Judy worked with me to make my experience the best it could be. She was not able to do the fitting normally, because I was not healed completely yet, but was able to do the fitting with the area covered. She ordered two sizes of prosthesis in order to enhance the likelihood that one would work. Then, when she had to order a third size, she was able to let me take a slightly different prosthesis in the correct size home until the perfect one came in, so that I would not be without one during Thanksgiving! Judy really went above and beyond my expectations. She was also very kind and supportive throughout our interactions.

Absolutely great experience at this office! Great customer service starting with the front staff to the clinician! Sean is always accommodating to myself and my son’s schedule. He’s absolutely wonderful at doing his job! The front staff is always friendly, polite and willing to help me.
