Poor service, old doctors should just stay home/retire if they no longer care about the people service. DONT GO

I’ve had two procedures at ECU Heart Institute. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable. They explain the procedure step by step and in detail. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend the ECU Heart Institute for your cardiac testing. Definitely hands down 5 star Health Care!

My experience with Dr. Akhter was fantastic! He performed heart bypass surgery on me on March 11, 2020. He and his entire staff were wonderful to work with. My bypass was successful and I had a non-eventful recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Akhter and his team to anyone needing the services he provides.

Was referred by my primary care physician. My appointment was for 3:00 pm. At 4:30 pm, I walked out. I guess if you have nowhere to go and absolutely nothing to do, this would be the practice for you. I, however, have a job and cant just hang out in a doctors office all day.

Poor service and Dr O has poor bedside manners. If I could give 0 stars I would.
