One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. The receptionist was so nice and helped me finish the forms. I was taken back by Ann and we hit it off right from the start. She is awesome and talks to you like you’ve known her for years. Then Dr Davis came in and explained all the different options for me in a way I could understand. Very nice guy and very professional (as they all were). If anyone out there is looking for a dental experience that isn’t scary as you know what please try Drs Bowman and Padgett. I know you’ll be glad you did.

I just had my very first visit at this dental establishment today and I was very happy and impressed! I have avoided going to the dentist for around 15 years because I am terrified of them but the people at this dental office put all those fears to rest! The ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly with big smiles for everyone who came in! Lauren was the wonderful associate who did my x-rays and my tooth and gum health evaluation today! She was kind, informative, patient, and gentle. I felt completely comfortable in her care and have complete faith and trust in her knowledge and skills as a dental worker! Everyone i encountered at this office was so nice and friendly! The receptionist at the end of the visit was super friendly and bubbly and was a joy to talk to! I actually am looking forward to my next dental visit and would highly recommend this great dental practice to anyone!

I was worked in for an emergency visit as a brand new patient for a very painful and very unusual condition. The staff were friendly, kind, sympathetic, FAST, and Dr. Harris didn’t waste any of my time on treatments or procedures he would have just been guessing on as my previous dentist had been doing for the past 6 weeks and knew exactly the specialist by name to refer me to. I greatly appreciate the expeditious attention to my care and recognition of the serious nature of my condition and severity of my pain and referral to appropriate care. Thanks so much Dr. Harris.

I love this office so much. When my previous dentist passed away I was nervous of finding someone who would give me the same care he did. I transferred my care to this office about 5 or 6yrs ago and they were the right choice. The staff is amazing and oh so sweet. Whenever you walk into the office everything is immaculate. Not even the toilet tissue is out of place. Dr. Bowman and Dr. Harris are my favorites. You can’t go wrong with anyone in this office

I took my 88 year old mother to this practice as a new patient. Everyone was so kind and compassionate towards her. Jony was especially patient with her while cleaning her teeth and taking X-rays! Dr. Bowman was genuinely concerned about her pain and took time to explain the best options. I highly recommend this dental practice!!!

When I found myself needing to move to the Greenville area from VA abruptly, I needed to find an oral surgeon to proceed with my treatment for implant. Dr Bowman and his assistant Jessie made me feel right at home. Jessie has excellent bedside manner and is the most sweetest and patient person! She always asked if I was okay and was very gentle. I’m so happy she was there at every one of my visits. She made me feel very calm. Definitely recommend !

Misty was the dental hygienist for my appointment today This was my first time meeting her and I was a little anxious .My hygienist of 15 years had recently relocated from the practice. I am one who doesnt like change when it comes to my dentist,physicians,barber,etc.But Misty was GREAT! She was friendly,open,personable,patient and knowledgeable.And was not heavy handed(very important)!!!. I enjoyed my visit with her.I met Dr Harris for the first time as well. Where do I begin? This office has become family. I put myself in some tough dental situations. I was petrified of dentists until I met Dr. Bowman. The whole staff is outstanding. If you are thinking of getting any cosmetic work done at this practice DONT. Not only was my patient experience horrendous I feel scammed out of $9k. When I first inquired about getting veneers the associate dentist said he didnt recommend them and suggested Invisalign instead for the minor imperfections with my teeth (Ive worn braces twice). I was very eager to get that beautiful perfect white smile so I asked Dr. Padgett about veneers and she said I should get them. I trusted her judgement. When I went to get the veneers made I had to go through every step of the process 2-3 times. They lost my impressions so I had to come back. A veneer dropped and was cracked I had to come back, and the worst was when I had them put in and the color was off, almost yellow! I wasnt even given the option of choosing the color I wanted when they put them in like youre supposed to. To know this is the protocol I had to educate myself on the internet. I then went back in to have them taken off, get impressions done for a third time, and have them put back in for a second time with the whitest color they offer and Im still unhappy. The veneers look thick and this is not the look I anticipated getting at all. On top of that, my smile looks basically the same except with fake looking teeth! Dr. Padgett knew when she agreed I should get veneers I wouldnt see much improvement. I believe she wanted the sale. Unfortunately, this is permanent and I cant get my teeth back. Perhaps theyre general teeth cleaning is fine but for anything cosmetic DO NOT go here. Theyre nice sure but they dont know what theyre doing when it comes to more complex procedures and they wont have your best interest in mind in order to get your money. Plastic surgeons tell their patients what they can expect. Dr. Padgett didnt even ask what I wanted.

Everyone there is so nice and polite ! They really ensure that you are comfortable . Even when you’re cold they offer you a blanket . Very clean and neat as well. They make visiting your dentist a little bit more fun :)(I honestly don’t take the time to leave reviews but they genuinely deserve it)

I have been a patient at Bowman, Padgett & Associates for many years. In fact, as far back as the mid-1980s! Needless to say if I were not happy with the care provided to me, I would not have remained a patient for all this time.The practice, as it is known today, was founded by Dr. Robert Capps. It steadily grew with additional doctors, staff and more services being added as the dental profession and technology expanded. One thing however didn’t change: the level of professionalism, technical expertise, and friendly compassionate atmosphere provided to all patients!

Dr. Bowman is such a wonderful dentist and person and his team is so professional and gracious. I encourage everyone to give them a try.

I love this office! Everyone is always so kind & caring. It was my sons first visit as he no longer needs to be at a pediatric office & I appreciated how both Crystal & Dr. Bowman spoke to him about his procedure & care rather than only direct information to me. They explained everything thoroughly & were patient with his questions & reassured him about the procedure. The office was very clean & I noticed several staff members using sanitizer & wiping pens & clipboards. I feel very comfortable being a patient here & my son being a patient here too.

Bowman, padgett and associates is a wonderful, professional and compassionate practice. Weve been clients for several years and have many examples of what great folks work at the office. Misty has been our heigeniest for several years and is outstanding. We moved to south Carolina a year ago but have continued to come back for our annual cleanings.

I love this Dentist and everyone there. Dr. Bowman is very thorough, extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, as are the techs, receptionists and especially Tracey, the Administrative Coordinator.Everyone is extremely patient. They take however much time you need to explain each procedure they recommend, why they recommend it, and what other options you may have.They also offer IV Sedation, which is huge for me, as well as oral sedation, and the standard nitrous oxide and novacaine.I am so glad I found this Group!

I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist every since i had a bad experience as a teenager, so i delayed going back. I finally decided to start going because i needed to keep my teeth healthy if i wanted to keep them. I choose Dr Bowman, Padgett, and associates because i heard through friends how good they were! I tried them back in November 2020 and have been back many times since. This team is awesome! They care about their patients! They listen to your concerns and they do what they can to make your smile as healthy and happy as possible.. Never in pain. They asked me if i was ok the entire time i was in the chair because their goal is NO PAIN! I can say they live up to it! I have NEVER experienced pain during any procedure even root canals!!! Ive NEVER experienced any pain AFTER any procedure!! I NEVER had to wait for long periods of time before they took me back to the chair!! They took the time to explain procedures and answer any questions. They just made me feel so comfortable with everthing no task to big or to small for them. I am absolutely impressed with my dentist Dr hoggard/Dr Padgett and their assist Shana and Shannon!! You guys rock! Makes going to the dentist a walk in the park and something that i enjoy doing! keep being awesome! Thanks for helping me keep this beautiful smile on my face everyday! Called them at 10:30am to set up an appointment, was told the lady that I need to speak with would call me back in a few minutes. I never heard anything so I called back at 1:30pm, I was then told that the lady I needed to speak with was on lunch and would be reminded to call me back. By 4pm I still hadnt heard anything so I called and booked an appointment with someone else.

I am 69 years Young and I have had a lot of hands in my mouth over the years and I got to say I have never felt as comfortable as I did in their office. I was told by another dentist my tooth had to be extracted. Dr. Bowman said he would like to try to fix it and he did. I have to say thank you to Dr. Bowman for his outstanding work to save my tooth. My hygiene appointment today with Chris was awesome. The full series of xrays was a very good experience and safe. I loved how Chris was super thorough on my exam and cleaning. Dr. Bowman makes you feel right at home. He placed an implant for me last year and I can say he is extremely gentle and caring. What a wonderful first time visit! Office staff are organized, friendly and all smiles! I felt quite safe as they clearly are sanitizing all surfaces and I was even offered gloves. Dental hygienist Carol thoroughly explained the why behind xrays and any recommendations and Dr. Harris was very personable and took the time to answer questions and even chat. I was given options and there was no ‘selling’ of services as I felt with my prior dental office.

We recently visited this office for the first time. My son is Autistic and we have been trying to find an office that works well with his needs. Everyone here from the front desk to the technician to the doctor to the patient representative were extremely nice, friendly, and informative. They worked slowly with him and explained every step so he would be more comfortable. Unfortunately my son currently needs a lot of dental care but I feel weve found the right office to handle his needs, and the whole family as well.

My coworker highly recommended this practice; Not only were they conveniently located 1.5miles from my home, they were also directly on the way to work! Very polite and accommodating staff with a gorgeous yet comfortable interior. Dr. Bowman and the dental hygienist Misty were wonderful. Their treatment coordinator offers lots of financing options and explains various treatment plan options in a clear manner. Intend to remain a patron of this practice!!

Had my teeth cleaned today by a awesome Hygenist her name is Kim. She did a great job, she was very informative. She took her time to explain what she was doing. She used a new unit they have called the AIR-FLOW polisher, to polish my teeth after she scaled them.It felt great and my teeth felt so clean after. She took time to take a x-ray for tooth I been concerned about and had a doctor look at it. It was a great over all experience.

Absolutely outstanding service. Everyone was so welcoming and so pleasant throughout the entire visit. Just additional proof of why I’m still a long-time patient.
