From the time of my first breast augmentation consultation call through my post-op week 6, I have received the best in class service and top notch treatment. The surgical day itself was not at all daunting, but rather as easy as going in for a check-up—my pre-op was fast, I was comfortable, and staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable. I went to Vitenas Cosmetic strictly from research online. Being older my eyes were extremely hooded and were in my field of vision. I decided to move forward with the blepharoplasty to correct them and I only wanted the upper eyelids done. What a difference! So today I had my 7 week post op appointment with Dr.Vitenas, and let me say that I came out that appointment happier than ever!I am a patient of Dr.Vitenas and had a breast reduction/lift surgery done back in May 2021. My experience with Dr.Vitenas and his staff has been amazing from the get go. In my consultation I met Vivian who was so kind and so willing to help me schedule my surgery at the best time for me. She was super duper friendly and just an overall great treatment coordinator. The day of the surgery, I felt no nerves because I knew I was in the hands of the best surgeon in town. The two nurses who were with me before surgery were super kind and warming. Dr.Vitenas came in and talked to me before the surgery and reassured me everything would be fine. They also kept my husband updated multiple times, he really appreciated that! The first day of surgery was the toughest but I had my nurse contact me and help me out with my symptoms and made it all better. It was great having someone I could contact 24/7 with concerns. My results are amazing. When I show the before and afters to my friends and family members they are mind blown! Dr. Vitenas did an outstanding job with my breasts. I recently had a mastopexy and breast augmentation with Dr. Vitenas.When I arrived for my first visit, I was very impressed with his beautiful office and his staff. Every single person in the office is so friendly and kind. I discussed with Dr. Vitenas that after breastfeeding both of my babies, my breasts were left looking deflated and made me very self conscious. By far one of the best life changing decisions I have ever made! Having a small frame to begin with, I decided that I wanted to enhance my figure by adding something up top. I went from a 30A to a 30D within 6-8 weeks post-op! I had little to no discomfort throughout my recovery, besides feeling pressure on my chest for the first few nights of sleep. Ive been a runner for several years, and daily running was the main thing that I had to put on hold during recovery, but it was definitely worth it! Dr. Vitenas, his team, and his nurses were very helpful before, during, and after my surgery. All my questions and concerns were answered within the same day. I was back to my usual activities, including running, after 6 weeks. My results definitely reached my expectations. I love my new body even more now! Dr. Vitenas is great, hes no nonsense and straight to the point. I had lower eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty) and my results were exactly what he promised, I also loved that he told me that to get the results I truly wanted I may also need fillers after, however wait after my surgery to see if I felt I needed it. In reality, no I dont need it, however I may get it later once things settle and I feel . He and his staff were very professional, efficient and timely. Usually quick in and out for pre and post op appointments. Never a long wait. He and staff addressed any questions or concerns I had and looking forward to my full results in a year. I did have immediate results, however I was still very swollen. The photo posted was at my 2 week post op appointment that Dr. Vitenas took.

There arent enough words to describe my full experience at Dr. Vitenas.From the beginning, the staff was great and informative. Very professional.Dr. Vitenas took the time to meet with me from Day 1. Knowing he was a board certified surgeon and has more than 25 years of experience made me feel even more comfortable leaving my surgery on his hands. I had a breast augmentation wanted to go from a small 34B to a 34D. I was able to reach it with a 350cc implant gummy bear.He did an incredible job. Very symmetrical, looks very natural and I feel more confident than ever. The scar was made under the breast and its not noticeable because its on the crease. I did buy the scar remover gel. Healing process was quick with only the most discomfort and pain the first week post op. I would recommend him to any of my family members. Dr. Vitenas did an incredible job!

After researching multiple, MULTIPLE doctors in Houston, Dr. Vitenas seemed to be the best pick. After meeting with him for my consultation, it seemed he was in fact the best pick I could have chosen. Not only was he educated, he was so polite and to the point. He helps guide you to what will look best for your body type. I went in for a breast augmentation and wanted a full B (yes, B. As a frequent and happy client of Mirror, Mirror Beauty Boutique, when it came time for me to get a cosmetic procedure, I opted to have a consult with Dr. Vitenas. After reading many great reviews and only ever having good experiences at Mirror, Mirror, I was fairly certain he would be the surgeon for me. I am glad I went to the consult appointment before scheduling. I called to get an urgent consult as I felt like I had pulled a chest muscle causing my implant to be displaced or potentially had capsular contracture. The consultant worked me in fairly quickly, which I did appreciate. The kindness of the consultant could not make up for the abysmal bedside manner of Dr. Vitenas. My breast were in so much pain that I had been alternating ice/heat/Tylenol/Advil for several days. Knowing full well that I was in pain, he learned me back on the exam table and proceeded to fully grab, not gently examine, my breasts. This was my fourth consult with a plastic surgeon for the same issue and never has a surgeon touched me so insensitively before. I started to cry and my breast spasmed for a full three days after my consult due to how hard he grabbed my implants. Dr. Vitenas then proceeds to tell me to get dressed and to get photos taken in the next room. I should have gotten up and left but hoping he would give me sound medical advice, I proceeded to have him take photos so I could finally ask some questions about my concerns regarding capsular contracture. He examines his patients first, takes photos, and then answers questions which is very odd as no other surgeons do this. He then proceeded to tell me that nothing is wrong with implants and that I am hormonal. I could not even believe this: he told me to go to my OBGYN so they could assess me for hormonal issues, medication issues, or dietary advice. The whole awful experience ended with me being led to the consultants office to sign off on a quote. Once again, this is not standard practice during a surgical consult. I was in full tears while this poor consultant tried to get me to sign paperwork about their financial terms and cancellation policy. She even looked embarrassed about the whole experience for me. I only had good experiences before at Mirror, Mirror Beauty Boutique but since this surgeon owns the beauty boutique as well, they have lost a customer permanently. I ended up going to another surgeon. I did have issues with my implants capsule that caused terrible pain and which was properly dealt with.
Staff is super friendly and attentive the doctor makes sure you get what you want. Was not disappointed. I’m super picky too and I absolutely love the way I look now! Highly recommend
I had looked at a number of places/doctors to get some work done and I am so glad I went to Dr. Vitenas! He did an amazing job and the staff were friendly and always so helpful. They take their time to go over everything you need to know and make sure you’re comfortable. They also were always available to call if I had any questions after the surgery. If you are looking around for a plastic surgeon, I would definitely recommend at least getting a consultation with Dr. Vitenas; he and his group are definitely worth it!
From the first phone call to the Consultation with Dr. Vitenas, my experience with all of the staff was great! My patient coordinator answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured to make a decision. My consultation was in Oct and even after I said I wasn’t planning on doing the surgery until December there was no pressure and I actually pushed the date up and had my Breast Reduction in October instead of waiting until December. When I arrived the morning of my surgery and met the team I was nervous and I asked the nurse and Anesthesiologist if they were Christians and they both said Yes I asked them to pray with me and they did‼️The Anesthesiologist made me feel very comfortable and at ease as I went under and awaken to the new beautifully reduced Chi Chi’s. The nurse called me once I was home to follow up on how I was feeling as well as the following day. My patient coordinator also made sure my documentation for my Leave from work was completed in a timely manner. All of my follow up visits have been great. I’ve gotten botox done numerous times, and I’ve never had an experience where I felt so uncared for. I came and thought that this experience would be much better due to the fact that the reviews were so high. Upon walking in , the wait time to get in was about 40 min, which wasn’t an issue. I was seen and asked a few questions but the way I was spoken to was so demanding as if they were in a hurry . I took pictures and then was informed that I would pay before the work was done. Not a big deal, however I was only informed of this while I was on the patients chair minutes before the botox was done. They could’ve had me pay when I signed in. I informed the Doctor that I wasn’t comfortable doing as many units of Botox as he recommended, and he told me verbatim to “ go get it done somewhere else if I didn’t like what he said”. I eventually went through with his all or nothing offer since I drove in an hour to see him thinking he would be more attentive to what I wanted. Will not be coming back. Would not recommend.
I underwent a breast implant exchange June 2020. I am now 2 months post op and absolutely love my new breasts. Dr. Vitenas put in larger implants and fixed the aesthetic issues I had with my initial surgery from a different surgeon. My overall experience was phenomenal and well tailored to my specific needs. The surgical team was meticulous right down to the little details. I would highly recommend Dr. Vitenas if you are considering breast implants.

I had the best experience from start to finish with Dr. V for my breast augmentation. He is the kindest most incredible doctor. I was recommended to him by a close friend and he did not disappoint. I want to add, I am TERRIBLE with pain and the entire process was completely painless. I was off of pain medicine after the first day of being home and was back at work Monday after a Friday surgery. My results look incredibly natural and beautiful. I have received endless compliments and even have two friends scheduling a consult with him! Great experience from the beginning consultation process through my 6 week follow up appointment! I cannot say enough about Dr. Vitenas and his staff. Day of surgery was about as easy and seamless of a process I could have imagined. Dr. V and his staff have their methods down to a T. The nurses and consultants are amazing. I was recommended Dr. V by two of my friends and I am so glad they did. I am 4 weeks post op and I am IN love with my BA! From the front desk to the nurses and assistants, everyone was extremely pleasant. Oh and forgot to mention the anesthesiologists- I was so so nervous as this was my first ever surgery, and she talked me through my anxiety and helped calm me down. All in all 10000/10 recommend.

Poor customer service. Had the patient coordinator take me back to the room to start the consult and right when I sat down asked me if I was ready to put the deposit down. I told her I would need to speak with the doctor first and then talk with my boyfriend. She told me that if I didn’t put a deposit down within 24 hours the price would go up the next day. She said that we should cancel the appointment and reschedule for when my boyfriend could with me. Then stood up and walked me out. I have not had such rude service in forever. I genuinely shocked at how she acted. I took off work early to drive 45 minutes to the appointment just to be there for five seconds.Well good thing this happened. I went on a consult with Dr. Roehl at Memorial Plastic Surgery and scheduled my procedure for December 3rd. I’m paying cash...
I am very satisfied with the results of my procedure with Dr. Vitenas. His staff are incredibly nice and professional, and they more than make up for how abrupt the doctor can be at times. The facility is beautiful, but they also offer virtual consultations. I also enjoyed being able to reach an on-call nurse after hours when I had questions/concerns. No regrets with my decision to use Dr. Vitenas!
