From my own experience, I found the owners to be the most aesthetically talentless, cold, and unprofessional I had ever encountered. My experience with them, which I’ll add to this post in future, was horrific and the way they treated me after their (admitted it was their fault) mistake was mean, crueland cowardly. In my opinion, they are people who have zero heart for the way they hurt me with their mistake on my face.The times I went into their very large office it was nearly empty of other patients. Unfortunately, I found out why.

I look forward to be able to go back into the office for appointments next year. I plan to be using some of their other services when I get back to houston. The staff was friendly and professional. I did not feel rushed at any point. My aesthetician made good recommendations, explained the procedure (hydrofacial), and provided education. She made recommendations but at no point was it a sales pitch and she did not try to push any products or services. I will definitely return for future skin care needs.

This is the best dermatology clinic Ive been to. My friend recommended it to me. She met me there and we hung out while we got our different procedures done. I love this med spa! They offer a lot of services at competitive pricing. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I’ve been to a lot of med spas and I feel the most welcomed and comfortable here. They also have a great monthly club with several facial services to choose from. It’s tucked away in a big building off 59 so don’t miss it!

I am so happy with this place and my results! I had botox two years ago at different place. The botox was so heavy it made my eye brows and eye lids droop. I had a phone consultation with the Dr Richard and his wife. Pictures were exchanged. The first time I was set to fly down to Houston they called me in the morning I was going to fly and told me that they did not have the medication. So I went ahead and booked another flight for two weeks later. Once I got to the office Dr. Richard walked in and told me that I was not a candidate even though I had a consultation with a doctor in Orlando, No compensation was offered not even I am sorry I wasted your time. I would never step foot in that office again. I believe because the office staff gave me a discount he did not want to do the procedure because two days later I found another place in Houston to do it and I’m completely happy. Run away from this place’

To All Black Women: I am a 63 year-old Black woman, and Ive spent the majority of my life pursuing good skin. I just wanted to be able to feel confident without makeup. So, I tried EVERYTHING--including going to the best dermatologists (Id travel any distance, pay any amount, use any product prescribed). I even tried laser treatments. While there were improvements, nothing gave me the permanent, visible results that I was seeking. NOT UNTIL I started monthly hydrafacials with Jamie (my facials include the 30% gycocoli acid treatment). Ladies, I tell Jamie that I am so happy that shes much younger than i am, because Ill never have to find anyone else to do my facials. Seriously, under Jamies care, even my dark spots have faded (ask about Lytera--it contains no hydroquinone!). Ladies, the first time someone said, your skin glows and your skin is pretty, I cried. And guess what? I had on NO makeup--none at all. Ive been with Jamie for a year, and Ive never missed an appointment. Additionally, two of my sisters also are her very happy clients. In addition to Jaime being extraordinarily talented, shes simply wonderful: kind, personality plus, beautiful. By the way, the staff is outstanding--very customer-service oriented, and the facility is super clean (I am a germaphobe). Try one hydrafacial--youll never regret it. I usually do not write reviews on-line. I send letters. Yes, I know old fashioned, but I just had to say thank you to Kay for all she has done for me over the last couple of years. I had a friend refer me to the Anti-Aging institute so I could try Botox, and that is when I met Kay. She listened to my concerns and wanted to hear about my goals. Honestly I was expecting to have someone push product/procedures etc. on me and instead she was more concerned on what my desires were. Since my first visit after loving the results of Botox I have had a few other small items done, and have loved the results of all of them. In years past, I had gone to another facility; henceforth my reluctance to try another and why I thought product was going to be pushed on me, but Dr. Leconey and Kay (she is the only one I ever go to), have been absolutely fabulous.Thank you Anti-Aging Institute, ( and Kay :) for helping me grow older gracefully and little more beautifully!!
