Do not go here unless you have NO OTHER CHOICE. I made my sons appointment online several hours ahead of time. We arrived 20 minutes early and checked in on the kiosk. I answered all the questions. That includes insurance information. When the girl decided to call my son back for his immunization shot after his scheduled appointment for no apparent reason, SHE TELLS ME HIS INSURANCE DOESNT ALLOW THEM TO GIVE IMMUNIZATIONS. Online doesnt say that and I had my sons shots administered there before. Epic waste of time.

Ms Johnson at the Laurens Rd Mini Clinic was professional, extremely kind and patient. She was very knowledgeable about my problem, talked me through the medication, what to expect, answered all my questions. I couldnt ask for a more pleasant visit plus the wait time was under 10 mins. I would recommend her to anyone. Love that you can book online.

It is very poor of your company to not allow someone to speak with a person. I am very scared for my son. He needs to be tested for COVID-19 and cannot get a single person to answer the phone. There are plenty of recordings, then the system hangs up on the caller. I really hope someone from your company needs my help one day, because I promise you they will not get it. Me and my family will speak poorly of CVS AND THE MINUTE CLINIC going forward. I am so disappointed in this company right now. It’s the small things like actually speaking to someone that keeps your customers. I know I’m only one voice, but believe me, when I say I will make my voice heard. I have many friends in the media that would love to make a story out of this.

Great experience! Honestly, I feel like there are more of preventative care (for vaccines, tests, etc). If you have a medical problem/condition, go see a doctor! Most of these locations only hold nurse practitioners and they are limited in prescribing meds.

I thought I was being smart by checking in and leaving due to the wait times being so long as I read in all the reviews. When I finally got my text that I would be seen within 30 minutes I was at the clinic within 5 and continued to wait over an hour and a half.I don’t mind if you have a wait time, but don’t say you are ready for my appointment and then don’t see me for another hour and a half? That’s annoying on a regular day, better yet when I am ill, and trying to find relief.Do better. It’s not beyond your capabilities.

Checked in online and did not have to wait so that was a plus. The NP was very nice, but she looked in my ears and told me to get an over the counter med for my excruciating ear infection. Charged $100 for literally less than a 5 min visit and no script for an antibiotic. Could have just asked the pharmacist what the best over the counter medication was for free. Complete waste of money!

I took my daughter to minute clinic only because her pediatrician did not have any appts available. I will NEVER repeat that mistake. . The manner in which the nurse spoke to my daughter was very condescending and hurtful. My daughter left the office in tears. The nurse practitioner we saw needs much more education and training regarding how to talk to patients particularly children and teenagers. I intend on making a formal complaint with minute clinic regarding this experience.

My condition actually festered after I visited the doctor here. I wasnt told about any of the possible side effects that can and would occur with the prescription that I was given, which left me in an even more deficient state than before. The doctor was very nice and kind, however, they spent more time asking questions about things unrelated to my concerns, rather than looking at the rash that I came in the office for.

The bathroom at the CVS is so disgusting, it looked like a trucker stop in the middle of no where. Makes you feel real comfortable seeing a doctor here. Trying to get ahold of someone for results of whatever you went in for is impossible. I give 2 stars because the nurse practitioner was extremely sweet and friendly. But next time Ill just wait for my doctor office.
