! The nurse was wonderful, very gentle and took the time to calm my nerves by talking to me and coaching me through deep breaths. At the end of my session, I asked for an appointment for body contouring and they were willing and able to give me a consultation on the spot! They were very thorough and took the time to explain every little detail and answer all my questions! Excellent customer service!

I LOVE , LOVE Renew! They work miracles! I had the worse skin ever and would pile on the makeup to cover all the flaws! Well now I am able to walk out of the house with only lipstick and mascara and look flawless, not to mention younger with all the treatments I get from Renew! One of the best spa experiences ever... Went in for lines on my face and when I got there I was so impressed with the upscale feel and the super friendly staff. I had the procedure done, a little pain like small bites. Now after a week the lines have been reduced. I have already scheduled another treatment. I highly recommend.

Joelle is a wonderful aesthetician! She is super sweet and very understanding of any concerns you may have. She truly wants you to get a great result and will make recommendations accordingly. I highly recommend services with her!

I love this spa!! The professionalism is amazing and the decor is inviting and made me feel right at home. I got a chemical peel and microdermabrasion and my skin looked amazing afterwards. Everyone complimented my glowing complexion for days.

I got my lips done here twice. The first time was done good but didn’t last for more than 2 months. I got them done again about 8 months after the first time and I didn’t even get to see what lip injection she was using but again this didn’t last for more than a month so I know they are watering down the product. I’m upset that I wasted my money here and she messed up my lips I have a permanent bump above my lip where she stuck the needle when there was no more solution because she put too much on one side and didn’t have anymore to fix it. This was about a year and a half ago and I’m still mad about it. Do not go here to get your lips done. Basically injecting people with water.

I love love love this place . Christine is the reception lady, she is very smily and friendly. She always able to answer my million questions. My favorite beauty tech is Joelle , she is always awesome . She gives very good recommendations of what I needed to improve my skin and body. I trust her 100% . She is very passionate about her job, very details oriented. If you are a perfectionist , Joelle is the person to go! I have to book Joelle few wks ahead to make sure she will be my technician, I got freaked out if someone else does the treatments. Not saying they are not good . But I just need someone perfect like Joelle to treat my skin. I always look forward to come in for my treatments. Awesome place ! Highly recommended

I attended my appointment recently and was pleasantly greeted immediately when I entered the office. And I was given advance notice that I may be a little behind getting pulled back in for my appointment. I actually took only a few minutes to fill out my paperwork and was then introduced to Jennifer who administered my injections. She informed me of everything that would go on in the process and she managed to use a technique less painful then others. (There was still some discomfort but more bearable then past experiences) Jennifer was so sweet and was very engaging in our conversation. Overall I am very pleased with the environment , experience and results. I will most definitely be returning in the future.

Renew has made a huge difference in my face. While being photographed at events, I noticed prominent lines that made me look much older than I am. The team at Renew put together a plan, and now I get a ton of compliments!

Bought series of six packages fo Forma skin tightening, told they are best if done a week apart. Good luck with that. Its been 3 months and only used 4 since they are closed one Saturday a month, girl I saw was out for a month but scheduled an appointment 2 weeks later that when I called to verify after getting text reminder from Renew, the guy who works there said I didnt have an appointment. I guess if you dont work they can fit you in. The best treatment I got by far was Pam, who was there as a temp. I am not going back for last 2 treatments as I dont think it is worth it. If it were POSSIBLE to have done weekly, MAYBE I would have noticed a difference. Be careful about buying a series. Its a scam. Once they are paid, its over.

Joelle is the best and most professional esthetician i have ever had. She is excellent at every procedure she has done on me..... she alone is the reason i have tried so many different treatments. The only down side toRenew is the turnover of other technicians which speaks worlds for Joelle and her repor with her clients. It really is a treat to go to Renew!

Renew is dishonest and employs deceptive pricing tactics. Avoid the membership program. During my first visit, in an effort to sell me a monthly membership program, staff quoted prices for upgrades to the monthly membership services (a flat $99 to apply either of the four option to the face as well as the neck). When I returned to use the service, I noticed that Renew had printed a flyer with pricing for the monthly membership service add-ons. In two cases, for the lower cost services, the add-on pricing had decreased by half. However, for the higher cost, more effective treatments, prices had increased -- $99 to $149 for the micro-needling facial add-on and $99 to $499 for the Fractora facial add-on. In short, Renew sold me on a contract-based membership program by offering services at a certain price, then increased the services by as much as 400%! Perhaps worse than the price increase was the staffs unwillingness to admit that the prices had changed. The very women that had quoted the initial prices, touting the affordability of services, were now denying that there had been price changes. However, the male receptionist, Jeremy, admitted the prices had changed, and facilitated refunds. I was able to terminate my membership contract. Unless you want to monitor services prices and subject yourself to dishonest staff, avoid Renew Body Contouring.

I love Renew Med Spa! The professionalism and attention from the staff is excellent. The estheticians have a wealth of knowledge about skin care, and Martha gives the best facials, peels, and microdermabrasions Ive ever had. I highly recommend this place!

It seems really disorganized. Scheduling isnt done properly. They seem to have a lot of turnover. Treatment was ok. I dont recommend them.

This place is the real deal. Best place in town to have cool sculpting done.
