Family Place has always taken wonderful care of my spouse and I. Any time that I have a question, the office is very responsive and takes the time to educate me when it comes to any med changes or symptoms that I may experience.Angela is WONDERFUL! Any time that we need an appointment, she is very accommodating and understanding, considering that we strive to maintain open communication at all times! Angela is very empathetic and understanding when it comes to my feelings and has always been a great cheerleader for us!Patti is very great about always keeping us informed about the medications that we are taking and is very responsive when it comes to refills and/or needed med changes. She has fought tooth and nail with insurance to ensure that I have the medication that I needed! The key is to be patient, because some of these changes take time, but everyone has been so wonderful with keeping me in the loop throughout the process!Dr. Siles is so great when it comes to listening to our needs and really tries to break down any symptoms to understand the root of the problem. He is caring and really takes the time to get to know his patients.The Family Place has been such a blessing to our family! THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR US!

THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE, AND TREATS PEOPLE LIKE A DRUG ADDICT, OR DR. HOPPER!!! IF THEY CHANGE THEIR FRONT STAFF, MAYBE THEY WILL ACTUALLY HELP SOME PEOPLE!!!

The receptionist is very rude you cant get hold of them they have my phone number in my mother number as well never a call back.

The receptionists is rude and cancels appointments and likes to say we are at fault when they never call or leave messages and when you call to make an appointment they never answer there phone

They never over book so the wait time is not that bad. Cindy always remembers what weve talked about no matter how long it has been. she has helped me in so many ways. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE or else i would have gave them 5 stars. they are wiling to work with you on payments and they genuinely care about your well being.

I only have positive things to say about everyone on the staff I encountered during my visit. Very professional, relatable, and likeable people. Great atmosphere. A+

The best psychiatric care in Greenville, Tx. From Dr. to Receptionist and all in between. This team genuinely cares about everyone they serve. It is no chore going, because I know I will be greeted with a smiling face, and will be feeling better when I leave than when I entered.I really trust this group of professionals, and I am not much one to trust anyone. I thank God I have them. They are my support, and I will be forever grateful for Amy, Angela and Dr. Siles.

The receptionist is one of the worst employees my family has ever encountered, she is rude and has cancelled 2 separate opointments for my child who desperately needs to be seen. Claimed she tried calling we had 0 missed calls and the only contact she attempted was via text. This has been a very poor experience so far, nothing against the doctor we haven’t even met him yet.
